The food was great! Beyond what I expected going in for the first time. The food was full of flavor and the rich broth was my favorite in the ramen. The servers were friendly and attentive and made it an enjoyable dinner for my family!

Google
5 Stars for the service!!!! I dined here on a Sunday and they were not that busy. Service was absolutely great! Thank you to our male server who turned off the ceiling fans. It was cold in there and I know they are trying to circulate the air but happy they met my request with turning it off. I ordered the Tonkotsu Pork Broth Ramen + black garlic oil. The broth was delicious and the cha shu was tender. Yummy!!! Slurp... Tupac had the Wagyu Beef Donburi with truffle sauce on the side. We also had the Maitake Wings and that was delicious. Overall, a delicious meal and great service.

Google
Food - 4.5 Service - 5 Value - 4.5 Easily accessible at the District, this place has great ramen as well as other Japanese dishes like Chicken Karaage. Presentation is gorgeous and flavor is phenomenal; some of the best pork belly I've ever had. My only complaint is I wanted a bit more veggies with my ramen to balance out the rich broth. Prices are just slightly above what I'd expect but given it's location, it's reasonable. Tip - it's not on the menu but they do have a "Kids Ramen".

Really tasty and flavorful meals. I love the location. the staff was very helpful. Authentic Asian cuisine. They also sell Asian snacks and drinks. I visited here based on reviews online, and I was not disappointed.

Appetizers and main dish were great! We ordered BBQ Chicken Karaage, Pork Belly Bao Buns, Katsu Musubi, Wagyu Beef Donburi and Spicy Yakiniku Ribeye. This cost us almost $60. Not bad for 2 persons to eat. We will be back again and try their Ramen.

The food here was flavorful & fresh. I loved the plating and the decor of the restaurant. The service was not as great, That is why I couldn't give it 5 stars, but it didnt deserve 3. There were 3 girls working, it started off pretty good but quickly got worse. The last girl that had almost red hair was the best server. I wasn't really sure who was the server, it seemed like they all were helping. So imagine my surprise when we were ready to order & the girl didn't really want to take our order. Idk if we stopped her from doing something but she seemed annoyed. As she came to the table she had just sat down 2 of our 3 apps we order & I wanted to record it really quick & she passive aggressively said, " whenever yall are ready?" (I have this on video bc i was going to do a review) My husband hurried and ordered and she left. The same girl handed us our bill. It was over 100. We tipped 20% and left. Would've tipped more but didnt have the best experience. I won't be back to dine in, I'll just get to-go bc the pork belly was amazing.

Google
This place was really good. The Spam musubi appetizer was fried crispy; the pork buns had a great mix of soft buns, tender pork and pickled cabbage; and the pork ramen had flavorful north, tender pork, a perfect egg, crispy onions, and ramen noodles. Not quite as fast as I'd expect for ramen, but the setting in GVR district is a nice plus.

Google
We had a large party and our server, Frank, did an AMAZING job handling us all. He was friendly the entire time and never got frazzled. The food was good. The atmosphere was casual.

Yelp
The food is excellent...my wife had the shoyu chicken ramen and I had the chicken karaage donburi. I was hungry but I couldn't finish the meal and my wife practically licked the bowl clean. We also tried the belly bao bun and found it flavorful as well. As others have mentioned, it may be a little hard to find because of it's location within the 8 Kitchen shop in a shopping mall off of busy St. Rose Parkway, but don't give up looking for it because the reward is fantastic food! Inside there's ample tables and rather industrial looking decor. You order at the counter and the meal is delivered to your table. We can't wait to revisit and try something else on the menu our next stay in Las Vegas.

