13 Tantalizing Thai Restaurants in Miami

"Tucked into a corner of bustling Brickell, Bonding is easy to miss for those who aren’t paying attention. The red curry cooked in red coconut milk with bamboo bell peppers and basil is always a reliable order. Portions are hearty, so have an appetite or be ready for leftovers." - Amber Love Bond

Amazing tofu Pad Thai and tofu Green Curry! I came back the following week for the curry. Coming from the West Coast, I struggled to find good Asian food in Miami but this place really surprised me. The Pad Thai and Green Curry lunch specials here are delicious and such great deals. Both are packed with flavor and perfectly balanced and not overly saucy like some other places. It feels healthier which I love. The portion seemed smaller than what I’m used to but it was just right for me and I felt perfectly full by the end. The service is super friendly and the area is beautiful and conveniently located. Def a must-try! :) Also updating this because after discovering this restaurant just a couple of weeks ago, I’ve already tried all the curries on the menu — I love it all! My fam and friends love it too! My favorites on the menu are still the green curry and pad Thai. Amazing food! My fave in Miami and on par with what I had in LA, NYC and Asia!!🤩

Google
My friend and I absolutely love this restaurant, we tried a variety of dishes including Tom Yum soup, green curry, Pad Thai, and fried rice—and everything was delicious. The green curry and Pad Thai stood out in particular for their authentic flavors, truly exceeded our expectations. Be sure to try the Thai tea too!

Great experience every time we come to Bonding. Cozy and laid back vibes and the food and service are amazing. Poppy from Seinfeld would approve. The duck is succulent!

Google
It’s very nice to find an all just Thai food and not combination of Asian or sushi in one. The staffs were very well mannered, attentive, and super friendly. Crispy duck salad was excellent, so was chicken Pad woonsen (not on the menu, just ask for it). Green curry was on a little sweeter side for us but we fixed it with a couple spoons of fish sauce, and it also needs a little more vegetables. Pad Thai was a little sweet too but the huge shrimps made it up for it. Again, all you need is a little fish sauce and be mindful that it’s might be already over sauce. Nice music, soft atmosphere, sweet little neighborhood gem.

This restaurant is so fun! I'm from out of town and we stopped here after a long travel day. The staff is so friendly and the service is excellent! The food was also soooo yummy 💗

Google
Bonding Thai in Brickell is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an incredible dining experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular—the pineapple fried rice and curry were bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices. A huge shoutout to Miguel for his outstanding service! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. His recommendations were spot on, and his hospitality truly elevated our experience. If you’re looking for delicious Thai food in Miami with top-notch service, Bonding Thai is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
Had a lovely dinner at Bonding Thai in Miami! The vibe was cozy and modern—great for a relaxed night out. I ordered the Massaman curry and steamed gyoza dumplings. The curry was creamy, and full of flavor, with just the right blend of spice and sweetness. It felt super comforting. The steamed gyoza were soft, perfectly cooked, and came with a flavorful dipping sauce that complemented them so well. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend if you’re craving authentic Thai with a cozy Miami vibe!

Google
We had a wonderful time here! The Thai food is authentic flavors and has great taste! The duck buns were incredible and a great balance between savory and a light sweetness. Loved the 3 flavor fish red snapper as well! The service at this establishment is very high quality and we were treated very wonderfully by the whole staff. Very warm and inviting atmosphere! Really enjoyed and would be a repeat customer. Keep it up 👍

Yelp
The red curry sooooo goooood. I'll be back for it. And the drunken noodle as well! Great waitress and relaxing music. Thank you!

Yelp
Decent but not fantastic Thai food. Food: had fried dumplings for appetizers, and they were ok. Green curry was really runny and the chicken had zero flavor. Curry had a decent flavor but no flavor chicken was a bit tough. Combined with the runniness, the curry was just ok. Service: good service Drinks: some drinks and beer offered Note: 20% tip is automatically included in the bill Overall cleanliness: above average Bathroom cleanliness: average

