Update June 22 tried their iraní tea - it was fantastic however the taste of vadapav and egg puff is not consistent. I have to shave off one point.

Bombay Baking Co. is a fresh and welcome addition to Woburn’s growing Indian street food scene. This bright and clean café has a modern, inviting vibe with plenty of parking and super friendly staff.
The vada pav was a standout—the flavors were bold and authentic, though the batter could have been a bit thinner for that perfect crunch. The butterscotch pastry was a delightful surprise—rich, moist, and indulgent. The egg puff was satisfying and well-seasoned, while the chili cheese toast was just average and could use a bit more punch.
One disappointment: they were out of milk and couldn’t serve tea, which felt like a missed opportunity in a café setting. That said, the overall experience was positive, and I’m looking forward to coming back to try more from their menu.