Yelp
My partner and I were craving ramen on a Sunday afternoon. We were in the area and saw this restaurant had high ratings, so we decided to go dine in. The restaurant is a quaint little shop nestled in the corner of a rather large plaza. The restaurant has many different asian snacks offered and I found that to be particularly interesting and unique. The menu featured many uncommon and distinct dishes that sounded delicious, so we ordered plenty. We ordered the following items: kalbi short rib bao buns, tonkotsu pork ramen with black garlic and spicy paste, shoyu chicken ramen with spicy paste, BBQ chicken kaarage, and the chicken bulgogi tacos. The food was served overwhelmingly quick - who's gonna complain about quick food service? Despite such a speed, man oh man, were many of these dishes extremely flavorful and satisfying! Highlights of the meal were the bao buns and both dishes of ramen. The chicken bulgogi tacos were just okay. I personally would not order them again. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. No complaints at all as far as the wait staff. The restaurant was also very clean. I would have rated the restaurant 5 stars, but I won't lie, the food is pretty pricey. It's a bit outlandish to pay a full dollar to add spicy paste to your ramen, and really odd that my tonkotsu ramen alone was close to $20 - I've never paid over $15 for ramen. I also don't favor that we paid $9.50 for 2 tacos, but that is neither here nor there. You are paying for high quality food and fresh ingredients, but expect to pay quite a bit. Our total was $70. All in all, would I come back to this restaurant? Absolutely! I highly recommend.

Lina M.

Yelp
This place is cute! Im hoping they are temporarily closed for expansion cause this place had me crying from the onions so bad I had to step outside The calamari was a tiny bit oily and not the best imo. Service was friendly af! Tasty ramen probably the best in town

Lisa N.

Yelp
Very casual spot feels more like a fancy cafeteria / mini food court than a restaurant. You order at the counter and they give you a number for your food. There are three different restaurants in here and you can order from any menus so there's something for everybody here. The ramen was flavorful and delicious. The buns were also really good! I would come back here again!

Yelp
I've been eyeing Bone & Belly for a long time, and being a fan of ramen, we finally made it in here. It's close to my house and it is very easy to access from the main road. We were confused at first when we got there because we saw a different restaurant called 8 Kitchen, then when we got closer to the entrance, we realized that Bone & Belly was actually inside 8 Kitchen. Bone & Belly used to be at The District before moving over to St. Rose, I believe. It's a small restaurant with a few tables here and there, with additional outdoor seating. We chose to dine in and the guy at the counter gave us a menu to look over before placing our order. They had a ton of food options available, but I just had to go with the ramen. We ordered appetizers first, where we started off with the shrimp shumai, which my boyfriend and I shared. The shrimp shumai came with soy sauce and had that excellent spot-on flavor. Soy sauce makes everything better! After we finished our appetizer, we waited a few more minutes for our entrees, which didn't take too long. I ordered the Shoyu chicken ramen and my boyfriend ordered the wagyu beef donburi. The Shoyu chicken ramen was really good and had lots of flavor to it, though the egg inside fell apart when I tried to pick it up with my chopsticks. My boyfriend compared his wagyu beef donburi as a stir fry meal, seeing that it had rice in it. Usually every time we go to a restaurant, he finishes everything on his plate, but he couldn't this time around and asked for a to-go container. I really enjoyed this place! The appetizers and the entrees were delicious! I would recommend to everyone I know.

Karoly S.

Yelp
Located inside of Kitchen 8, Bone & Belly ramen has one of the most flavorful ramens in town. The ramen broth alone is worth the trip! The sitting area is casual but super clean, you order first/pay first and while their menu has many options, their staff is always readily available to guide you through it. Even tho my favorite thing here is the ramen, their Wagyu donburi is delicious and their boa buns are a must try. Funny enough this place is next to my gym so the temptation is constantly there.

Evette S.

Yelp
Dang, my phone died before I could capture the "not your grocery store version" of Ramen. My daughter ordered the pork tonkatsu ramen with all the veggies, scallions and an egg. In her opinion, it was up there with some of the better ramen bowls she's eaten. As for me...I didn't order anything because I'm gluten intolerant and there wasn't anything worth suffering the consequences. All in all cute restaurant with good service.

Leonard H.

Yelp
The rich, velvety broth is an absolute triumph, capturing the essence of authentic Tonkotsu pork ramen. Each sip is a symphony of deep, savory flavors, perfectly complemented by tender, melt-in-your-mouth slices of pork. Alongside this, the Belly Bao Bun is a revelation--fluffy, light, and bursting with succulent pork belly that's seasoned to perfection. The attention to detail and the balance of textures and flavors showcase culinary artistry at its finest. This is an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly marries tradition with innovation, deserving a well-earned 5-star rating.