Yelp
This is a nice Thai restaurant behind Suit Supply behind Bricknell City Center shopping mall. I came here a year ago and this time I brought my husband for dinner. We arrived during happy hour. Food: you scan QR code for the menu. Since we arrived at happy hour, we ordered we got the fried gyoza for appetizers at happy hour prices. They were okay, the skin was a bit thick and the filling was lacking, but they were crunchy. I loved the green curry last time, so I ordered that again. The description said bamboo shoots and green beans. The dish came out temperature hot which I like and generous bowl of jasmine rice. The curry was a generous portion and packed full of bamboo shoots, but green beans were lacking, 3 in total, and overcooked. But I like the green curry flavor. I asked them to make me sweat for spice level and they delivered, I got some sweat around my eyes. My husband ordered the red curry, it also was supposed to have green beans, but he had 1. He was not happy with his dish and did not finish it. The experience will be based on what you order. I recommend green curry and not the red. Service: above average, our waiter has a good sense of humor, he was attentive and made sure we had water in our glasses. Asked if we wanted more beer, and just made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant cleanliness: average Bathroom cleanliness: average

Yelp
Pretty good! I really like that their food isn't too oily which can sometimes can be a toss up with Thai food. We got pad Thai, fried rice, and papaya salad. It was all pretty tasty! I haven't eaten there yet know takeout but the staff were nice when I went to pick up the food. :) I think it's a little expensive but it's also Miami so makes sense.

Yelp
If you are looking for a delicious food and great service in the area - look no further. I loved every single bite of the food that we ordered. Must try their Tom yum!

Leigh B.

Yelp
This place has the nicest server and we love the pad see ew... it's close to everything in Brickell making it easy to walk over for locals. The space is nice and feels like a 'mom and pop' restaurant feel.

Yelp
Drive quickly on South Miami Avenue and you'll miss one of the original Thai places in the Brickell area. Although the wall mural points out the opening as 12/12/12, it feels like a cozy institution, like it's been in the Brickell area forever. Their seating runs the gamut from dog-friendly outside, to both the bar and tables inside. Service was really attentive, and the food tasty. The volcano chicken I enjoyed had a sweet bit of hear to it, and the milk tea was a great dessert.

Yelp
Hands down the best garlic edamame ! This place has a great location and happy hours. Servers always welcome you with a smile and excited to serve. Gyozas, duck buns, pad thai everything is always done at the moment and delicious. Becoming one of my weekly stops for happy hour. If you are down in Brickell stop and try it!

Yelp
Awesome service and delicious food. We've been with our 2 kids and it's been a perfect experience. The service was A1, the ambiance causy and the food delicious.

Yelp
I was really disappointed with the food. We had the steamed gyoza and it was really cold, the noodles my mom ordered came with about 4 noodles the rest was chicken & a lot of vegetables. The rest of us ordered the pineapple fried rice and the regular fried rice all super bland. & they charge you $3 every time you get a soda refill which seems crazy to me. Its a shame the food is not good because its nicely decorated.

Yelp
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Miami! I specifically love their green and red curry and their sake! The service is outstanding, ambiance is cool and colorful with pink neon backlighting, and the location is in the heart of Brickell. This is the perfect starting point before a night out on the town. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I visited this restaurant last night with family. At first, the service was great, the servers were attentive and brought our food out fairly quick. I had been looking over the menu prior to ordering; I have a severe peanut allergy and shellfish allergy. I had ordered the Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice without the shrimp. As pictured below, it clearly says the only nuts included are cashews. When my food was brought out to me, I saw nuts on the plate that didn't look like cashews. I will admit, I should've immediately asked for a new plate but, I digress. I began to eat my food, almost immediately I noticed that my mouth began to itch, my lips became irritated and the inside of my mouth felt irritated as well. I ate around the nuts that were on my plate, however, I didn't feel good eating it. My stomach began to hurt so I had gone to the bathroom. My family had asked the server what was in my meal, she said it was in fact peanuts and NOT cashews. We left the restaurant after one of the servers had given me a Benadryl. I then had to be taken to the ER where I spent the rest of my evening and hadn't gone home until 12:35am. I was given medicine to stabilize my symptoms via IV. I'm thankful to be well and not be in a worse state health wise. However, it's upsetting that their menu wasn't updated. Food allergies when not attended to immediately can have fatal outcomes. (15 minutes to be exact) I advise anyone and everyone to always double check menus and triple check with your server and/or chef when visiting a place that potentially has ingredients/foods that may cause allergic reactions. I was also a little sad to hear, while I was in the bathroom, the servers didn't seem to concerned about my allergic reaction which is careless and unkind. I will not be eating here again and don't recommend eating here if have any kind of NUT allergies. Hope that this helps someone!

