"Bondi's Best-Kept B&B Nestled among palms and frangipani (plumeria) trees is a secret B&B tucked just far enough away from the bustle of Bondi Beach. This former schoolhouse is tastefully adorned with antiques and Australian works of art and consists of three suites, four doubles, and two single rooms—one being a stand-alone unit situated off the back garden. The Lotus Suite (pictured) features French doors as well as a kitchenette and dining area. Otherwise, there's a shared kitchen, dining room, front and back patios, and free wi-fi, which is surprisingly hard to come by in Sydney ."

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Bondi Beach House. We were in Sydney for the City2Surf and the location was perfect - a bus to the start line leaves from the top of the street and then the run finishes down the road in Bondi Beach. The room was very cute and they were very responsive when we had a query.

What a wonderful stay! We had such a lovely time at Bondi Beach House. The location was perfect — tucked away in a charming, quiet setting yet just minutes from the beach, cafes, and shops. The space had a relaxed, coastal vibe that made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Wendy, who went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable and seamless stay. We had a lovely stay! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bondi and perfect for exploring the beach and surrounding cafes and shops. It’s also just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around (even with luggage) super easy. Would definitely recommend!

A truly delightful place, so close to the famous Bondi beach, cafes and shops. Our spacious room, with a comfortable bed, opened out onto a lush, leafy green patio. Hostess Wendy made everything easy for us. We’ll certainly stay at Bondi Beach House next time we’re in Sydney.

Bondi Beach House is such a great place. In the past we’ve loved staying at a nice - big - hotel on Sydney Harbour. But how wonderful to change things up by staying at Bondi Beach House on its quiet street. It’s just a few minutes’ walk away from the beach, the cafes and restaurants, the people from all over. The owners are the best hosts - locals who gave us great restaurant suggestions. We stayed in the Bondi Suite, which was nice and roomy. And before we took off for our walks into town or after they were over, we sat happily in the house’s outdoor area amongst the plants

The Bondi Beach House is the perfect location to explore Bondi and the surrounding area. I stayed in the Garden Suite - a gorgeous and very comfortable room, beautifully decorated with amazing art by local artists. The room also has a great little kitchen area and it was a joy to have a cup of tea in the garden listening to native birds and people watching! The communication from the team before, during and after my stay was excellent - clear and comprehensive. Bondi Beach House is a home from home, I highly recommend it.

So relaxing and lovely. I feel right at home. Birds chirp in the rustic garden and the beach is 5 minutes away. There's coffee in the morning and the WiFi is fast. Laundry is available. Furniture is common areas is vintage and home-y. I like it. I would stay here again.

Stayed here last weekend with most of my family and the whole experience was just great. Met by Hazel who was just lovely and attentive. We had a suite for the girls and an upstairs room for my son and me. This is a quirky and interesting venue, full of art and bits and pieces that really help to get you into the Bondi feel. While the weather was a little fikkle, the house and the facilities including the staff was just wonderful. It is the perfect guest house in any city. Great for couples. Romantic for some and just lovely for all. I can't recommend this house more highly tusk to say that we all loved it and are already planning a return trip. Just perfect in every way. Great place. Great location and wonderful staff. You decide.

I was a little nervous about staying here at first, thinking it would be like a hostel. But when I got there I found that I was entirely wrong. The Beach Bondi House is a gorgeous guest house a block away from the beach. There are 10 rooms total. Its such a cute little house that reminded me of home. The caretakers are super sweet and are great resources for the area. I would rate this a 5. There is nothing negative to say. :)