Mahogany G.

Yelp
Great ramen it was delivered and I was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The broth was fresh.

Yelp
My husband and I enjoy ramen. We enjoy trying different ramen shops everywhere we go as a military family. The best ramen we have had was from a place we found in Maryland. Bone and Belly was what I'd declare as the second best ramen I've had. My bowl was rich and bursting with flavor. I loved the variety of toppings and thought the crispy onions were a nice touch. The staff were nice, though our food did take a while to get to us. I just took in the modern surroundings of the white and gray restaurant while we waited. The place could have used some more seating as it was a packed house right as we finished.

Jessica M.

Yelp
Tonkotsu Pork Ramen with black garlic And Shoyu Chicken Ramen with black garlic oil ramen were both flavorful and hearty. The carrot had a nice slightly sweet taste to balance out the ramen. The bao was alright, wasn't as flavorful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would come again

Rita L.

Yelp
Decent bowl of tonkotsu ramen. There were 2 slices of pork belly that was very tender and flavorful, and the onsen egg was delicious. But I feel like it was lacking something.... There's also a generous amount of friend onion strands which I've never had in a ramen bowl before. Kinda indifferent to them. Broth was good though; rich and flavorful without being overly salty. Got it as take out so can only speak to what I ordered.

Jorge B.

Yelp
This place sucks ! Ramen is horrible, egg inside ramen is nasty, noodles not cooked well enough.. we order a chicken ramen.. they did not put the chicken in the ramen and brought it 30 minutes later and the lady had the audacity to say well i can put it in a to go box.. chairs are also uncomfortable and the place is very price. I promise you there is better spots then this

Sarah B.

Yelp
Ramen broth was delicious and perfectly flavored. It's a small place with a little bit of seating. Service was friendly and they are very attentive. We will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

Kevin P.

Yelp
Hello readers, and welcome to another long overdue review. Given how I dine at a lot of ramen places, I enjoy highlighting dishes that aren't ramen from a ramen spot. Sometimes, dishes that aren't related to the name of the restaurant is what I look for. The last time I came here was earlier in the year when it was still chilly in Vegas, since then I've been to other ramen restaurants but what I keep thinking about is the truffle sauce that came with my donburi wagyu bowl. The weird part was I felt rushed to eat and leave when I was the only one there by the person who sat me and was my server lol. There was a chef or partner(?), male with tattoo's that kept coming in and leaving the restaurant. He was super nice; offered me another beer and gave me another egg for the bowl. Love the chashu pork buns, katsu musubi, ramen's, donburi's, and especially the truffle sauce.

Jannien D.

Yelp
This is a small modern Japanese ramen house nestled inside the Green Valley District and is just a little bit of a walk from the parking area! I was running around all day and was craving a rice dish. The perfect meal to order for me at the time was the Wagyu Beef Donburi! This bowl of savory goodness was so good! The serving was hefty too; I couldn't finish it! It could easily be shared between two people in my opinion! I also tried their marinated & deep fried calamari which had a flavor reminiscent to dried seafood in the Philippines which I really liked! Everything in the menu is decently priced and the servers were so bubbly and kind! My only complaint really was the table. It was a bit wobbly which made me feel cautious throughout the meal. Other than that, I had a very enjoyable meal at Bone and Belly Ramen! I will definitely be back to try out their ramen!

Stella M.

Yelp
The food exceeded my expectations, being rich and flavorful. The portion size was perfect; I actually got full. Additionally, the ingredients were incredibly fresh.

Yelp
Situated near the Green Valley Ranch resort, this place was a nice find to escape the lackluster food at the resort. It's a short walk or even drive from the hotel in a nice outdoor upscale mall. I tried the Wagyu Beef Donburi and it was spot on. The ample portions of wagyu beef were tender and flavorful. In the bowl also was a onsen tamago and also red ginger plus some other add-ons. The portion was huge, but I finished it all, quickly. We also tried their chashu pork donburi and tonkotsu ramen. The chashu pork donburi was delicious. If you like tender and fatty chunks of pork belly, then get this one. I liked the pickled shallots as the garnish along with fresh kale. The tonkotsu ramen was standard fare. Good, but I've had better in the LV area.

