AMAZING! This place is known for the Bang Bang Shrimp, but we decided to attend a 5 course special event they were putting on with martini pairing. Whew, every single dish was delicious. Especially the large lumps of lobster in the soup and crab on top of our steak. Each drink was a well crafted cocktail and perfectly designed to enhance the flavors of the meals. The final gingerbread one for dessert was incredible. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or even just drinks and appetizers at the bar. You will not be disappointed in the quality of your meal or service. For a "chain" restaurant, this place provides that unique atmosphere you're looking for to enjoy a fantastic meal out.

We had an amazing birthday celebration for my husband and with our family. We Enjoyed everything! The lobster stuffed shrimp, blue halibut, seared scallops, Brussels sprouts, bang bang shrimp, and salmon, were absolutely delicious! Everything was so fresh! The Cocktails were very good as well! Thanks to our server, Billy, for his amazing recommendations, exemplary service, and we look forward to coming back!!! 🥂

Google
Very enjoyable. Service was Great. I will definitely go back to try the rest of menu. The only issue was the Cream Brulee French toast was ok, I didn't feel it tasted any different than regular French toast. But, it was good. Please, make your own opinion. It is great food all around.

Google
We had a great experience all the way around. Service was impeccable and the food was awesome. We got the bang bang shrimp to start and the fish and chips and a sirloin as mains. The shrimp was what almost everyone knows, crisp and tasty. The fish was fried nicely and flavorful. The sirloin was cooked properly. The sides of mashed potatoes and the lump crab chowder were great. The chowder was very impressive and great with bread dipped into it. Our server was amazing, some of the best service we've had anywhere.

Google
Celebrated my husband's birthday today. Tawny the bartender was also our server & she was fabulous! She suggested drinks for us and got our bread and foods out to us quickly. Very happy that this location is still as good as it was when I first started coming in 2016. (Foods pictured are tuna appetizer, cedar plank salmon, & filet + Crab cake pairing)

I’ve fallen in love with Bonefish grill over the past few years. This was my first time at this location and it was great. The service was very fast and friendly. Good mood and food. The bread with oil is always a hit with the kids. I enjoyed my poke bowl and the other food was tasty, too. Will definitely be back again.

Yelp
The food here is always predictable. It's delicious the environment as always, professional and very inviting the service is always high-quality. We come very often and I always know what to expect.

Petrice H.

Yelp
The Moms, as we are affectionately called, enjoyed brunch here and it was so nice just to be out and have someone else cook. So 3 stars and no more. The food was ok but the bread was off the chain(yeah we still using that)! I think we had 2 maybe 3 baskets and were bread wasted. It was warm and soft. We ordered salads, apps and a few drinks. But I think the drinks were the star of the show, especially the Espresso Martinis! The apps were delicious and the bang bang shrimp are always a hit. The restaurant had just opened so not sure why it wasn't cleaned. The floors were dirty as if they had not been swept but we still love this spot. Will be back.

Katelyn A.

Yelp
Great food paired with a chic atmosphere and good-humored staff make for a great evening out! I had to include a picture of the bread plate, because it was some of the fluffiest, crunchiest bread I've been served before a meal. Definitely take a look at seasonal and weekend specials, because the Linguini Del Mar special is a winner.

Yelp
Have not been to Bonefish in several years but have seen reviews that were less than stellar. Our nephew wanted to go because he wanted sea bass. Service person was very pleasant but perhaps loaded with several tables at once. In any case slow to get drinks and slow to take our order. I never received the lemon I requested 3X, filet mignon was not cooked properly. My husband asked for medium rare and got well done, I asked for rare and got med rare, and the Sea Bass was overcooked. The filet were a bit on the tough side. Mentioned to waiter and he said "well sometimes it's the cut". What? The bang bang shrimp was very good. They did take 20% off the bill but until they improve we will certainly avoid.

