I've been going here for about 10 years and have seen it change management multiple times. I finally found a good nail tech that does the crazy cool designs and until today, I've always loved going there. I am not sure what happened today, but the nail tech all of the sudden started to aggressively file my gel uv nails. I realized it was a faster than usual type of pace which led me to figure out she was rushing. I had a 3pm appointment . Now, I 99% of the time always get a design, which she executes beautifully. She then asked me what color i was getting. I asked to see the book but i am most likely going with a design. She looked at me and asking confusingly, "design?" She looks at it and I try to let her know she's done it once before with a different color. She explains she doesn't have the gold so i said okay, can you do this design instead? I show her another photo. She looked back at me and said so sorry i have another customer and i can't do it. I was very disappointed not because she couldn't end up doing the design (even though it's nothing new and she should not have been booked for a 4pm, maybe a 4:15/4:30 instead), but because she knew all along she was tight on time and acting very frantic and making me feel so uncomfortable. That is not my problem, rather the salon booking it. She made me feel so uncomfortable and sad! I do tip her well too so i was baffled by this change in expression half way through my appointment. I'm not one to write reviews but I'm still shook and I will not be returning. Breakups are so hard. On to the next...