Yelp
Located in the District of Green Valley, Bone and Belly offers some tasty ramen and great side dishes as well. The dining area is on the mom and pop side and I believe this used to be a Boba joint before. Our waiter this last visit was friendly, funny and helpful with figuring out what to order for our group. Tonkotsu Pork Ramen: All the ingredients were quality and put together well. The broth was savory and the pork was tender. The noodles were fresh and I enjoyed this ramen bowl. Fried Spam musubi: Very filling, creative and yum for all you spam musubi fans like myself. A must order if you are. Calamari: Good calamari, but it was tiny serving. We probably wouldn't order again. Pork Buns: You get two and they were pretty good. A good light appetizers to start with. Bone and Belly is on the pricier side because of it's location. However I'm glad to have a nice ramen offering that doesn't require me to drive down to the Chinatown area. I'll definitely return to try more of their creative and social media friendly dishes.

Yelp
Really wanted to like this place. The interior is modern. Our server was running a one-woman show in the front of house, and she turned away a family trying to be seated in order to handle the volume of patrons already present (our table of 2 + a single diner + two other parties of 2= 7 people total). As mentioned in a few other reviews, the food took a LONG time. We ordered gyoza ($7.50), bao buns ($8.50), and a tonkotsu ramen each ($16.50). Waited almost an hour. Seems like they might benefit from adding a person or two to their FOH and BOH. The gyoza tasted like the frozen kind you get from the grocery store. Kind of soggy and they were really small. Bao buns were fine. The ramen was disappointing. Broth was extremely salty, oily and- most disappointingly- lukewarm. The chashu tasted like western BBQ sauce for some reason, which threw off the bowl. Fried onions on top increased the saltiness of the already-salty broth. The onsen tamago was an odd preparation for ramen, as most places do a firmer soft-boiled egg. Bf asked for extra veggies in his and did not receive. If the ramen had been good, perhaps the price might have been justified. However, this was unfortunately not the case. There was also something floating in my water cup, which was a bit of a turnoff. Overall a letdown. The extensive wait during a time when the restaurant wasn't full, along with the sky high prices for sub-par food, means that we'll pass on this restaurant in the future.

Denise A.

Yelp
Stopped in for a steamy bowl of ramen on a cold December afternoon after a morning filled with doctor appointments on this side of town. Two friends met us here and everything was quite enjoyable. There was only one other diner in here which was perfect since we could chose wherever we wanted to sit. Very cute and cozy vibe. We ordered the Bao buns, edemame and katsu musubi for apps. Omg musubi was to die for. Bao buns were soft and flavorful. Edemame?? Well, it was just edemame. Nothing memorable. We each ordered ramen and donburi. All were delicious exceptional. Highly recommend trying this restaurant. We live way across town but we'll definitely be back.

Grace M.

Yelp
This place has great food! The ramen is always a hit and I also really love their katsu musubi. The only reason it's not 5 stars in my book is that their service can be veerrrryyyy slow. Most times I don't mind waiting, but it can be tough to come during lunch.

Jane M.

