Bomb Tacos

My food was overcooked and there was hair in it. Not just one but multiple pieces as if someone deliberately put it in my food. The sauces was lumpy. That’s suppose to be taco sauce. I did not even try to use it because it was too lumpy to pour out of the container!!! This food had been sitting up for hours and they microwaved it. You can see the melting part in the styrofoam. The top part of the tacos were crunchy and hard. The meat itself almost chipped my tooth. They don’t even deserve a half star! Planting bodily items in someone’s food…This is a malicious act and a lawsuit.

Usually this place is pretty good but tonight my whole order was bad. Fries were soggy and cold, ordered tacos with only cheese and got both with onions and cilantro even after my receipt said SOLO QUESO. Very disappointed.

Got birria tacos and Al pastor quesadilla and it was amazing!!!! Hot and fresh!!

Recently ordered online and ate here for the first time. It was okay but this is what stood out to me: I believe I selected corn but I got flour tortillas. The Hawaiin Taco did not look like the pic - the cheese wasn't melted like in the picture, so the taco was a strange mix of hot and cold. And the Al Pastor tacos were... unique... I've never had an Al Pastor taco with tomatoes and cotija. Not sure they know what they're doing back there.

Just moved here from Houston in November and these guys have THE best tacos I’ve tried in Austin so far!! I’m pregnant and was home craving some tacos the other night and my man Door Dashed some Bomb Tacos street tacos to me and it’s safe to say I’m a HUGE fan. I had to come back myself for some more. Super quick and friendly service and the owner is really kind! Definitely give Bomb Tacos a try if you haven’t yet.

Who's ever working there tonight is terrible i ordered black bean and avocado tacos and they have me ranch beans? Whole order was wrong

Ive been going to this place for a few years now and absolutely loved them last few times the food quality has gone down the hot cheeto fries didnt have the same ingredients as they normally do price went up and quantity went down I had more cheetos then fries the cheese tasted like slice cheese. Im fine with paying more long as the quality is good.

I seem to always get the flaming burrito and the nachos. Either one is more than I can eat in a sitting. Red and green sauce are both good but I go for the red first. This isn't gourmet food, but it's sure tasty and there's a lot of it! I've been here many times and I'll keep going back. Brought a couple of friends here for dinner tonight (their first time trying this spot) and they loved it. There's just 1 picnic table but most people just get food to go here so it's always free when I go.

Food: 3/5 portion was generous, salty Service: 3/5 we got 7 breakfast tacos and waited about 12 minutes (2 ahead of us) Parking: 4/5 easy, plenty, it wasn't busy Value: 3/5 7 breakfast tacos for $28 Full disclosure: we only got breakfast tacos. I cannot speak to their other offerings which is plenty. This is the second time I've given this spot a chance and I must say, the value is okay but unmemorable for breakfast tacos. I might come back for their meat tacos or quesadillas to try. Personally, what we got were too salty and a bit greasy. Very comfort food. If this is what you like, you might like this spot! I came here for convenience but would likely drive to southwest austin for BTBH off of Brodie next time for the migas.

Yeah nah - Y'all some haters. Why the below 4 stars? I almost messed up and missed out on these Godly ssa tacos. lol so so good & fresh. They deserves 4/5 stars overall. Maybe i'll try more stuff next time. Dang this is so bomb. obsessed.

Birria Tacos were the best I've ever had. Came out sizzling hot and loaded. My friend of mine recommended me this place and I'd 100% go out of my way to get them again.

Food is pretty decent, but there barley open in the times they claim to open and I don't like how most of the cooks don't use Gloves what's so every,but they would touch the money and your food right after without washing. Way too much cross-contamination in there.

This immediately makes my list of best Austin tacos. I did three for about $10.50 and three was too much. Lol. They are big. Chorizo and egg on flour. Really good flour tortillas. Properly crisped up. Filling was great. Fluffy eggs. Really good. Pastor on corn and Carne gusada on corn. I did like the flour tortillas more than corn. Both fillings are really good. Not unusual to get tomatoes ash's lettuce on carne gusada, but was fine. Really highly recommended.

