After being downtown for a bit I decided to look up dog friendly places and came across Bond Brothers. The staff is welcoming of all and pleasant. The person behind the bar assisted me with recommendations and that I really appreciated. I tried the Cider 2 Stern hibiscus. Very good cider. Bond brothers is clean and had plenty of seating in and outside. The parking here is effortless. I enjoyed food from the food truck on site along with my hibiscus beer. I look forward to returning soon.

Always a familiar and friendly atmosphere — a great place to hang out with friends. Various social gatherings are held regularly. Just bring along your favorite snacks. I was a bit disappointed that the stout I used to enjoy has gotten a bit too strong for my taste.

Google
Bond Brothers is always a great experience! The staff's friendliness always makes visits memorable & they are so helpful. Their selection of beers is top-notch, and they are committed to supporting and improving the local community (particularly their initiatives for shelter animals). A fantastic brewery with not only great drinks but also a big heart. Thanks for all you do!

Ethan was very patient and knowledgeable about the beers they offer. He’s also an incredible mixologist. Bones Brothers was the perfect place for a girls gathering!

Update July 2025: I go here every Tuesday for the Bond Brothers Run Club. Angel, who hosts the club, is very friendly and so are all the runners there I’ve meet. Great place to come and make friends. So what about the drinks? Some of my favorites over the last four years have been the Citrasaurus Wheat (Citrus Wheat), Obfuscate (American IPA, Hazy), and the classic Cary Gold (Lager). They continuously have an assortment of experimental beers. My experience with those kind of beers can always been a mix - it’s like play roulette but when they’re great they are GREAT. Photos taken are from the NC Beer Mile they host every year. I’ve participated in them and they are lots of fun! Also, they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Originally posted 4 years ago: Nice staff and the area has a nice vibe. The beer selection was great.

This place is awesome. Good people, good vibes, the food trucks are always excellent. Huge patio area, perfect for your furry friends to visit- they have dog bowls on site too. They have a huge assortment of craft drinks, and ciders too if that's your vibe (it's mine).

Google
Really huge indoor outdoor menu with good flow. Plenty of parking on the street but busy in downtown Cary so need to walk a block or so. Are at the Bulkogi food truck and was able to eat inside the venue without buying a beer. Unfortunately it was not clean, most tables were dirty, had scraps, and there were gnats and mosquitos everywhere.

Google
Good beer. Great atmosphere. Terrible bartender. First time going here and the bartender clearly could not give a crap. Really off-putting for someone who just moved to the area. Every time I walked in to order a drink, he made it very clear that I was bothering him. There are a lot of options in this area so why would I ever return to a place where the staff made me feel unwelcome?

Yelp
Beer selection was good. Enough bartenders to handle the lines of thirsty market shoppers! Lots of seating inside or out and the game room was fun for the kids. Super dog friendly and inviting.

Yelp

Yelp
We stopped for a beer at Bond Brothers Beer Company while visiting family in the area. They didn't do flights which was a bummer for me. I decided on an O'Rascal's - Irish export stout instead. Hubby ordered a Long Distance - DIPA Hazy. We sat outside on the open air patio. I liked the seating, tables and umbrellas out there. We weren't huge fans of the beer. They both had a slight chemical aftertaste. Hubby thought his had a soapy flavor. We probably wouldn't go back for that reason as well as the fact they don't do flights.
google avatar

Yelp
This spot has some unique beer options! While they don't offer flights, they let you sample what's on tap before ordering, and the staff is super friendly and happy to share recommendations. We didn't try the food, but it looks like they have a menu available and people enjoy it. The parking is easy, and the indoor seating is spacious. There are games and pinball machines, plus it's very dog-friendly! It's not overly loud, making it a perfect spot to catch up with friends. Atmosphere: 3.5/5 Beer: 3/5 Food: Did not try

Yelp
Great outside space! Dog friendly! Food truck on the premises. They don't serve food so you can order from the places around and bring it in.
google avatar

Yelp
Probably the best brewery in the triangle. Amazing beers, thoughtful and quick service, and GREAT outdoor seating. Usually pretty busy (so a great chance to meet people if wanted) but there are never long waits for beer. Nice seating area near the bar inside and a great extra room for overflow seating or private parties. But again, the beer is the star. I highly recommend this place to all craft beer drinkers

Yelp
Great varierty of brews. Open space for friends, colleagues, large groups. Always a great food truck variety out front. A warm, welcoming, cozy little spot. We're enjoying the Pilsners, Brown Ales, and Ciders. Delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Outside seating, dog friendly, child friendly, shaded seating, drink variety on tap (ciders, ale, etc) sparkling drinks and non alcoholic can options. Walkable downtown Cary. Definitely recommend for a day outin

Dolores B.

Yelp
Haven't been there in a while. Good beer selections. Order inside so not sure if there are servers. Located near restaurants for food. Commercial location with great outside space for families to attend.