Yelp
Enjoyed dinner this evening, and while I took a photo of our Harvest salad (which they split between two plates for us) I skipped pics of the rest of the food. The salad was awesome. I haven't had this one before, and so glad we chose it. Talk whole crap berries, goat cheese, apple and bacon were tossed in the spring and spinach field of greens. The maple dressing was sweet and brought out the natural flavors rather than overpowering this dish. It was a huge salad, and glad they split it for us. We also went with the mango sangria pork tenderloin. All of this was top notch. ***The only thing we didn't enjoy was the macadamia nut brownie dessert. Spongy, and a very odd texture, this is different than the last time we had it. This would be the first negative experience we ever had....so maybe it was just an off brownie night. And a big thank you to Mercy, our server. She was tasked with a very large 12 topper at the same time we were seated, but didn't miss a beat with our table of 2. She apologized but there was no need. She was terrific. So was the. Rest of the staff.

Heidi C.

Yelp
Amazing service and most personable waiter, Billy. Fish and chips - very fresh fish. Shrimp and steak cooked perfectly. Special accommodations were made due to allergies. Stress free and excellent ambience.

Jodie C.

Yelp
Loved both the white and red sangria. Tried them both, can't decide which is better. And of course the bang bang shrimp is a must!

Yelp
our experience at the Trinity Bonefish grill started off poorly. although the restaurant was nearly empty at 8 PM, the service was terrible. We were there for over 30 minutes before our order was taken. The promise of bread never came. We were served our soup and immediately realized there were no spoons. The waiter left to get spoons and never returned. After 10 minutes of the soup sitting there cooling off, we decided to leave. When we get out the door, the manager, Freddy Dekker intercepted us and asked us for a second chance to make our experience great. with some hesitation we agreed and his word, Mr. Dekker provided a wonderful experience for us. A new server, hot soup and a delicious dinner. He kept checking back on our party and comped the entire meal over our objections. A poor experience turned wonderful. Thank you Mr, Deckmerry. You are a class act.

Father T.

Yelp
Their food is super fresh. I can really attest that their service is top class. Thank you bone fish!

Crystal R.

Yelp
Loving Tapas & Tequila night!! Bonefish never disappoints with their creativity, quality, and service! And the setting is warm and comfortable. We love this place!!

Terry H.

Yelp
The food is wonderful. We had the salmon and it was cooked just right. The potato chunks were fried with garlic and some kind of white sauce dribbled on top. No one at the table liked them. We've eaten there many times and usually order the garlic mashed potatoes. Yum yum

Larry G.

Yelp
The Bonefish Grill in Trinity is always an excellent experience. Basically it has become our bi-weekly go to with friends who live nearby. Food here is always good (not great) we come for the service which is always outstanding. Ahi tuna for me.

Yelp
Candace took care of us last time we were here. Billy took care of us and 3 family members tonight. For happy hour, I was the only one who ordered a discounted drink - a $5 blueberry martini. My first! It was like drinking dessert. Billy was good, but had too many tables. We got 4 setups, not 5. We asked for a 5th, and butter for the bread, but he did not return. He was really hustling for other patrons. When I went to the bar, Candace got the butter & setup we needed. Billy came by with more butter (no set up), and apologized for bringing it so late AND the time our food was taking. We could tell he and the entire restaurant was busy. We'd been waiting for almost an hour for our entrees. Bread was good. Too good! We filled up on it. A young woman brought out our food in two quick shifts, and Billy came by to be sure everything was fine. It was. He refilled our drinks. My mahi mahi was dry, but the delicious whipped potatoes, vinegar based coleslaw, and lemon butter made it better. Husband & family member had bang bang shrimp with small Caesar salads. They were VERY satisfied with their choices. Other family members had broccoli, & whipped potatoes with rainbow trout for one and the sirloin steak for the other. Sirloin was perfect. The rainbow trout was okay. When it came time to pay, we pulled out our 6 bonus gift cards. We had 3 checks, and due to small print, could only use 3 of them. That was okay. We'll use the other 3 next time we go out. As we left, at 6:40, it was busier than when we arrived at 5. It was a frantic pace for a great staff. We tipped more than 20% - Candace, too! I should have paid with my regular gift card - the one I bought which earned me my 2 $10 bonus gift cards. But I paid with my American Express card. Which I left behind. An alert on my phone, 26 minutes later to a new charge at Bonefish, made me realize my mistake. I called and Manager Linda said she'd look into it & call me back. I called American Express, reported my "lost" card & I'll be getting a new card Tuesday. Jeffrey at AmEx said it had to be reported as lost since Bonefish reversed the charge. It's 10:18, and I have not heard from Bonefish. But they WERE busy. And they did take care of the $13:43 someone else charged to my AmEx card. Thank you, Linda and Mary, for finding my card accidentally left in the portfolio I used & locking it in a safe. Your call at 10:23 was a relief! And thank you for destroying my card since a new one is on the way. American Express: don't leave home - OR the businesses you patronize - without it. Or pay with gift cards.

