TLDR: If you're short on time, this isn't your place
My sister and I stopped by the French Market for a coffee around 10:30 am on a Wednesday and were disappointed to see that many shops didn't open til 11! Thankfully, Bon Appetit Creperie was open--but they didn't have coffee. (Dammit. Just my luck!) Well, it would've been rude to walk away from a Creperie without getting a crepe so we ordered The Parisian and the Bee. The ladies behind the counter looked extremely busy and even a little overwhelmed. They told us our order would "take a little time" bc they were working on previously placed online orders. It took about 15 - 20 min for our order to be ready; luckily we didn't have anywhere to be.
The crepe itself had a nice chewy texture but the flavors were kind of lacking. I usually like a nice simple crepe with just lemon, butter, and powdered sugar, which is why I chose the Parisian, but the crepe I got didn't have enough of any of the toppings--which made it pretty bland. My sister seemed to like her Bee, so I'm definitely willing to give this place another try if the opportunity arose. But, IMO, the Crepe Shop in Lakeview East offers better crepes.