Yelp
Bond Bros may be an awesome place...I don't know. But I had their west coast ipa at RDU and it placed quite possibly in the worst 5 beers I've ever put in my mouth hole. Left half of it.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Nice vibe, good seating areas, good draft selection. Great spot to hang out with friends.
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
Quick pop in for a post bike ride beer. Wanted a place we could sit outside and keep an eye on the bikes. Decent selection. Didn't want to sample anything, wanted a lighter ipa and went with the bartenders recommendation. Directed me towards a west coast high ipa which was perfect. Decent prices.
google avatar

Yelp
Beer was great and so was the cider. We came on trivia night and brought our dog. My fiancée recommends the American IPA. It was quiet in the taproom and the lighting was low but not dark. We had a great experience with the service and quality of the beer. It's a drive for us from Wake Forest but we will certainly be back again.
google avatar

Yelp
Bond brothers has a cool ambiance, ample indoor and outdoor seating, and is dog friendly (in and out). We came on Friday afternoon and it was not very busy at all. We got a regular table in one of the rooms and hung out with our pup and had a beer. The menu is not super expansive but covers most basis, plus has cider and wine options. There are also snacks for purchase. The staff is super friendly and one member was really kind and cute with our puppy. They also have food trucks quite often!

Yelp
I finally made it over to Bond Brothers in Cary and hung out on their beautiful patio. Seriously, this has been on my bucket list for a while here. It's spring time patio season and I am here for it. * I tried both their Cary Gold Pale Lager and the Fruit Punch Sorcery Sour. Both are perfect outdoor beers.
google avatar

Dan K.

Yelp
Great service and great atmosphere. They had the canes game on, but not a go to place to watch the game but it did the job. I went for a beer and great selection, not sure about food. I think I saw a food truck outside. If you're looking for a chill place to grab a drink wine friends this would be it.
google avatar

Allyson C.

Yelp
Great venue to enjoy a nice beer or cocktail with friends. They have both indoor and outdoor space that you can utilize and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back once the summer heat subsides to enjoy their patio space.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a great please for a beer. Stopped in with the puppy for a drink and a bite to eat from a food truck and I think I found my new favorite spot. They have a great patio area with wood fire pits to hang out and enjoy your beer. I judge all breweries by their ability to produce a good stout. With every microbrewery being saturated with ipa this and ipa that it's awesome when you find a place to can do a good store. Their "Fine, no adjuncts, Andy " is an imperial double stout clocking it at 13.1% abv (closest I'll come to a half marathon maybe I'll have two!" This beer is what I expect with a stout. It's rich, thick, full of all the coffee, vanilla flavors. Super well done. The service is always great but can get a little bogged down during busy times but not terrible. All in all a great place.
google avatar

Tina W.

Yelp
I just realized that bond brother is related with triangle beer somehow? Idk but they have some sour optiions here. But the sour flavor here is one the sweet side. Not my cup of tea
google avatar

Rich T.

Yelp
Beer was excellent. The outdoor patio seating and vibe is great. Food truck was not really that good on the day I went, but would definitely visit again when I'm in town.
google avatar

Ruth C.

Yelp
Stopped here on a motorcycle ride. The place is pretty big with plenty of outdoor seating - and every table was taken (on a Saturday afternoon!!) Beer selection is good. I opted for champagne cider and it was good. The only food options are snacks - or the burger food truck out front of the building. Go for the snacks - the $8 burger and fries were just eh.....
google avatar

Yelp
Really cool little niche with a decent selection of drinks! The atmosphere was really great and I loved that dogs were allowed inside. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and the bartenders were both great at explaining the different drinks they had on tap. Definitely recommend if you want a fun place to hang with a group of friends!

Janet F.

Yelp
Great place in an offbeat location. I had An IPA that was very good But I had to try "Donut touch my coffee". The aroma of it made me want it for breakfast but we stuck with late afternoon and took a can to go. We wished we'd gotten a few. Very unique beers and the place is very clean, welcomes dogs and has indoor and outdoor seating we did not eat here. The 2 gentlemen behind the bar are very hospitable as well as fun to talk with. Enjoyed it all after our great hike in Umstead park

Yelp
Love this place. Staple in Cary, North Carolina. Fire pits during the cold weather outside is

Yelp
What a cute place in downtown Cary! I'm sad that I never knew this place existed. Better late than never I suppose! Their outdoor patio is awesome! You'll see a lot of dogs on the weekends.theres usually a food truck so make sure to check their website! They have a pretty decent beer selection and prices. Great hang out spot for group of friends
google avatar

Yelp
Great local brewery! The vibe, atmo, decor, ambiance are all in point and the bartenders are all super accommodating and chill about allowing you to sample their brewed offerings; gotta luv any place that is try before you buy! They were so gracious to let me sample 4 beers before I finally was able to decide on one that I could drink in a full pour. They don't do flights, so it is great that they take care of their patrons this way! Their beers are not your basic run of the mill, so be prepared for some flavor-forward experimental beergasms on tap! Everything I had here was great and had some fantastic out of the box brews were on draught. They don't serve food, but there is usually a food truck out front. If you are a local, in the Cary or Raleigh vicinity, you need to make this one of your beer stops in the area; you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
Came with a couple of buddies, and they have a really nice selection of beers, sours, and ciders. Pretty much something for everyone and all high quality. They've got outdoor seating and indoor seating, so it's a great place to hang out after work.

