I've been hooked since was dealing ice cream in a poorly-lit, poorly-maintained parking lot behind a shipping depot. That's... Five years now? Through a smattering of moves and massive shake-ups, she has never once compromised on quality. I can't say the same for most of her ice cream making peers. Velvety smooth base that isn't the least bit watery or crystallized, bright honest flavors (she makes THE BEST fruit ice creams), and unerring mix-ins. This is the only ice cream I keep in my freezer.