Yelp
We went to bonefish last night because we know that it is always dependable as far as quality of food and service. The service was very good and happy hour wine was also good however, the crab cake dinner I had left something to be desired. It looked like they took one crabcake and split it in half. It was also tasteless. I have had crab cakes at this restaurant before and they were good and a reasonable size. My husband ordered the shrimp and steak and shrimp was over cooked and tuff - not good. His steak was a good size and was OK. Our bill with tip was $90 plus and definitely was not worth it. We will not be returning anytime soon. We will not return to this location.

Yelp
Wife and I went for our Anniversary last night since we hadn't been there in years. Now I can see why. Ambiance was decent, our server Tommy was excellent but the food was terrible no matter what we ordered. First up was the crab and corn soup, it came less than tepid but the taste was ok I still ate it but let manger know it was cold. Next was our meals. Wife ordered the salmon plank I ordered fish & chips (don't judge) . Food came and wife's salmon was raw pink and slimy, mine was a HUGE "grease ball" cod was saturated in oil and then thrown on top of cold fries I took one bite and was disgusted . Manager came over we sent both back and we're ready to leave but Tommy brought us new menus and was telling us to try again so we did but we should have just left, smh I ordered the 7oz filet (medium rare) with whipped garlic potatoes Wife 7 Oz sirloin (medium well) with crab cake. Rule #1 if you can't get steak close to what is ordered you shouldn't be in the kitchen. My steak was pretty rare which is fine to me but wife's steak was bloody and rare as well more than mine so we switched and I love sirloin the "whipped" mashed potatoes were very dry and that had to be the toughest garbage sirloin I've ever had and at this point I was just tired of complaining so I ate it anyway. The server did get us each vanilla scoop with whip for our Anniversary which was nice and manager X'ed out the first attempts at food and added a 20% discount but all in all it was a VERY bad experience. I blame the cooks to be honest especially for Bonefish trying to be more medium to high end they need to revamp or find better cooks!

Theresa P.

Yelp
Food was fine, but halfway through the air filled with smoke. Turned out to be a smoked cocktail. My lungs were not happy! The manager relayed his apologies, but couldn't do anything about it.

Danielle F.

Yelp
The Tampa are Bonefish so much better than my local. I enjoyed being able to eat at the Trinity location. The service was great and my favorite trout was cooked perfectly and drinks were great!!

Amanda B.

Yelp
Well just like most things it must come to an end. We went and got our usual 2 lunch Caesar salads, 1 lunch house salad, bang bang shrimp and calamari. Our Caesar salad was swimming in dressing and croutons, The dressing was wrong on the house salad, the bang bang shrimp was soggy and the calamari was rubbery! I understand they had a large party on the other side but dang $60+ dollars for trash food! The server charged us for a entrée salads, all 3 of them! We were so mad we paid the bill and left.. Last time they're get our money.. And no we didn't address anything because they knew well and good what they were doing.. Shameful!!!!

Russ E.

Yelp
The service was absolutely terrible. We were asked twice if we wanted bread and it never came until we asked again for it. The waitress asked if we wanted to order any food. Duh. All of my food was overcooked. The fish and shrimp were rubbery and the asparagus was mushy. The rice seems like it had been sitting in the cooker all day. The only good part of the whole experience was when it was time to get out of this godforsaken place. The waitress was completely inattentive and ignored us completely. Do better.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
I ordered something new from Bonefish, and I wish I had sticked to a tried and true dish instead. I ordered a spicy tuna bowl, which sounded like a poke bowl. It was $18 so I expected a lot. It was pretty small, not really spicy, and the tuna was not bright red like it should be. It came with rice, avocado, mango salsa, and some sort of sweet Thai chili sauce. The taste wasn't bad, but I would not order it again. I really like the bang bang shrimp tacos, which my hubby ordered. That was only $16 and came with a side dish. I'll stick to ordering bang bang shrimp here and leave the poke bowls to the professionals at Poke restaurants ;)

Karin H.

