Bombay Bar & Grill

Bombays is a great place to go. I recently celebrated a milestone birthday there. Bombays accommodated me in every way possible and my guest enjoyed themselves. There was live music, excellent food and they even provided a Connect 4 to entertain the children. I highly recommend it!

It’s been a while since visiting, but you need to try their hamburger with an egg on top. Such an unusual combination and surprisingly, one of the best burgers around. Don’t know what they call it, but I reference as the Heart Attack Burger since it’s the Bomb-bay of burgers. Also, interesting drink concoctions that will carry you through the evening, during the live music shows.

Everything was just prefect! The food, the live music and the vibe were spot on! I couldn't of asked for a better evening. I look forward to coming back soon. Thanks so much.

Cool venue with great live music. Carlos was one of the most attentive bartenders I've had the joy to meet. Really enjoy visiting this establishment.

Went in for line dancing with my wife and a friend. Teachers were very good and they ran two dance floors simultaneously! As the night went on the DJ up front transitioned to hip hop. Definitely a hip hop fan, but his musical selection was not good. The linedance DJ played specific requests when asked. What do ya want? I'm an old head.😂 The cook came over to make sure we knew the kitchen was open still, and our server was attentive, friendly and fast. Bombay has the most thorough selection of mocktails I have ever seen, and they were magnificent.

Lived here my whole life & can say Bombays has been here through thick & thin. Love this place, never had any issues. Bouncers, bartenders and dj's are all cool.

This place took a shit. Garbage music both on the outside and inside. At first the DJ was good playing dance music and we were vibinh then it changed. Everyone is standing around, no one dancing. Im so disappointed. Brought my friend of after several years of not coming out. No good music to dance too. Drinks were good though.... towards the end they started to play good music. We danced for about 20 minutes.

I was getting married and I wanted a night for a few of my closest girlfriends to get together. I had been to Bombay Bar & Grill before and I knew it had a great vibe. We had a wonderful time. The band was a nice added touch to our evening. The servers were very attentive and our drinks were good. I had the Sunlight mocktail and the girls enjoyed a variety of cocktails. The Beach Breakfast burger is my favorite and the others enjoyed the salads and other burgers. The photo booth was fun for us. Getting 5 of us in was a challenge, but we did it. Thanks again to the owner and staff of Bombay Bar & Grill for making our night a memorable one. We loved the Champaign too!

Went for their Friday comedy night, which was fun and about expected as an experience for $10. The comedy and other event are generally in the back room so you get to walk through the bar and seating. They also have an outdoor patio. Drinks are your average, reasonably priced and fairly standard selections. Fries were fresh and crisp.

Bombay is a staple business for Downtown Ventura! Both owners are incredibly genuine folks who really care about our town. My family stopped by last week to try their new menu and it was so delicious. I had tacos, my kids had burgers and mac and we also tried the queso dip. All so tasty and the staff was attentive and polite. If you have ever had a conversation with either owner (who are there almost every day) you would know they are hard working and super nice people. I'm glad to see they have a new chef and new menu, always fun to pair with their live music line up!

It's Mother's Day brunch , we were there at 12:00 , they had a problem with owner running late and weren't able to let us in until 12:35 , we were a party of 14 , huge party . They were able to accommodate us quickly and took our order fast . We got the unlimited mimosas, very dangerous but awesome , the food was great , I wanted the bacon covered shrimp but they were out of the bigger shrimp . We all Had salads and burgers , very well prepared . Everyone there was sooo kind and attentive, they helped our kiddos have a great day , brought them toys and things for entertainment! Place is loud perfect for our kids ! Over all we had a great time ! We would probably do it again next year !! Thank you for the great service !

Decided to spend Mother's Day lunch here they advertised bottomless mimosas for $14 which was a deciding factor for us. The flyer and website states 12pm and the doors opened at 12:30 or later. Staff was running late IT HAPPENS but we stood there for 30 mins stuck it out with 6 kids and waited for someone to show up and open the place. Rough start but The staff all very friendly and accommodating great with the kids and energy was nice from them. The place is clean and there is indoor or outdoor seating. Food was great very delicious and they had all menu items but 2 things available that day. Over all glad we stuck it out and waited food and drinks and service was great! I think we will be back again.