Yelp
The red curry was the best I have ever had. A perfect combination of sweet, yet spicy. The pad Thai sauce was phenomenal. I highly recommend the garlic edamame- the sauce was mouth watering. Great service!!!! I highly recommend.

Yelp
Pretty much the best and most authentic tasting green curry I've had in Miami. The only bad thing is the portion sizes for the price (especially for delivery was pretty disappointing.)
google avatar

Alexsis F.

Yelp
Always end up going here when I'm in the mood for Thai food in the brickell area. It has the classics and is a casual & bright little spot that's been here forever. My favorite thing to order is the red curry. Love the flavors in this dish and they do it justice. Thai lettuce wraps weren't the best and I was left craving the ones from PF changs. Overall simple and flavorful menu.

Yelp
I've been wanting to go here for Years ! I always drive by it in brickell. Thai is one of my fav cuisines so the bar was high ! This thai is some of the best Thai I've had in Miami. My friend and I were sat down with no reservation. We ordered a green curry and massam curry. Both were so yummy ! My personal fav was the green curry. It was so rich with flavor. The Massam curry tasted as good as a grandma would make it. This is a really cute date spot btw. Pay by phone street parking. I will definitely go back here. I highly recommend this Thai spot for the curries.

Yelp
You haven't had Thai food unless you've had BON DING! I go to Thailand multiple times per year and the food there is utter slop compared to the glorious and delicious BON DING! That's right, this place is better than actual Thailand it's such a sneak W. Do not walk, sprint as fast as you possibly can to eat here, and make sure to order: TOM KHA SOUP SPICY PORK BASIL "PAD GRA PROW" You're not ready, this place is amazing. The staff takes care of you better than your aunt does. I love this restaurant and I only discovered it a month ago. I've been 5 times, it's that good. BON DING!

Yelp
Great environment the staff makes this the best sushi party experience in Miami! Both the cooked food as well as the sushi chefs such attention to detail. The Rolls and the Salmon Sash
google avatar

Charles D.

Yelp
This restaurant has good food. Our server was such a great guy; gave us a lot of recomendations and it was good. Great place to stop by and try some specialties from the menu. Note that they no longer have the sushi options.

Andrea C.

Yelp
Great food and great service!!! Soft shell crab buns are amazing The service and care to customers is superior!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night. It's a tad small but the decor and space was so nice, comfortable, and modern. We sat at the bar and it was really cool watching them cook without it being too loud or visible. The waitresses were so sweet and attentive. All good came out amazingly fast. We ordered the bbq duck bao buns as an appetizer and they came with a very good sauce, a little goes a long way! The main dishes we got were the Pad Thai and Pad See Eww and both were to die for. The portions were a great size and had plenty of flavor. Overall we'd definitely come back!

Maryia S.

Yelp
I'm going to start with service - exceptional! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. We came as a party of 6 (3 kids) and the staff was so helpful with every spoon and fork that dropped on the floor haha besides that - the food is beyond delicious. Tom yum - Top notch, fried rice - top notch, pad Thai - top notch. We cleaned out plates and didn't take any photos, but trust me, every single dish was amazing. Highly recommended 10/10

Yelp
First time visiting this spot. We sat outside due to covid. Service was amazing, the staff was super friendly and really helpful. Our Pad Thai was amazing, we ordered the bag of gold for our appetizer. Although it was super good, I couldn't really get a taste for the shrimp, still super good and would recommend!! The only thing I wasn't too blown away with was the Mexican roll, it was good but in my opinion the jalapeño overpowered the roll. I'm happy I tried tho, definitely not your conventional sushi roll. Would definitely come back to try more dishes!
google avatar

Yelp
We ordered "Thai spicy," and my mouth got burned, haha... The food was pretty amazing!