Yelp
What a great place to visit when traveling! Great family friendly environment with great vibes and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a nice family outing or to grab a beer and chill. Locally owned. Food truck on site. Try the "No Boy, No Cry" or the "Cary Gold"
google avatar

Victoria K.

Yelp
A great place to get beer in Cary. Only concern is a good portion of the seating is outside
google avatar

Shannon D.

Yelp
This is my favorite local brewery. Right noe during covid-19 check online and see what local food trucks are teaming up with them, it changes. Got this delivered with some tasty bbq. Support local!!!
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
Really good beer in a sweet location! The beers change a bit depending on the season. During the summer they had a lot of sours, but on a visit during the winter there were lots of different options. I really enjoyed the sugar and spice! They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. I do wish they did flights of beer, but I understand that can be tough when it's very crowded.
google avatar

Yelp
Bond Brothers is one of our favorites. You can get something from the nightly food truck, or carry in from one of the restaurants located within walking distance. On this night, we brought over a pizza from Pizzaria Faulisi. My daughter says Bond Brothers lemonade is the best in town! It's the perfect balance of sweet and tart, slightly effervescent. I asked for a beer recommendation for the pizza, and he suggested Burton on Trend, described as woodsy, malty, and bitter. It was a substantial brew without being too heavy or filling- perfect! There is plethora of seating options, inside and heated outdoor, and pooches are always welcome.
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
I'm becoming so fond of Bond Brothers lately. It's close to our house so it's nice to go have a drink and grab a bite to eat from whichever food truck is visiting. The outdoor area is large and has a pleasant vibe. Masks are required and everything was very clean. The beer list has something for everyone.

Mackenzie G.

Yelp
Very sexy and precise knows what he's doing way ahead of the game back to the future space jam MJ ! He'll of a ball player legendary status analysis went to all his games and know the sport like an expert except I'm a girl he's a boy ! Head of class and nerd athletes winning !

Yelp
Great place to grab or taste beers as well as a small wine selection. I've only been here once for an event, but I would highly recommend if you're in the area and enjoy beer. It was during elections and my friend and an organization she is affiliated with (Common Cause) were hosting an election event. We all went to the early voting place nearby and then returned to Bond Brothers for food (Ruckus catered a taco bar for the event) and our first beer free if we were attending the event. There is a private event space here as well. I am not a beer drinker, but they have a lot of great options and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although they do not offer a food selection, they do have food trucks that come daily to serve food. There's a large area inside and outside to eat and drink and many games you can play. I ordered a cider and it was delicious! They do not have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of parking on the street and nearby. If it's busy you may have to walk up the street a bit or go a block, but nothing unreasonable. I definitely recommend coming here and will definitely return...but maybe when it warms up a bit to take advantage of the outdoor area.

Yelp
Thursday Jazz Night Place was hopping! Music was popping, the people were jamming, and the atmosphere was cool and calm. You must like music as it's loud. But if you sit outside you could enjoy both music and conversation.
google avatar

Malissa T.

Yelp
What a great brewery in Cary, NC. Nice outdoor spaces and can bring in your own food, pizza...definitely a great casual spot to stop!
google avatar

April L.

Yelp
Cool, local brewery serving up some unique beers! I had their Bird lager and an apricot ipa and my friend had their Key lime sorcery and bba stout. So many new and unusual beer styles to try but they have their classics too so it's great for anyone to find something to enjoy! Always busy and the line moves fast to get a beer!
google avatar

Kaitlin P.

Yelp
This place has a great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. I really enjoyed the cider I ordered, which was infused with hibiscus tea. It's a great place to go with friends or on a date. And the location is near other shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can have dinner nearby and then head heat afterwards for a casual drink.
google avatar

Brilynn C.

Yelp
Awesome outside seating with large patio. Variety of beers to choose from. Wear a mask when you walk up to bar. They are constantly cleaning tables and keeping the flow moving in one direction. Great location!