Hi went into Bombay Bar and Grill Friday September 26 2025 awesome lady singing! So I order a drink and I ask the young lady who was the only bartender there when I got there around 6pm and I asked her will you hold my card I'll pay cash she was like sure, i said please don't charge card and on that 20 minutes later i gave her a $ $20 dollar tip cause they work hard .so I went to bath room around 750 pm be fire leaving and normally if a bartender gonna leave they come back and say im leavening and this is the person serving you but she didn't come back had i not went to the bath room i would never saw her leave I thought that was strange! So the guy with black curly hair was doing bar back at the time i said can I pay he said sure but DONT charge card I paid the $ 34.95 cash to him said i tip the young lady who was just bar tender. Them not knowing im executive at a major company and my son plays pro ball and my daughter is a recording artist i can easily hit social media say there scammers who work there. At Bombay bar and grill Ventura off California street downtown!with all this being said i didnt so i got home cause something didnt feel right I checked my credit card look what the bar back did to me after I told him DONT charge my card gave him cash and I'll already tip the young lady this is so sad it's the principle you need money that bad you scam someone ! So I immediately call capitol one my friends the manager on it quick , owners need to check who they hire they do this to me for little money how much is the hittin the bar for! This is my first yelp review...let that settle. I went here for my 21st birthday with my brothers and there were around 10 other people there and they were BLASTING the DJ'S music to the point where you were screaming at eachother and couldn't here absolutely anything. It was a complete joke and quickly turned many people away by the extremely loud and obnoxious music. Total joke to be blasting music that loud at 9pm with no one there. Service was fine no one was rude.

I was not a fan of their new years event. It was very disorganized and very crowded for everyone to be at one dance floor. They also only had 3 bartenders at the bar so we waited a really long time to get our drinks. The ones who were serving at the tables were very nice though. The champagne was also just whoever could grab one because they did not announce it or anything. It was disappointing because they could have been better prepared. They kept mentioning the second dance floor would be opening but they never did. What is nice is that they have a very open photo booth for friends! They also had a taco stand in their patio for food.

Our server Xia was wonderful we had a large group and she got our food and drinks out to us quickly. The happy hour deals are amazing i had the poke bowl and my friends had the coconut shrimp. Large portions! Delicious beers and they had margaritas on special too! Plenty of seats. But why is their parking lot closed? When the open it I will give them 5 stars.

The DJ really knows how to read the audience. I visited for Friday night 2x1 drinks and danced so much that I was sweating. Bombay has 2 for 1 drinks every Friday night after 10pm on all well drinks and beers. If you come any time before 10 on a Friday, it can be a little barren, but things pick up quickly around 10:30. It's a great walking distance from other drinking spots/the beach and has mostly younger people looking to socialize and have fun. I've met a few great people just chatting with strangers in the bathroom. I felt totally safe and had a blast!

I was there for an event and did not eat, I am suprised by the negative reviews. We went to this place in the old days and it was a dive bar but has cleaned up a lot. The bartender was amazing and I had two of the best cocktails I have had in years, I think it was better than that bank bar around the corner by far - the el chapo was really yummy and served with a wide warm smile. There was terrific local live music that was really charming and it had a good happy vibe. We were not there late, I am not a regular and haven't been in ten years so that was just my experience, I did not see all the nasty stuff people are referring to, I saw a great bartender who went out of her way to make sure we were happy, young, local crowd and a clean bar, but there was a rather big looking security guy getting ready to set up when we left so who knows?

Great place of business. I will definitely come back with my family. They catered to us and satisfied all our needs. The owner is great! Food is great! Environment was awesome. ,/'t wait to do it again.

wanted to see live music, especially wanted to see blues musicians. looked at Bombay Bar and Grill website a few times in last few days. website says music happening tonight and tomorrow and way into the future, too. drive to Ventura hungry for food and music. Arrived at 6 pm. Music supposed to start at 7 pm. Bombay was closed and dark. called phone number. message no help at all. very disappointed (and confused).