Yelp
Bonding is the Thai restaurant we deserve in Miami. I have never been to Thailand, but this restaurant is consistent in its delicious food, attentive service and glammed up mood. I recently had the green curry with chicken and it was exactly what I picture having in a trendy Bangkok brasserie or at a seaside terrace in Phuket. The ratio of coconut milk and broth was delicately balanced, and I noticed that it had both stewed and fresh green beans. It was deeply satisfying and comforting. The decor is trendy with paper lamps, neon and contemporary furniture. On a prevIous visit I had the Massaman curry and the fragrant ingredients were so well selected I could have sworn it was made with cognac. This is an excellent choice for Thai food in Miami.
google avatar

Mais S.

Yelp
Authentic, good price for location. I would go back, I got green curry , I would go again
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing food and amazing service they were really nice to let us know that there is a Happy Hour on the items that we ordered. They were Really fast and Very nice. Cleanses? Last time a restroom like this ... Never? They even had a candle lit in the room, it was so cozy it felt like home.

Paris P.

Yelp
Best Tom Ka Kai I have ever had. The staff are very kind and efficient. My favorite place to eat in town.
google avatar

Stephanie F.

Yelp
Definitely one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Miami. Their red curry is the best I've ever eaten in this city. I totally recommend this place if you're into authentic Thai food. Service and price is 10/10!!!!! Worth the stop!
google avatar

Shako L.

Yelp
The environment is lovely and the staff is very friendly. The food is heavenly. I recommend the Urey, all of them! And garlic edamame!!! I never knew you could cook edamame this way and it's extremely delicious!!! This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have ever had! Highly highly recommend!!!!!
google avatar

Pablo E.

Yelp
This place is hidden right next to brickell city center and has amazing food!!! Both the pad Thai and massaman curry are to die for!!! Prices are fair and quantity is very satisfying. You can even say that sharing plate is an option. They have 2 small tables outside in case you want to people watch. Take out is my top choice. This place is a must!!! Their service is great also, you cannot be disappointed.

Cynthia Lissette C.

Yelp
Came by here on Friday night because I wanted to try a new restaurant. I was expecting a little bit more authenticity but it's your average Thai/ Japanese food with the price that matches the area. Appetizers range from 9 to 20 which includes basic food that you can get at another restaurant for half the price. My partner and I tried their "bag of gold" fried dumpling it didn't blow my mind but the presentation was nice. Entrees are 20 and up. The food portion is good and the taste was good not amazing. Service was average too. So disappointed overall because I could have gotten the same pad Thai with the same portion and the same taste for a better price and if I was paying this price I expected better service.

Jilenny D.

Yelp
The food was absolutely fantastic, the vibe is laid back and welcoming. I have never been to a restaurant with such attentive servers. My first five stars ever given. We had the gyozas, Tom yum soup with rice on the side and the chicken pad Thai. Enjoy!
google avatar

Han V.

Yelp
Service was definitely off the evening we came. Our large party had called to make reservations and even confirmed with them earlier that day. However, when our group arrived, they were not prepared for us and had to hurry the table that was seated before us. Our waiter also seemed very aloof and was not very attentive. As for food, my duck noodle soup was simply prepared and pretty straight forward. I found the wonton chips to be unnecessary though as they weren't very crisp and didn't taste fresh. The duck itself was tender but not very flavorful. Everyone else at my table did seem to enjoy their meals without much complaint. As a note, their curries are apparently pre-made and they were not able to accommodate my vegetarian friend. Food: 3 Value: 3 Service: 1.5
google avatar

Nia S.

Yelp
Finally! Good Thai curry in Miami! I'm use to eating Thai about 4 times a month but ever since I relocated to Miami I haven't had the same luxury due to all the bad Thai food here. I was so reluctant to order but I've been eyeing them for weeks and finally gave in. The green curry was so good! The texture and flavor was perfect. I asked for it to be (Thai Hot) and it was a nice kick. It's so close to home I'll definitely a regular now!
google avatar

Flor P.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the food, specially the pork dumplings. Also had the Thai Chicken Wings and the Ice cream. The wings were really good, not too spicy but filled with flavors. The dumplings are by far one of the best I've had since I moved to MIA. The ice cream was okay, too much bread and I don't like that. We sat outside and it wasn't bad, you don't feel like you're in the middles of the street or anything. Giving them 4/5 because I feel that they could do presentations better, and to me presentation is a BIG thing.
google avatar

Noor B.