Yelp
I really enjoy 8 Kitchen so I couldn't wait to try their sister company, Bone and Belly Ramen. BBR has taken over the old Zero degrees spot in The District, across Color Me Mine and next to Me Gusta Tacos. Such a great addition to The District and adds nice diversity. Walked in for lunch on Sunday afternoon and wasn't too busy. We sat ourselves and were greeted by the friendly staff. We came in specifically for the ramen, but a little disappointed to see they only offered 3 choices of ramen: Tonkatsu, Shoyu Chicken, and Vegan Coconut. We were super surprised since their name is Bone and Belly Ramen, why so limited on choices? They actually have more Donburi rice bowl choices and appetizers than they do ramen. We ordered 2 Tonkatsu ramen $16.50 each, and add scallions $1. Ramen took a little bit of time to come out, but when it did it looked impressive. The broth looked creamy and it was topped with 2 pieces of Chashu pork, crispy onions, bok choy and a soft boiled egg. The broth was creamy and filled with umami and not too salty. The noodles were tender with a nice bite. The tamago (egg) was a little under as the egg whites were still a little under, but the yolk was nice and custardy. The star was the Chashu, super tender and flavorful and gave 2 nice pieces of meat. The portion size was good as we were full after finishing our ramen. Would love to give them 5 stars but pricing is a little bit higher than other ramen shops and wish there were more choices of ramen to try. Overall, so happy to see an asian fusion spot in the district We will be back to give the other choices a try.

Mario B.

Yelp
Very very dirty place. Food not bad. Service an okay. I would not suggest it to my friends. I will never visit it again!

Billy L.

Yelp
This is a Ramen place. Went with my partner on a Saturday around 7ish. We were seated right away. The menu is limited but quality of food was good. For appetizer, we had the pork bao bun. It served 2 pieces for about $8.50. Definitely worth it. I had the ribeye rice bowl and my partner had pork belly ramen. I can not remember the exact name it is in my menu picture. A rice bowl or ramen averages about $15 a bowl. They do not serve dessert. Servers were attentive and friendly. Always filling up our waters. Yelpers can get 10% discount for checking in

Marci K.

Yelp
I ordered delivery using the Yelp app, and in under 40 minutes and for less than $40, I had one of the best food experiences of my life, while on my couch in sweats! ;) We started with the Pork Belly Bao Buns (amazing- both sweet and salty) then I followed that with the Wagyu Beef Donburi (a rice bowl that includes pickled ginger, scallions, onsen tomago, topped with a soft egg just waiting to get all mashed up with the delicious perfectly cooked beef - truly food heaven!) My husband ordered the Maitake Wings, which are actually mushrooms in a tempura batter, with a side of miso sauce- he devoured it. We found a new love, and will definitely visit in person to try other dishes.

Todd Y.

Yelp
We got the Waygyu beef donburi, the Chashu pork donburi and the katsu spam musubi. The waygyu beef was full of rich savory flavors and the crispy onions were a really nice touch. The chashu pork was super tender and juicy, the spinach and radishes added a nice texture. The katsu spam musubi was breaded perfectly, not too heavy or too light and the sauce really gave it that extra flavor profile! These are the types of donburi's you can see yourself getting once a week on the regular. They are reasonably priced and are good sized.

Helen Rhae V.

Yelp
This has been on my list of food places to try after seeing it on social media many times. It is a ramen spot located at Green Valley District and it is worth it!! They have plenty of tables for a ramen place tbh. I'm used to ramen places being condensed that's why lol. I ordered the Shoyu Chicken Ramen which was quite heavenly. The broth didn't taste like any other ramen broth. It had a hint of sweetness to it which made it so unique for me! I think it was the carrots, but it was the perfect salty-and-sweet combination. My boyfriend and our friend ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen which they described as comforting, and our other friend ordered the Chashu Pork Donburi bowl. All of our dishes were packed with food and they gave us a generous amount for each item in our dish. I originally wanted to try the Katsu Spam Musubi, but they said it wasn't available today? Idk why, we didn't ask. I just have to come back to see if it's worth the hype.

Alfred B.

Yelp
My daughter and I are from CA and we're in LV for my nephew's college graduation. We stumbled on this ramen store while shopping at The District right before heading back to CA. We are so happy that we did because not only were the staff friendly and accommodating, the food was also amazing. The tonkotsu ramen and shoyu chicken ramen were both tasty. Not too salty and not bland. The appetizers we ordered were unique and flavorful. We got the deep fried calamari and the maitake wings (which were actually mushrooms!) This was a first for us and I have to say, when you visit, DEFINITELY get the maitake wings. Highly recommended. Looking forward to visiting this place next time we're in town.

Kashaun L.