I first encountered Bomb Tacos at The White Horse on the east side of downtown (East 7th). Back then it was a well kept secret and though the menu was much more limited, everything on it was solid. I was instructed to order the Camacho/campacho (sp) which was close to what we used to order as kids called "a suicide"; basically all the goodness they had in the truck put in one tortilla. Then the condos came and I was forced to move south, luckily within walking distance of a Bomb Taco offshoot taco truck. Much to my delight they have since added comse tacos, barbacoa 24/7, quesadillas, and vegetarian/vegan options when I feel like bringing a sissy along. They've even started doing Uber Eats specials which is great for me as a customer but concerns me as a fan because if this truck moves I very well may too (it's that good).

Such awesome service and pretty fast! I really liked the birria tacos, I wish they had more of a kick but still hit the spot

Terrible nachos and soggy tacos. Over salted and basically no flavor. I ordered off Uber eats most definitely will avoid this place here on after.

You can tell by looking at the photos that this place isn't exactly top quality, but I did not expect it to be nearly as inedible as it was. Every taco was extremely, and I mean extremely greasy. The bags they were in were soaked, and I had to use a lot of napkins to soak up the grease and eat them. I got the Al Pastor because I always get it, bistec, and a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast taco. My breakfast taco was definitely right, but I don't think the other two tacos were what I ordered. It doesn't really matter, because the tacos were so darn greasy and just not good. You'd think with all the fat they'd at least taste good, but this was vile. I cannot say I've been more disappointed by a place. Well, at least the portion sizes were large. But they weren't exactly cheap so eh.

Absolutely loved my first time there it was amazing the food especially the birria tacos "uff" at there new location next to the victory church on old Lockhart road will go again !!!

Really good Flamin Hot Cheeto Quesadillas! Very cheesy & flavorful . Wow especially the Birrias , it was one of the best birria consume ive ever had , chunky sauce was my favorite . Salsa was very spicy phew... Cashier dude was very cool & was able to fix me up on my order from one time when Uber Eats had gotten it wrong. But boy glad I got everything fixed and got the one of the best tacos in Austin Texas.

Definitely lives up to the name! We had asada tacos and birria and everything was excellent! I bought 3 asada tacos and really could have gone for two because they were so generous. The flavor and texture of the birria tacos were splendid! The wait time was about 15-20mins but the food came out piping hot so it was worth it for the freshness. This might be a new go-to for me.

Food was DELISH! salted to perfection, flavorful as heck! Service was REAL quick, one lady workin and she got out it in a timely manner. i do wish they had maybe one more table for eating but either way, there's a curb to eat on. Atmosphere was nice, it was very relaxing outside!

Love this place at all time of day! We've only had delivery from Uber Eats but each time the quality of the food is spot on. I believe the food truck is in the SE part of town, I'm just never in the area to go physically but it's on my list. I've gotten the Al Pastor Tacos and the Beef Fajita Quesadilla before - both were so good. The salsa is super spicy but very flavorful.

So delicious especially at night!! Girrrl!! Let me tell yall the torta is a hitter such a winner mood. I'm a taco girl but swear one bite of a torta has so much flavor here. Get it if y'all need that protein

I ordered from these guys via ubereats. I'd been waiting to find some birria tacos as good as LA Tunita 512 but not as greasy... and this place delivered! Their birria tacos come 3 to an order WITH consomme... and it was all delish! Chips & queso didn't wow though... queso was thick but not really zhuzhed up, so pretty boring there. Crispy beef tacos traveled pretty well considering, and were pretty tasty, but I'll be coming back for the birria for sure! Well done!

Would not recommend! Very greasy and low quality but expensive. Paid $20 for a quesadilla and chips and queso. "Fajita chicken" looked sketchy and it was like ground chicken, not fajita. Queso was just that, plain melted cheese. No chilies or tomatoes. Definitely won't be back!

