The restaurant is located in a prime spot at JBR, making it a convenient choice for birthday celebrations. The ambiance was impressive; however, the experience was dampened by the lack of proper air conditioning. Instead, they used industrial cooling units that were quite noisy and caused the food to cool down too quickly, which affected our enjoyment. On the positive side, the service was prompt, and the restaurant was nearly empty during weekday lunch hours. That said, the spice level of the dishes could be improved. Additionally, the absence of alcohol is a significant downside. Overall, it was an average experience, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We were served by Kishan and batcha for our dinner. They were attentative in all our requests. The food was lovely, but we were not impressed by the concept of Avacado pani-puri/Gol-Gappe. The puris had only a 1/4 teaspoon of Avacado and 1 pomegranite seed, and then we added the green pani to it. Interesting, but personally, we would stick to authentic Pani-puri filling. The decor inside the restaurant is amazing. The non-vege starter platter was OK, It had chicken tikka, lamb kebabs, prawns and fried fish. I wasn't too keen on the kebabs. On a previous visit, I have had the biriyani, it very good. We also loved the salt lassi and mango lassi. Overall, I would recommend only to try the authentic descriptioned food.

Bombay Bungalow was an absolute delight. The food was incredibly delicious — every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to our waiter, Bhupendra, who was exceptionally friendly and recommended some of the best dishes we tried. His service truly elevated our experience. We’ll definitely be coming back with friends. The only small note is that the air conditioning could be a touch cooler, but everything else was perfect.

We came across Bombay Bungalow in the Al Hamra Mall … being Friday night and fancied a curry we headed in ! Perfect service delicious food boiling hot and amazing flavours ! We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great meal beautifully cooked with amazing service.