Cons DRINKS $12 (Cran Vodka) last like I was drinking cranberry juice (I don't normally drink alcohol like that so I can tell if alcohol is in it) I professionally went up to the bartender and said "are you able to remake my drink please." (I don't like confrontation. So I didn't want to walk up there accusing them of mixing water with alcohol and too much ice. Which bars do to save money). They were very confrontational what's wrong with the drink? Me: it just doesn't taste right. (Still not accusing anything) blonde bartenders off the bat say we measure all of our drinks (never said they didn't I watched her) Outside bouncers can be assholes and say they reached full capacity and no more in for the night (unless it's there friends). He judges you on your looks (even though he's huffing and puffing to take 2 steps towards the door). Tell others to go around the block and come back in 10 minutes) Co- owner Anise I politely tried to explain my issue she raised her voice at me and said no refund just leave. (So if you had the same experience you can get a refund through your CC company Pros: it's a spot you end up at you don't start there! Security guys on the inside are very nice If your looking for a temporary military guy they all go there Good music no entrance fee Order canned drinks or beers (better yet don't dive them your money and pregame in the car liquor store to the left of the club. The liquor store owner is very nice!! (Don't park in his parking lot)

Pretty cool place great music! A nice patio and 2 rooms with music and a dance floor. Came here on a Saturday night with some friends visiting from out of town and we had a blast! No cover not sure if that is the case every night. It was packed and we got here around 1030. They check purses and they have metal detectors. There was a line when we got here but you get in pretty quickly. The first room right when you get in has a dj and they were playing some awesome old school r&b and rap. My kind of music. The second room in the back was playing electronic/pop music but then towards the end of the night they were playing the dance music they were playing in the front. The outside area is pretty cool because it's a pretty big patio/smoking area with tables and it leads to another door in the back if you want to go to the back room and not have to fight the crowd inside. We had a blast here and it's on a street right where all the other bars and restaurants are and across from cafe fiore which we went to earlier.

We watched a most disturbing scene at you bars entrance door. Feb. 11 early evening Chopper Fest event mixer. Your security guard denied entrance to a handicapped individual for having a certain letter tattoo on his wrist area? WTF! Then we heard security say that the bar has a list of tattoo letters that are not allowed to enter. Again WTF! It's your choice to deny entrance or ask people to leave. I am intrigued by this seemingly prejudice policy and would like to better understand the thinking behind the "Letters List". Chopper Fest is a sizable event of bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts, and many have many tattoos on their bodies.

We literally waited for over an hour for our appetizers and then another 20 min for the food. I ordered a salad. We were not initially served water or asked if we wanted drinks. That took 20 min. As I have begun to write this review, i still have not received my food. They told us that we all came in at the same time. It was NOT crowded. No one else entered when we came in or quickly right after us. We are in a pandemic. Restaurants are operating at roughly 25% I believe. It was not that crowded. This place is close to the beach and it's cold at night. They said they ran out of propane for the outdoor heaters. Again we are in a pandemic. The only way restaurants are open now is if they are seating guests outside. If this is the new norm, how can you let your propane run iut. Anise (manager) finally delivered our food. I asked her why the delay and she said it took 40 min and that is unusually longer but they had all these tables. Again, it was not that crowded. While the manager adjusted the bill, it would have made my experience more pleasant had she said what can we do to make your experience more pleasurable so that you will come back. She did not say that. I have only given a 1, once before. It takes a lot for me to give such a low rating. I can only hope that others have had a better dining experience than I did. If 25% capacity is too much (or whatever is set for your city), take in less guests

Always amazing and impeciable service. Our bartender Anise was the most amazing and attentive bartender I've ever seen!! I'll be back for sure!