This was a pretty good taco spot in Austin. It was a busy spot, very popular for locals around. They are open late, which is great for late night dining. Our group got their tacos and tortas. Everything is certainly bigger in Texas. This is not your average small street taco. They are very large!

Ooof! Ordered off of Uber Eats (because the ratings are good on that app somehow) ...very disappointed. Ordered beef nachos and a fish taco. I started with some nachos, the chips were absolutely stale or just the absolute last ones they were trying to get rid of. So based off that, I was hesitant for the fish taco.....warranted. Ate 2 bites and threw it away. Tasted like they just microwaved the fish and put it in a Taco Bell tortilla. Will never order from here again.

We ordered thru Uber eats. I ordered the queso, the basket o fries, the beef fajita chorizo taco, the bomb burrito, and the Hawaiian taco. We never received the beef fajita chorizo taco. The queso was extremely watery. The chips were a bit stale while the fries were soggy. The burrito was basic but once you poured their salsa verde on it it was super good! The Hawaiian taco was tasty if a bit dry. We would get again but it's not necessarily something great. Just cheap and okay.

The best Birria tacos I've had in Austin. I live all the way up north and will make the drive faithfully. The consume tastes legit and authentic. Will keep making that drive!

First time here and wow it was amazing! Definitely a 5 star for sure! Wish they had this in cedar park area!

They lost a new customer before they could even gain one with their inability to answer simple questions through a phone call they ignored on purpose, But texted me and couldnt answer a simple question i asked TWICE that was ignored.

Ordered ahead not much of a wait and everything was delicious!! Great option for late night food first time but definitely not the last

Best Birria in Austin! Homemade Consume Every Taco We've Ate There Is So Delicious and Filling

I got the pastor and Asada tacos, as well as the birria tacos. Birria tacos had too much cheese for me, the birria taco juice was delicious, the brisket good but kinda dry. The pastor was extremely dry, but had some favor, asada tacos were good. Salsas not very good.

I don't love too far from this place and it's my go to for tacos. Flavorful and priced well. The staff is nice and there is seating it's also covered which is great in the heat.

First review of this place, second time eating here...good both times! It is located in SE Austin on Bluff Springs Rd. It sits in the west side of the road in the parking lot of a Texan Market C-store. They serve Birria tacos that are comparable to La Tunitia 512. I ordered the Birria tacos that cost $12.00. The order comes with three tacos and the consume'. The tacos were big, I ate one and was good! Good, beef Birria tacos that were greasy but in a good way, not enough to change the oil in your car with the run off like some joints! Also had some chips and queso, chips were fresh and the queso was a darker orange, thick cheese queso that was good! The staff was friendly and they looked busy with phone orders etc...my food was ready in less than 10 minutes which was perfect for me, got a few things in the C-store, food was ready! They also threw in a beef Gordita for me to try later, no charge, looks really good! The last time I was here I did some single tacos that were huge, one taco was plenty for me! I totally recommend this place, they are 2-0 with me!

Literally the best pastor tacos around!!! So good! My only complaint is there is never enough salsas for the tacos but they dont even need it im just a sauce person I get without the queso and avocado

if u order the fried pickles (on uber eats) they don't come with ranch.. I think that should be illegal. Anyways, the food was alright but pretty cold by the time it got to me and it was not a very far drive. Eye roll.

I've ordered from this place on UberEats a few times. I always get the birria tacos. I've gotten the same thing every time because it's just that good! They could definitely compete with SoCal street tacos I'll definitely keep ordering from this place!

Customer Service is awful. I will not be going back here. They messed up my order and wouldn't fix it.

I'm a little dissatisfied and disappointed, I was really looking forward to trying out bomb tacos' quesadillas. I ordered the beef quesadilla, which comes with beef fajita, cheese, onions, bell peppers, and chipotle mayo. I ordered my food through Uber eats and also added pico de gallo and avocado. When I opened my container, there was no pico, avocado, onions, bell peppers, or chipotle mayo in my quesadilla. Maybe there was a mix up, but still I feel like the quesadilla should have included what it says is included on the menu.

