Bollo Woodfired Pizza Heights/Oak Forest

This is a pretty good pizza spot! The ingredients are fresh, and you can order the pizza to your liking. Parking is on the backside of the restaurant (technically, the front is facing the green space in the middle of the complex), but they do have the rear entrance open for accessibility. There are kiosks for you to order at, and they bring your pizza to you while you sit outside. There are accessible tables, in addition to a green space that kids were running around in.

Very nice workers and convenient location. Has great potential. I particularly like how you can get a gluten free option of any pizza at any time. I ordered the Arugulo pizza and the flavors were great. However, the gluten free dough needs work as it is way too hard to chew and progressively gets more solid as the pizza cools. With an adjustment in the gluten free dough formulation, they could have a massive improvement in their offerings.

Meh. Not terrible, but overpriced for what it is. Also, it's definitely not wood fired, which is really misleading considering the name of the place. The atmosphere is decent but only because of the location (stomping grounds). There isn't much inside.

Best pizza, and the best staff. Amazing ceaser salad, tiramisu and chocolate cake. The outside sitting is very great for families and friends to enjoy the events I love how they have their 8in pizza for only $12 dollars Great atmosphere super friendly and helpful. We’ll be back

Quick and easy spot that only serves it delicious pizza to-go. There is an open courtyard that welcomes people from any of the connected restaurants to sit down and eat their food. But other than walking in and picking up your pizza there is absolutely no additional service.

I ordered 2 pizzas and I paid to add pepperoni on both, and when arrive at home no pepperoni on pizzas. Please check pizza/ticket before deliver to the customer. Thank you!

worst customer service experience i have ever had. Do yourself a favor and dot go to this location. The lady there is has no customer service skills at all.