Have not been here in quite a while but decided to stop in for the band that was playing. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. Good selection of reasonably priced draft beer. Recalled the burgers being very good back in the day so tried the new smash burger with truffle fries and it did not disappoint....great burger and fries. Would recommend!

Been coming here for over 15 years. Hands down the best food, drinks, staff, owner and vibes in Ventura!

Unfortunate to have to write a 1 star review BUT the drink was watered down and when I asked for another one the bartender questioned me and acted like I let it sit and just wanted another. I legit was SICK the rest of the night from the few sips I did take. I also had the onion rings which lacked flavor. Music?? Sound system needs upgrade. This place has potential but with the poor bartender attitudes it's not a place I'll go again.

Great lunch! We shared the cesar salad and elote fries, both were delicious. They have large portions, reasonable prices, great service, and a dog friendly patio. We had an opportunity to speak with the owners, they're very nice, the whole staff is. We'll definitely be back!

I have tried the bacon cheeseburger, fries and soda is so yummy and I love to eat them more often plus I would love to have my birthday party there with my arc family someday

Bombay never disappoints. If your plans brings you to ventura and you need a bite or a drink, Bombay checks off both. Their food is 100%! and if you are lucky enough to get a band while you are there, even better!

Every time I come to Bombay's it's always a good time. The staff and security are very friendly and respectable. It gets super packed on the weekends because its always a good vibe and I also love the Friday 2 for 1 drinks! I do wish they would bring back the Sunday mimosas. I recommend this place if you and your friends are wanting to have a fun night out downtown Ventura. I just advise you not to wear white shoes... they will get stepped on.

This place has a great atmosphere live music big bar to serve all your favorite spirits serving excellent food on the weekends gourmet hibachi does the thing in there those garlic noodles and hibachi wingz are my favorite

Came here for the first time today after the Ventura Marathon, I came in around 2pm so the marathon crowds were pretty much all gone, it was good cuz it wouldn't be too crowded. I ordered their Bombay Burger and their Hot Dog, they didn't disappoint me at all!! The burger was very juicy and the foot long hot dog in Hawaiian buns was really good also. I wish they had more TVs though, that would be great!! I also have a dance floor toward the back of the restaurant. I would definitely come back next time when I m in town.

We had my wife's birthday party at Bombay couple weeks ago. It was a great party. We brought in a DJ a photo booth and ordered a bunch of hors d'oeuvres from the bar. The food was phenomenal and plentiful. We worked with Anise one of the owners. She was so helpful and very accommodating to any request we had. At the end of the night we wanted to bring out one last appetizer. She suggested that she has a street dog guy that comes in and he could set up a little early at the end of the night so everybody could get street dogs we went for that and that also was very awesome, the price for the accommodations and the food was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this facility for any upcoming parties, again Anise made everything so easy. Entire staff was also very accommodating.

