Calm, easy, unpretentious but stylish restaurant. Friendly, charming service. My gazpacho with pistachios was delicious and my partner’s roast turbot excellent. His entree of duck confit was however somewhat dry and my main of bream a little flat on the plate and bland. Interesting all French wine list. Would love to come back again.

Petit trouvaille in Paris. Really, you don't want to discover this little gem. Wonderful ambiance. Creative food, and good wine list. Go for the lunch menu. A steal!. But at night, just as lovely.

Wonderful experience. Services was attentive without feeling pressured. The trout was spectacular. Also enjoyed the butternut squash dish, although the trout was the star of the night. Wine and dessert were equally good. Would definitely return.

Overall, it was quite good, though expectations might have been a bit too high for the restaurant recommended by the guide. The "perfect egg" was a pleasant surprise, but some of the other dishes lacked a bit of distinction. The quality was generally good, and the portions were hearty (though some dishes, like the duck, were a bit too greasy for my taste).

Incredible taste! We have got lunch menu and everyone tried different things. Best duck we have ever eaten before elsewhere in the world. The host gave us a great advice on wine and we felt zero regrets about following it. Fruity Corsican wine married so well with our lunch. Absolute recommendation! For desert I had pavlova cake, really liked it as well!

The atmosphere and service were top notch. I had the three course dinner. The appetizer and the dessert were absolutely delicious! Each bite a celebration of flavour. The main courses while good didn’t share the same level of flavour. I had the Arctic chard and my husband had the pork. The pork was dry unfortunately, the sauces were very flavourful and more of them could have helped the dish. The wine both red and white was excellent.

This review is long overdue! We visited Bombance in September and were completely blown away. This was easily one of my most memorable meals in Paris during this trip. We were able to make a reservation for lunch online. Our favorites were the pâté en croûte, perfect egg, and the duck. The perfect egg with squash eaten with their sourdough bread was so amazing! The egg and squash combo was so delicious, the flavors were distinct and blended together so well, it was such a comforting dish made up of both sweet and savory flavors. I still dream about this dish today. the duck was tender and cooked perfectly. the crispy skin was caramelized and just melts in your mouth. Best duck leg i’ve ever had! This was such an amazing meal and for a great price. Definitely can’t wait to visit again!