The best tacos I've had here in Austin. Authentic tacos.....no there is no restaurant or pretty scenery. It is a taco truck that serves tacos!!!! The owner always greets you with a friendly positive attitude. The food is prepared fresh on the spot and doesn't take forever to serve you.

I really loved the shrimp taco. The Hawaiian taco was just eh, I didn't finish it. The beef fajita taco was ok. I mostly enjoyed the loaded fries but the meat was dry. I'd be interested in trying more thing since the menu is so wide. I really want to try some of the items with flaming hot Cheetos. They did have the meal ready very fast!

After a friend recommended them for catering, I got a quote for $750, which included Al pastor meat, chicken fajita, and bistec. The $750 also included agua de horchata y agua de pina AND frijoles charros. I signed a contract w the "owner," juan. Not only did he call me one hour before they were supposed to start serving the food saying they were running late, but also that they didn't have the beans ready. His helper was early, but the juan guy was not.. in addition to that, he was rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I had some guests show up last minute, and juan refused to provide food, his helper however was very polite and said there was not a problem. Juan was packing up and leaving before our agreed upon time (which was in the contract). What was shocking was that they took the leftover, without talking to me or my family about it. Dissatisfied with the service, and repulsed by the short guy's demeanor and attitude. DO BETTER! Juan estaba empacando y saliendo antes de la hora acordada (que estaba en el contrato). Lo impactante fue que se llevaron las sobras, sin hablar conmigo ni con mi familia al respecto. I absolutely love the nachos here. For two dollars more you can get both chicken and beef added on top and let me tell you....it's so much food it fed 4 of us easily.

Place is legit. Had the quesadillas and tacos thus far and I'm super satisfied. Good al pastor is hard to find and these guys do it right. Need to try a torta and a burrito next. Wish this place was a brick and mortar. Would love to pull up a cold beer and munch on some chips and salsa while watching people drive by. Quesadillas very meaty, they have street tacos and giant sized ones so no matter how hungry you are, you'll be getting some filling, bomb tacos from Bomb Tacos!

I ordered food for delivery through uber eats. asked for NO MEAT IN OUR BURRITOS AND GOT PULLED PORK. I had left these instructions in capitol letters in the special instructions, as well. We are vegetarian. I have left 2 phone messages with Bomb Tacos and emailed Uber Eats. No correspondence back. I have literally ordered uber eats or take out during this Pandemic only 4 times to support local when i can. We couldn't eat the food but worse!!!!! is that there is no one to talk to in order to resolve this. I want my money back. I am so disappointed in the lack of care tHAT BOTH COMPANIES have for their customers.

Very bomb tacos and affordable as well. I get the Bistec tacos and quesadillas, al pastor tacos, and gorditas. I live around the corner from here so I frequent quite a bit and it has been delicious everytime. Friendly cool people too. Can't believe they didn't have any reviews here yet so I decided to write them one up. Love this place.

Don't get me wrong I love it. Food taste great but I've ordered twice from there now and it's the complete wrong items. Or the food isn't even done all the way idk if the cook just is to busy to put the rest of the ingredients but even with the fries I ordered they sent me chips with a cup of cheese instead.

I've ordered from here about 6 times. They're open late, they give you a decent amount of food, and you can get it delivered through various apps. However, I've been completely disappointed every time. For the nachos, rhe chips are always completely stale. The meat is the cheapest and chewiest meat I've ever eaten. It feels like it's all cartilage. The shrimp tastes old and I've never been able to finish it. I know, I've ordered multiple times and keep coming back. I guess I'm a sucker for pain. I always hope its going to be better, but it never is. The only thing they have going for them is that they give you a sizeable portion of food, but the quality is worse than any restaurant I've ever eaten. Including fast food.

Ordered through Uber eats and ordered Al pastor tacos but got bistec instead and didn't even get limes. The Mexican hot dog was good though but most of our order was incorrect.

Food delicious service is poor and Jonathan is rude with customers, I am visiting for other State and honestly I was not happy with the service