I've been to Bombay multiple times over the years and had fun experiences but this weekend was the worst experience I've had. I took a couple days to compile my thoughts about what happened this past Saturday night and so here is what happened: Saturday night, our party of 3 arrived at Bombay around 9:30-10pm, we grabbed a drink, ordered some chicken wings and hung out in the outside garden area. Once things got busier inside, we moved inside and sat in the front table (first table you see walking into the club). We were dancing, ordered another drink and making new friends with the ladies in the table next to us. Suddenly, on the dance floor, we see a guy grab a young girl by the hair, start punching her and throw her to the floor. The girl gets up and kicks him, then he socks her again and she falls. My cousin immediately reacted to detain the guy who punched the young girl, but the guy began to fight back. This is all happening while a security is watching from afar yet not moving close enough to stop this fight. Eventually a kitchen cook and another security get to the scene. One grabs my cousin and another grabs the other guy. I step up and let the security know that my cousin was just holding the abusing guy back but he pushes me across my chest and tells me "you are all getting kicked out" so I get upset and tell him "don't touch me! You hurt me" and once again he tells me "let's go, you are all getting kicked out through the back door" and so I grabbed our jackets and walked to the outside. We tried explaining to all 3 Bombay employees (the 2 security guys and the 1 kitchen cook) about what happened but they didn't care to listen. As we walk up to the front, we see the girl who was getting beat up with the same guy who beat her and 3 other guys. My cousin ran up to him and asked "why are you hitting a girl fool?" All 4 guys then begin swinging at my husband and my cousin. The girl is screaming "stop getting involved, it's my life!" The 2 securities and the cook came through the front again and unprovoked and without warning, these guys decided to pepper spray my cousin and my husband! We walk away, get to our vehicle and wash off the pepper spray. Eventually we drive past Bombay and guess what? The same 4 guys are hanging out right across from Bombay! I am so disappointed that Bombay decided to defend a potential criminal instead of calling 911 to handle the situation. The owners and management of Bombay have trained their personnel to pepper spray, and assault innocent patrons. My cousin, husband and I were aggressively kicked out for trying to help what appeared to be a domestic abuse situation. The night turned very dark when my party and I were just out to have a good time. To the security who pushed me, you left a small bruise on one of my breasts. Do you think that's fair? I feel it's more like sexual harassment. To the security who pepper sprayed my husband and cousin, why do you attack the defenders? Yet, you let the attackers get away and hang out in front of your club? I wonder if it's because we are Hispanic and the offenders were Caucasian. Beyond the disappointment in how this situation was handled, I am angered that the securities and cook, handled the situation so poorly. What is your thought process on that? 100% we will NEVER recommend people to go to this club. Not only is it unsafe for women, as security just watch women get beat and don't do anything about it, AND security push women around with abrupt force. This club also has a poor structure when it comes to how they use their weapons and security measures. If I can describe in 3 words: dangerous, unsafe, unfair treatment. This morning I shared this with my coworkers, and another woman also had a similar experience. I encouraged her to write her experience on here and leave a review.

So, I went here on a Sunday morning and they weren't open. I was first in line!! I set my tent and when they opened next Thursday, I got the best Black Friday special ever!!! So what that they didn't scan my ID. This place rocks. It's what keeps the old vibe of Ventura alive. Thank you BB.

This is for the nightclub. Best place to dance in the area. Two areas (in the front and back) with different music genres. In the back it was more techno, Spanish and more rap/hip hop in the front. Twenty somethings for the crowd. Inexpensive drinks. No dress code. Super sticky floors. That sums it up.

All I can say is disappointed is an understatement. I decided to go out with a friend and visit the bar that we haven't been to in months. When we arrived we sat in the back and had a new waitress greet us and took our drink order. When she came back with our drinks we decided to close out right then and there. I handed the waitress my card and she walked away for about 5 minutes. She then came back to drop off my friends remainder cash balance and my card/receipt . When I opened the check book I had noticed my card was missing. My friend then mentioned to the waitress that my card was missing. When the waitress came back she realized it was gone and immediately went to retrace her steps. After a few minutes later she then informs me that it has been stolen or she had misplaced my card. We had only been there for about 15-20 minutes and the waitress lost my card.. The waitress didn't seem genuinely sincere with her apology. when she came back after searching the area with her phone flash light, she informed me that the whole staff was aware and laughed as she was explaining she didn't know what could've happened and took my number down so that she can "text" me Incase she finds it. It was a very upsetting experience for me to know that someone else in the building had access to my card. Throughout the whole night I waited and saw the waitress flirting with a security guard and laughing with people while I was waiting all night for an update I never received (not even a check in to inform me she's still on the hunt) after the first hour of being there, she acted like I didn't exist. The manager gave me drink tokens due to my friend personally reaching out to them but the night was ruined and handled very unprofessionally. I loved this place so much but I will no longer be returning.

