We ordered from them before through DoorDash as a pickup. Food was amazing and our first time trying this restaurant. This last incident we got the 11.99 special and the chicken was so old. My mom did even eat it in fear of getting sick. Hailey, the server was rude and had a nasty attitude.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit because I truly enjoyed this place. The food—especially the chicken—has always been a highlight, and I’ve had great experiences here in the past. However, during my most recent visit (June 25), I noticed some changes in the service that were a bit disappointing. The new staff member at the entrance didn’t seem as welcoming or guest-friendly as we’ve experienced before. While I understand she may still be in training, I believe the responsibility falls more on her trainer or manager to ensure she’s well-supported in providing good customer service. There were also some service-related issues: • Our food arrived, but we had to ask for utensils and plates. • When it came time to pay, the pen was left on the table without explanation, and we weren’t sure how to proceed with signing. • A staff member working in both the kitchen and serving area seemed quite defensive when I politely asked if the air conditioning was working in the back. I simply mentioned that it felt cooler near the entrance, but instead of a calm explanation, I received a lengthy response about the weather, which felt unnecessary. I was smiling and speaking politely, and just hoped for a simple answer. No extra place for the chicken bones. In addition, even something as basic as steamed rice need to wait 30 minutes , which was surprising, so we skip this. Please know that I’m not writing this to criticize or degrade the restaurant. I genuinely like this place, and these comments come from a place of wanting to see it maintain its quality—especially in terms of customer experience. For now, I may opt for takeaway instead of dining in, but I do look forward to continuing to support your business.

Came here a couple years ago and the food was not good. Went back today because I thought maybe, with all the reviews, the chicken had gotten better but no. The legs were either old or fried so hard they appeared to be old. It's difficult to make a chicken leg dry but all 4 of them were and fried extra extra hard. Definitely not the Bonchon I used to have in CA. Never again.

While still a great stop for some great food I felt a few of our items were over cooked this time. My bao buns while flavorful the meat could’ve been cooked a tad less. It was a bit tough to chew. The potstickers were amazing with half and half of the sauces. My bibimbap spicy and delicious. Service was good and Amy delay was addressed. Vibe is pretty basic, but welcoming and enjoyable. Prices fair for the amount of food you receive.

Second time here and it’s amazing! The chicken is super crispy and the sauce was delicious. We had the Seoul sampler and japchae, both things had so much flavor. The staff were friendly and patient. I wish we lived closer as this would be a frequent stop for my family and I. 10/10 recommend, give this place a try.

Please Please don’t try! Extremely disappointing! I love Korean food and have tried most places but this place has nothing to do with real Korean food. The dishes tasted completely off — no authentic flavors, no side dishes - the flavors were so wrong! Even the rice was OFF! I’ve had Korean food many many many times, and this was nowhere close. And OMG it was obvious that the people running the kitchen had no idea how to make traditional Korean dishes. If you’re going to advertise yourself as a Korean restaurant, at least serve authentic food or hire someone who actually knows the cuisine. This felt like a cheap imitation trying to pass off as Korean. Total waste of money — I left completely sad! Also the portions are too small for the price! Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for Korean food.

We were visiting Arizona and loved this place! The service was quick and the food was very tasting. We got fried rice, radish and coleslaw as our sides. We had beers for our drinks! Also we did the hot sauce and it was pretty spicy!

The server on 6/18 at 6pm was unprofessional and kinda rude I ask to sit at a specific table she said no I could sit at a different table but the place was empty ! Then she brought us our check right after she brought our food which made me not want to order anything else. I felt rushed and unwanted in this establishment . Food was great but I can find a different Korean spot after today . Won’t be leaving a tip Good food bad service