Yelp
I liked the food here. I didn't find it to be authentic Thai food but it was good nonetheless. I only knock off one star because I felt the food was a litttttlllleeeee on the salty side
google avatar

Umi A.

Yelp
The Tom Kha soup is sooo good! I would come just for that. The servers were nice too!
google avatar

Edgar R.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic place. Deserves every bit of 5 stars. Can't go wrong with quite literally any dish. Service was flawless and quality of food was impeccable. Fresh ingredients brought to table in a quick manner and just a phenomenal experience. You have gained some regulars Bonding team. Love this place!

Rhonda N.

Yelp
Ahhhh!!! Just moved here and was on the hunt for the best Thai restaurant and I'm so glad I found it on the first try. It's a small quaint Thai spot off of the Brickell City Center. I would say portion size is a little bit less than most Thai places as I finished my pad Thai. And I NEVER finish my pad Thai in one sitting. My partner was also quite hungry still after dinner. Haha but the flavors were on point. The pad Thai was not too dry or too wet. Just the way I like it. Prices are a little higher here. But to satisfy your cravings in the city, you have to do what you have to do.

M B.

Yelp
Love this small neighborhood place. Delicious, well-cooked shrimp tom yum and their green curry is the best I've found in Miami. The service has also always been friendly and very attentive.
google avatar

Miriam M.

Yelp
The food at this Thai restaurant is tasty and well presented. The staff is very courteous and attentive with great upscale ambiance. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you are getting. I recommend the pad Thai, it was a blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. It has a great combination of fish sauce saltiness and sugar sweetness. I also tried the volcano chicken hat came with Thai chili and garlic sauce over white rice. I did not like the popcorn shrimp, it was mostly bread. The mayonnaise sauce was repulsive. Oh I forgot to mention that they give you this mushroom soup which is delicious.
google avatar

Gabriela O.

Yelp
The pad thai and curry are good. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and we had 2 pad thais. It's too much food if you are going late at night (we went around 9pm). The services is not thaaat great but food is good.

Yelp
Exceptional Happy Hour at this boutique Asian Restaurant in the shadow of Brickell City Center, near the old Tobacco Road locale. First of all, quality wine, in large glasses, for $3 coupled with great Sushi (and other options - $6 per item.) we had, pictured here, an excellent Spicy Tuna Roll, alongside a Salmon Crust Roll, both delicious. We had to order a desert in the way of their Mexican Train Roll (Fried shrimp, plantains, egg roe, and mildly spicy sauce.) Along with one more $3 vino. Great vibes, cute place, attentive and friendly service. There are two outdoor tables, but at Rush Hour I'd recommend the window table we were offered. It's an easy walk from Downtown, assuming the Brickell Drawbridge cooperates. We plan to be regulars. Please join us.

Yelp
A local friend recommended trying out Bonding after catching the Miami Heat game. This is a very cool small place I'd recommend to celebrate birthdays with a small group or a perfect spot to take a date out too! The service here is incredible alongside with the food! I was really blown away with the dragon roll I ordered which is usually my go to when I frequent sushi bars. Hands down this is the best dragon roll I've ever had, and it has such a perfect balance... not too much spice but just the right amount of kick to it and the flavor is amazing! Honestly the only negative I can think of is parking since it is downtown with construction everywhere. But once you find your way around that, you'll have a great time at Bonding!
google avatar

Chris U.

Yelp
Excellent Thai in a cozy atmosphere. We had a good variety of things this night, ranging from their homemade passion fruit sake to soft shell crab bao, two kinds of soup, "Drunken noodles" and delicious Massaman Curry. I'd say that this ranks highly among most of the local Thai places I've tried and we'll be back again.
google avatar

Gisselle Munoz M.

Yelp
Fantastic Thai food. Great service. I ordered a massaman curry and my husband had the pad Thai. Great both plates. I'll definitely go back!

Yelp
Came here with my friend last night First time here. We had the lobster roll and the flaming fish.... what an excellent choice it was on food and in picking this place. The service was excellent!!! We started with sake bomb they have their own special Cups for sake we had hot sake in the middle with Sapporo beer on the outside.. it was much fun and delicious. The owner was there and came over to see how we were enjoying our time. It was a special night My friend had just returned from Tokyo and I wore the beautiful kimono he brought me. So yes I was dressed for the occasion.