So I have to say that I was pretty close to writing this place off, since the last handful of times we attempted to eat here, we had really bad experiences ....... Buuuuuut after today, the food here "totally redeemed themselves." (In true Lloyd Christmas voice from-Dumb in Dumber) When my hubsman, said he was craving a burger the first place that came to mind, to NOT go to was Bombay's ... Buuuuuut we ended up driving towards DTVTA anyway... So needless to say, finally. We walked in around 5:45p and there was maybe 2 other customers inside. The establishment itself is small from the outside including the outdoor patio on the side ... Buuuuuut when you walk in, this place is pretty huge. There's a stage immediately to your left for live music on some days, then on the complete left you find a bar counter and huge selection of handles. To the right, you have high top, bar booths tables. Anyway, we decided to sit at the bar so we can watch some TV and kick it with the bartender, Anise. She was chill with just the perfect amount of bartender assertiveness. It was Happy Hour, so we ordered a mixture of things from HH and the main menu. Being known for burgers that is exactly what we ordered. Now let's get to the meat and potatoes of this review, the food: 1) The Bombay Burger: add avocado-$14 3.5 stars; per husband the meat and condiments were fresh. The meat and bun ratio is bananas; the meat patty on this burger is ridiiionkulously thick and huge. The fries that came along with this dish were, okay. With the addition of the bacon and avocado to the burger, it made an overall great pair in the burger. Above, A-OK.-but definitely pricey. 2) Nacho Volcano Sliders: 2 mini versions of the main burger but for only $8. I don't really like Brioche Buns because I think they get stale quick, but when you immediately get your food, don't let it sit or else it can get hard. The meat wasn't as juicy as the Bombay Burger, and also this burger was not spicy at all although many of the ingredients were different peppers combined. Saddened and felt like a waste for $8. (Maybe 2.6 stars.) Spicy Mac N Cheese: mini bowl of greatness for only $4 (HAPPY hour) The only thing I can say 'bout this MNC is that it's a spicy creeper. At first I was like, this isn't spicy....then BoOm. Eeeeesssspicy, good spicy! I would totally order this again. (3.9 stars) Chili Garlic Lime Wings, $0.50 each. HELLO?? Chili Garlic anything, heck yeah-plus super cheap?! Double heck yeah. These were the highlight of our dinning experience ... The wings are delicious, and being that they had a great price point -we sure went hard on the cheap, delicious wings tonight! (5 stars, and even ordered extras to take home!) Let's just say, good things come to those who wait but the biggest question here is, will the food be just as delish at our second visit compared to this visit? Or were we just super hungry that anything would have tasted good to us, even dirt?! Watch out for another review for our next visit to see...

This is a perfect example of how unprofessional the manager or whoever is responding this way on a business page to their customers. I have a PHD so don't insult my intelligence, I know what the definition of discrimination means. This place needs to hire new staff because there is no professionalism at this business. Please read all the reviews before coming here.

Bombays is the best Ventura bar. It's the bar we have attended solo, groups and celebrations. We love this bar. Everyone is welcomed and the staff do amazing job of keeping drama and conflict outside the bar. Any fights or hostilely is not welcomed. They treat everyone with love and respect. All our love to Anise and Diego for putting up with our group and million requests.

Bombay burgers bar and music I the worst! Wild music with no one dancing and very inconsiderate for those trying to get back into the place. I went outside for a phone call and they said I couldn't go back in for "being too intoxicated" after only having one overpriced drink (Which if I was too intoxicated I couldn't be writing this review). Ridiculous oversight on those who enter this trash place with WEAK drinks

I've been here twice. The first time was great the second time was not so great. When I came with the bestie we enjoyed everything minus the hair in my appetizer. We came for a pub crawl and the drinks were super weak. Our bill was ridiculous because everyone had to order an add shot. Super disappointing.

