Had an overall pleasant experience of enjoying a supper here on my trip to Ladakh, albeit with some concerns here and there. I don't think there's a better restaurant in the Leh city to be enjoying the sunset than this one. Their outdoor seating, the gravel-lined lawns, candle-lights deserves a 10 stars for sure. The atmosphere really sets the mood and watching the sun set beyond the rugged brown mountains and snowcapped peaks in the distance is a picture that will forever be etched in my mind. The food did not disappoint either. We ordered skewers, herb & garlic chicken, and spaghetti and taste wise they were good. But compared to the price, the amount felt unjustly small. I would however have to give points in efforts made by the chef for garnishing. It's expensive, if you ask me but considering a majority of their customers were foreigners, I would guess they had upped their price to cater to a majorly foreign crowd. Plus, the menu feels a tad bit limiting. Not very many options either. My only major concern, however, is that the waiters seemed to be paying more attention the groups of foreigners who had come here and sometimes absolutely ignoring us, when we needed to take something. A lot of reviews I read here talk about this bit of racism towards Indian customers and while it had not been anything extreme in our case, we still felt their approach towards Indians and foreigners was a tad bit different. I would still say this place is worth going for a one time visit to catch the sunset and enjoy one meal, just for the sake of experience.

We had a great dinner with excellent food after several days had Indian food. Its really tasty, all the dishes we order even bread with cheese and garlic to eat with tomato soup. Decor here was nice and expert like dining😆 but price is reasonable. But the way to res quite challenge and staff attitude needs to improve :(

This is a beautiful place for dining both for lunch and dinner. The food is mostly continental but some of the dishes are very good. We ordered Tomato soup which was very good followed by a dip with naan which was also very good. The pizza was a disappointment but the dessert was very good.

A top notch dinner experience for a very reasonable cost. A wide variety of international favourites, excellent service, nice ambience and all the food was superb. We had soup, salad, pasta, tandoori chicken and a dessert with soft drinks for about 1,900 Rupees. The staff were so helpful, even packaging our left overs to give to the street dogs on the way home. Highly recommended.

Very cozy and beautiful place. Service is amazing. Bruschetta, tomato soup, mushrooms salad, cashew chicken were nice. Trout is ok.

Wasn't expecting a proper Italian restaurant here. Don't be fooled by the access road that takes you to the restaurant. The food is as good as you'll get in any Tier 1 city. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating and the set up is amazingly rustic and comfortable. If Leh was warmer, anyone could mistake that they were actually sitting in a joint in Italy. The food was great albeit a little less spicy for my palate. The desserts were out of the world. My personal favourite being the Apricot Creme (in pic). The staff is also very courteous. If planning to go for a dinner, it is advisable to reach earlier than 8 PM. It is not very busy during lunch hours but dinner time is a different ballgame. A solid 4.5/5.

"I had the pleasure of enjoying a Mutton Burger at Bon Appetit 🍔, and it was simply delightful! The burger was classic, with no unnecessary frills—just a great, well-made burger. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, it hit all the right notes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and straightforward meal! 😋👍"

Good ambience and that's about it. My partner suggests that I should give them 2 stars, but I'll give them 3 since the ambience was good and the food was okay. This opinion is based on two visits; we were able to dine in the second one. Important things: Reserve beforehand as they are busy. They stop taking orders around 8:15 PM. My views: 1. overly priced, 2. nothing out of the ordinary in terms of taste, I would even say that it was lacking. 3. Extremely slow service. When they knew the number of guests based on the reservations, they should have hired more waiters or more kitchen staff. Anyway, we were waiting more and eating less. Food: If you are looking for Indian or Tibetan food, I do not recommend this place. Want something international'ish', you may try. Although, as mentioned earlier, overpriced and lacking food. We ordered vegetarian platter, trio dip with Mediterranean Naan, apricot tea and Panna cotta. I liked panna cotta, the rest was edible.