Yelp
I was a great fan of this place when i first went and was introduced to it by some local friends, however this experience was not as good. Bond brothers held a 5k race that day and we went afterwards. I love the fact that you can go there, listen to some music in the yard and see all the cute puppies playing around too. Inside is a very large bar with a few taps behind. What turned me off about this time was that the person behind the bar was very obnoxious! I'm not a huge beer drinker, and tend to like lighter beers (pale ale) or maybe a lager. I wasn't familiar with the names or types of drinks on their menu and asked for a recommendation. The guy said in a condescending voice - "all the beers state what kind they are, just read it!". definitely not the type of customer service one would expect from this place. I asked if i could sample two of the beers, and then got 'try the first' if you don't like this, you won't like the other since it is similar. Well, it may be similar, but unless its the same beer, they would have two different tastes? Am i wrong about that? Since i didn't like the first one, he didn't even offer me the 2nd one, stating that if i didn't like the first, what makes me think that i'd like the 2nd? Again, not the kind of attitude you'd expect from this place. I ended up getting the first beer, as it was the lightest beer they had. he brought the beer over, spilled some on the counter, leaving about 1.5 inches less on the top...at which point i was just annoyed at the attitude that i paid and went on my way. as i was leaving, a guy came up to me on the outside and said for me not to worry, because the guy that served me is always like that...that it wasn't me. (If it is known that this person is an ass, why is he still working there? That was my 2nd time there...though i still like the beer, if i see this employee working behind, i'll just wait for one of the nicer ladies who serve. Definitely not worth dealing with this attitude.

Yelp
Bond Brothers is a hidden gem! I went on a Wednesday night and it was packed with people. It's clearly a popular joint. There was a taco food truck parked around back. Plenty of seating for a night out with your friends, family, or even dog (inside and out). There was a room off to the side of the bar that I assume you could rent for an event. The outside patio was well lit and will be perfect for a fall night. There were seats on the patio and in the mulch under a big tree. It's in the heart of downtown Cary - you can't go wrong with that location. BB is walking distance from restaurants and entertainment. I'll most definitely be back to try more of Bond Brothers brews.
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
Stopped in here yesterday afternoon with a large group and we had a blast! This is THE spot. There were so many people here but it never felt too crowded. There's so much space both indoor and outdoor to move around. You can reserve a private room as well. But the main reason for my 5 star review is that I LOVED both beers I tried. Obfuscate Hazy IPA was incredible and so was the Not Everything Has To Be An IPA Saison. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
Very cool place located in downtown Cary, NC. I was in town for work and this place and Fortnite were recommended as the top breweries to check out. The patio is huge and was packed when I was there. It's clearly a great happy hour spot. I ordered The Local as recommended and it did not disappoint. Wish I lived in town so I could come for a Sunday Funday or Saturday afternoon.
google avatar

Ken F.

Yelp
First time here. Great experience. Had the coffee variant and it was great. I'll definately come back. The setting was nice and surprisingly busy given COVID. I have to say though, the workers were very attentive to maintaining customer social distance, and I was able to complete every transaction without the risk of contact. I also noticed that as soon as someone would leave, a worker was immediately treating the table and chairs with disinfectant. Good job guys...we all appreciate it.
google avatar

Stephanie J.

Yelp
Bond Brothers has really been impressing me with their beers lately which is why I am updating my review! A few of my favorites on tap currently include the Bakers Brown Ale, Peasant Brawl, Raspberry Sorcery and Apricot Sorcery! The sorcery beers are delightful sours to enjoy during the muggy days that we experience here in North Carolina. Parking can be a hassle but, on a positive note, a parking deck is coming soon (I read by the end of June)! Chill spot with tasty beer, I recommend that you check this brewery out.

Yelp
I moved to Raleigh earlier this year and don't really venture to Cary often. However, I have somehow ended up at Bond Brothers on back to back weekends. It's such a wonderful space near downtown Cary. There's tons of outdoor seating and there've been food trucks both times that I've visited (a Friday night and Saturday afternoon). There are also a couple of other restaurants right around the brewery. Honestly, I am not a huge beer person so I can only comment on a few items. Bond Brothers is carrying two great cider options right now and I LOVE the blueberry cinnamon sour that they've got on tap right now. Overall, it's a great space and vibe, and definitely worth visiting.
google avatar

Tim C.

Yelp
This is a very cool space in downtown Cary - very much tucked away, but also very happening. I came on a Friday night, and the place was packed, both inside and out. I tried one of their sours and actually enjoyed it. I sampled some of the other beers thanks to the friends I was with, and I don't think I tried anything I didn't like. The pricing was standard for a craft beer / local brewery place. On a nice day or evening, the outdoor seating is amazing. My biggest qualm was that I had a dog constantly barking in my ear the whole time. The place is dog-friendly, which is fine, but the table next to us had a dog who was not very well trained, and kept barking at every other dog it saw. The other dogs there were awesome, and this is not really the fault of the brewery, but just be aware that they allow dogs. So if you're wanting a quieter place to have a beer, this is definitely not the place to go.