Huge bar. Great Food. Great Drinks. Good service... Truffle Fries Mmm! Burgers Mmm! Sliders are the Bomb. My Faves are the Steak Burger, Aztec Burger & the Nacho Volcano Burger. They are a must try. Fridays & Saturday nights they have late night tacos & various music/bands. Thursdays nights they either have a DJ playing my various faves or beer pong tournaments out back. Its pretty Casual, a Great place to eat, drink & hang with friends or on a date. Oh & lots of stalls for us ladies in the restroom. Thats a plus. Right?! Haha. One of my Fave spots in Ventura :)

I tried coming here with my friends for my birthday. I have never been someone to argue with a bouncer, or even write a review, but I cannot explain how unbelievably rude the bouncer here was to us. After about 30 minutes in line we get up to the bouncer. My wife: hi, we've got six Bouncer: I can let in 4 Me: can we wait until there's room for 6? Bouncer: I can only let in 4 (2 people walk out) My wife (jokingly): 2 people just came out, now can all 6 of us come in Bouncer: I can do math My wife: I'm sure you can do math, I was just saying that two people walked out Bouncer: You know what? You guys aren't getting in tonight Me: what why Bouncer: Get out of my line Understandably, we were furious and things got a little heated. We definitely threw around some F bombs. One of my female friends said go suck a dick to which he responded with yeah I bet you're good at that. I ended up taking a minute to cool down, and I walked back over. He told me he was going to let us in until my wife started running her mouth.

Was here a few years ago, saw a fight breakout and a guy get his neck slit in the scuffle. Went back to check it out recently, driving slowly through the crowded parking lot, a guy lifts his shirt revealing a handgun in his waisteband. We kept driving, didn't park, won't return. * this post is honest and true (I see the owner's post). The fight was out front. The gun was on a guy in the crowd outside of Bombay's; it was packed. Irrelevant if Bombay's doesn't own a parking lot; their overflow fills all nearby lots, including the one directly next door--where I decided never to return to this low-class and potentially dangerous establishment.

I had the Bombay Mule, and Cobb Salad, while my husband got the BBQ Bacon Burger (no cheese, food allergy )... DELICIOUS. All of it. Staff was also great. The only thing, there was a wait getting the food. Totally worth it in the end.

This place is awesome! They have the best music, and the staff always greets my friends and I with big smiles! The owners Diego & Anise could not be nicer. Never had a bad experience here. If you're in the area I would stop by here for a fun time!

Highly recommend this place for a night of fun! The staff is super accommodating and ensure a great time ALWAYS. They actually go out of their way to make sure my friends and I have a safe ride home which couldn't mean more to me! I do miss some of the pre pandemic food but they are developing a new menu. Definitely stop in for Friday 2 for 1 drinks and some of the best DJ's in Ventura.

The response to my post is EXACTLY why this place will not stay in business. Literally no dignity or any shame in how trashy of a person they are. Just utter garbage and ridiculously tacky behavior. I hope he keeps replying to show the patrons and anyone else just how unprofessional he is. Lol, thanks for showing everyone your true colors on here... Get some serious therapy buddy cause you got real issues! You can't even help yourself from digging a bigger hole

Haven't been there since the pox shut everything down. Great, friendly owner. Live music is fabulous in this venue. They make a slider with blue cheese that is out of this world - Thursday (?) is slider special. Well worth a try.

We love this place! If you want some local flavor, great food and drinks- don't miss the Bombay. They have a great beer selection and pints are $3 on Sunday until 6, with 1/2 priced appetizers. Fried pickles and bacon wrapped shrimp are our favorites. And don't miss the burgers. Never miss the burger. They have changed their menu and it knocks it out of the park! Sweet and Smokey fries- sweet potato fries with bacon and maple aioli. Omg.... and the Brussel sprouts with pork belly- the perfect balance with the vinegar- The service- we have become a regular of Sarah- if she's there, you can't go wrong. She knows the menu like the back of her hand. Although we miss the Boochcraft on tap, there are so many other reasons to come to this great place! Thank you Sarah for taking such great care of us!

First time at Bombay burgers- Bar- Music, and we had a blast! Met the owners Anise and Diego and we're blown away with their hospitality and professionalism. The food was great and the drinks were delicious!!! We came early so we can't speak to the night crowd, but we had a blast over dinner and cocktails. Super attentive staff and totally happening atmosphere. We'll definitely be back- owner says new menu item are on the way- looking forward to exciting new options and delicious drinks
