Tried this place on my visit to Boston as it was rated one of the best food trucks and this is the only place with some speciality dishes. Had coconut chicken and it is average. Soup did not meet expectations compared to other soup dishes. Chicken is nice. Service is good. Free parking. Place can be busy.

$7 for a banh mi is on the expensive side. Not really authentic Vietnamese taste. Bread wasn't toasted and soft in the middle but more dry and stale. Not horrible, but I've had better, more authentic for cheaper.

Nice clean solid place. Not much seating as usual from any Bon Me locations. Choices of meats always change so possibilities are there. Drinks are okay. I got a green milk bubble tea but was served cold green tea with milk no bubbles. I got chicken noodle soup with udon noodles which was great in flavor and plenty of chicken. Hubby got the pork ramen which was the star of my day. Loads of flavor and worth the price. Dishes were great but drinks could use some help in that area. Other than that, great experience there with friendly service.

I've honestly never left a food establishment upset with my purchase until now. First of all, the lack of menu options led me to believe that maybe they didn't need more than they had, so I expected, at the least, the "bold" and "fresh" taste they claim to have. I'd ordered the udon chicken noodle soup, and most of my chicken contained shrapnels of bone. The broth was so tasteless, mostly just oil and maybe soy sauce. It lacked authenticity, and the atmosphere of the place just felt like a facade for a hipster trap. Handing me half a bowl of a sad excuse for ramen with plastic disposable untensils on a school lunch tray just doesn't yell authentic bold vietnamese cuisine. The employees were great though, they were nice. I'd say if you don't care about good tasting food that's worth your money then stop by.

I tried it for the first time today. Both employees we spoke to were very kind and very willing to give information on their items. Their bahn mi was very tasty and I felt it was worth it for $7 and the bubble tea wasn't overly sweet. The chia seed pudding was great too with plenty of fresh, young coconut flavor and we even got another one to take home so others could try. The place was cute and relaxed and the plastics were compostable. I really appreciate when businesses pay attention to that sort of thing.

The brand aesthetics (food, location, etc) are great. Do not expect authentic Vietnamese food here because that's not what this brand is meant to be. Sometimes the chefs over-salt. Otherwise, they're always experimenting with new dishes at this location.

Bon me is fantastic. They recently started adding new dishes to their menu. Their ramen is good, but I have had a lot better at other places. The miso pork is incredible though and should not be missed when you visit.

I work across the street and I go there all the time. I went there and my coworker mentioned to the employee we get mall worker discounts. Employee forgot to put mine through and manager said no refund is possible. What kind of place doesn't offer any kind of refunds? Seems like a lazy business practice because they don't want to put work in. Maybe try another location because the food is good but pretty sad if they won't be willing to put effort in to satisfy customers.