Yelp
Slow for to go orders, they prioritize lobby customers. Waited over 30 min for an order that was placed before arrival. Dont expect your order to be ready for pick up.

Addison P.

Yelp
Both ramens are really good Recommend making both spicy Portions are pretty big For 2 adults 4 kids We got 4 ramens and each with extra noodles. The extra noodles are huge

Christina M.

Yelp
I usually love this place but not today. I ordered the bao buns, spicy donburi, and potstickers via postmates and the bao buns have hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste of my money.

Angela L.

Yelp
Delicious. Would it be okay to order only bao buns from you? ( not the pork, just the bread only) if yes, how much? I would appreciate it if you could inform me. Thanks!!!

Nicole N.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing food and vibe here! Got the tonkatsu ramen with the tastiest pork belly!! The pork belly baos were fantasticc tooo! Not to mention the delicious katsu musubi! If the pictures aren't telling enough, the food did NOT disappoint here All of the servers were kind, attentive, and extremely accommodating! Nathan was the most amazing chef and host! Apparently he studied culinary in Japan and IT SHOWS. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Don't miss this gem

Mikaela C.

Yelp
Tried Bone & Belly for the 1st time last night and really enjoyed it. We started off with the Bao Bun appetizer which was delicious; I could have had 12 of them lol! For our meals, I had the Shoyu Chicken Ramen (without the crispy onions & red ginger added) which was incredibly rich and flavorful. My husband had the Spicy Yakiniku Ribeye Donburi which had a nice little kick to it. The restaurant is tiny, but well laid out with a minimal yet welcoming atmosphere. The host & waitress were also friendly. I wish their menu was a tad larger as their offerings are a little limited, but overall we loved it and will be back!

Jake V.

Yelp
This Ramen shop is located at the district in green valley ranch. My friends recommended this place, so we decided to come here for dinner. This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! We came Saturday night and the parking lot was packed. The restaurant surprisingly was not that busy. [Service] Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by our server and seated. He was extremely kind and gave us lots of time to swift through the menu. We finished ordering and the food came out in no time at all. Our server constantly refilled our drinks and made sure we were doing okay. Great service! [Food] My friends and I ordered the BBQ chicken karaage to share and I ordered the tonkastu Ramen (spicy). The karaage was delicious! Tender, juicy, crispy and had a hint of BBQ to it. The Ramen was also great! The broth was savory and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The spice level for me was perfect. Had a great kick but not to spicy that it overpowered the Ramen. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants good Ramen. 4/5 stars from me! Also, if you check in on yelp you get 10% off! I will definitely be back here to try out more of what they have to offer. I especially have my eye on the wagyu beef donburi bowl.

Wendy N.

Yelp
Don't waste your time coming here. Place is no longer in business. Pending Yelp to update.

Zoe S.

Yelp
My family and I frequent this eatery often and we love it! this particular visit Alycia had taken great care of us. she's the front-of-house manager and she was awesome! we wanted to modify the Shishito peppers and she even suggested how they can best be served. and they were delicious! she went above and beyond to cater to our needs. the restaurant itself is super chill and a very welcoming vibe. 10/10 recommend!

Nancy K.

Yelp
This is my second visit. You need to know that if you're looking for 'Bone & Belly Ramen', you WON'T find a sign showing you where it is. After circling the parking lot a few times, I pulled over & called them. They were just a few steps away, they're actually '8 Kitchen' which is a yellow signage. Having said that, my first visit, I had the cold buckwheat noodle topped w/shrimp tempura. DEEEEELICIOUS! My son had their tonkatsu ramen & left NOTHING in his bowl! I did manage to get a sip of his broth & it was spot on! Felt like I found a new spot to eat! I'm here now on our 2nd visit...I decided to order the same ramen as my son. It was OKAY...as you can see in the attached photo, the Chashu pork is all FAT. Which contributed to the over oiliness in the broth. Which led me unable to finish eating, it got too heavy of an aftertaste. My son didn't empty his bowl like the last time. The staff is friendly and attentive, the place is clean. I'll still return & give it another shot though as they have an extensive menu.

Yelp
Truly disappointing. My wife and I like to give restaurants a chance. However, this one is really not worth it gang. It's so hidden, we almost gave up on going in the first place and I wish we did. The best thing about it is the staff and the cashier. They were pleasant. The food, however, is an absolute train wreck. I have spent a lot of time in Japan and never had a bowl of ramen like this. I have no idea why they would put the things on top that they do. But all the toppings do not belong in a bowl. I've never felt so ripped off.

Yelp
Ok so let me say the food here is actually awesome and the menu has so many options it was great. The kids menu is the best I've seen at a ramen shop. Downside to this place is really the seating. We came up to order and as we waited patiently while some to go people came in some other diners who were behind us took the opportunity to snag the only seats left. Not the fault of anyone but they need a table or 2 more in here. Finally, I had to get someone to clean the table and when they came over to clean it they literally just brushed the food off the table with a rag on to the floor and mostly on to my child's lap. Kind of odd. Also, if you can't find this place it just says KITCHEN 8! Don't bother looking for Bone and Belly. We drove around 3 times lol. Anyway as long as your tables clean this is actually a 4+ star place.

Yelp
Decided to go hear after seeing the high ratings on Yelp and wanted to try them out! They're located in the middle of the Green Valley District. My friend group and I came here for dinner, and it wasn't too busy at all. We opted for both their shoyu chicken ($12) and tonkatsu ramen ($13), two of their wagyu beef bowls ($16 each) & their chasu bowl ($13). And one of my friends ordered the truffle sauce as well! It was pretty good, it wasn't too heavy on the truffle which we all liked. Both the ramens were rich and they didn't skim out on the chasu pork + they both included the egg. Only negatives were that the broth was salty and their menu is a little more pricier than the ramen places we're used to. But the food was overall fulfilling and portions were impressive!

Yelp
Great stop for ramen especially if you go in person. I've also door-dashed it and it wasn't quite the same but still hits the spot if you're needing a tonkotsu kick. The karaage is really good but not how karaage is normally flavored and doesn't come with spicy Mayo the way I am used to.

Yelp
New location is hard to find, or I might just be blind but we went through the plaza twice and did not see it anywhere. Again I must have missed it but I didn't see any sign as to where it is.

Yelp
Food was good but they wouldn't split the check for some reason?!? Tried the spam masubi and it was yummy and bai buns.

Yelp
I found this place after an event. There are so many options for ramen and this place did not disappoint. It is located at the District and easy to get to. They have a decent amount of seating that can accommodate essentially any size group. They offer a varieties of options of ramen and donburi as well as vegetarian options. We got the tonkotsu ramen with spicy paste, vegan curry donburi, chicken ramen, shishito peppers and a side of wagyu beef. Everything was full of flavors and the tonkotsu broth is amazing. The chashu is thick and bigger and most other places. The spicy paste gave it a nice kick but it could be spicer. Wagyu beef was sweet and tender with grilled onion. Overall, it's a good place if you happen to be on this side of town. Service is always friendly and quick.

Yelp
Ordered through Grubhub. The ramen was packaged very nicely and easy to reheat. Unfortunately the broth was SUPER oily and we had to skim it before eating it. Even then, it was too much. Bummer because we were pretty excited about the plant-based broth.

Yelp
Stopped in at this ramen place on my recent Vegas trip for the yummiest pork ramen.. Located right off the freeway if you're coming in from AZ.. park near the Lucille's restaurant.. I arrived around 3pm and there was no wait.. Ordered the pork ramen added bok choy because you need some greens in your life .. it arrived quickly and with the most delicious crunchy onion garnish .. definitely added another layer of flavor. The pork was tender.. broth was flavorful .. a little salty but oh so good on a chilly day. . They are definitely taking precautions during covid by wearing masks and separating tables, even the long counter along the wall has enough space between chairs.. I would definitely recommend this spot ..

Yelp
A warm welcome on a gray day. Not busy on a weekday but it was early. Had some apps to try. The fried musubi is a great concept but gotta work on the rice a little. The ramen hit the spot despite the noodles not being loosened all the way. Hope this place makes it. It's got promise.