Yelp
We did take out and it was awesome. The food was ready when we arrived and the staff was excellent. We got two salads and everything was fresh and well presented. The salad dressings were excellent. The plantains were the best I have ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
I am writing to you regarding a very unfortunate and unpleasant dining experience I had last evening at your Trinity,  FL Bonefish location.  I went because I was going to celebrate my birthday that I did not get to enjoy. Let me start by saying I do go to all the affiliate chain restaurants. I have gone to this Bonefish most frequently. I also frequent Carrabas,  which is one of your affiliate chain restaurants.   In fact, I was there in August and spent $418.00 there. It was supposed to be my birthday dinner with family. I truly was not feeling well so i did not get to enjoy my Excellent meal. Back to last night.   Our server was excellent.   The first problem was the social hour special double order bang bang shrimp.  The taste was excellent.  One problem was it was not a double order, but rather a larger plate with a slight bit of lettuce, and the shrimp spread scattered around the plate to make it look like a larger portion. I truly became upset when I started to eat the shrimp and had to keep picking pieces of shrimp peel/skin out of my mouth .  I advised our server who informed the manager (Terry, I believe her name was ). She was nice and brought out a fresh order that was very good. Dinner:  My husband had the Linguine and clams (very tiny and very few) but good flavor. Most of his clams were empty. So very few tiny clams and of course did not have what the description said the meal would have. My Dinner: I ordered the swordfish special with a substitute for the pumpkin ravioli.   I do not care for pumpkin.  The swordfish should have come with  "topped with crispy onions, crumbled feta cheese, and a hint of brown butter." Mine was served as a dried out piece of swordfish on a plate with nothing.  I have had your swordfish before, and it was delicious,  so that is why I ordered.   This was also.   I subbed out for bacon macaroni and cheese (excellent). I asked the server to come over and asked for the manager to speak with.   The manager came over.   I explained the whole story that this was a do over birthday dinner, and it was going so well.  I showed her my swordfish with missing items, and she said that was basically my fault (not exact words), but because the ravioli was exchanged out, that is why it was not put on the plate.  I do not think the meal called for feta, brown butter, or onion straws to only be put on the ravioli.  It also does not excuse that the chef overcooked my fish.  The manager just made excuses and tried to put some of the blame on me.  She did ask if I wanted a different meal.  I swapped out for the pork tenderloin meal with apple chutney with fresh broccoli and garlic potatoes. Mgr kept trying to say that pork is very dry, and I might not like it.  If your pork medallions are that dried out, then the chef should not be cooking the food. I received the meal and it did not look great the pieces of meat they gave me, but the taste was good.  I truly was turned off by the whole experience I did not want to eat by that time.  I did not order a 2nd glass of wine.   I just boxed up the food and asked for the check. Technically,  the manager replaced the food.  She actually removed the charges.  I greatly appreciate that.   The problem was first her attitude about it, second insinuating I was part of the problem by how I ordered ( I did advise her I should have been informed prior that it would change the swordfish if I removed the ravioli)  and third her cavalier attitude about the whole experience.  Our server apologized about everything, although she did not need to.  I advised her that she was excellent.   I tipped her well over 20% of what the original total of the bill should have been.    The restaurant was not busy at all.  Quite empty.   So, there is no reason for all the errors.  I am left deciding whether I will return to your restaurant as a customer.  I would like a response back from corporate.   I go to all your restaurants and usually both intimate encounters of 2-4 people, but also large parties of 15 or more.   Note: I forgot to take a picture of my swordfish, but it looked nothing like this.   Only one small piece with some grill marks sitting by itself on a white dinner plate.   Nothing else.  Dry and tasteless.   My husband's linguine was nothing like as described.   It's just a bunch of pasta with very few green onions and very few clams.  Most of his shells were all empty.   The pork was cooked nice,  but just scraggly pieces and a tiny bit of chutney for just a hint of flavor.   Here are pictures of what each meal should look like and what we got. Decide for yourself. Had the manager been more apologetic versus trying to shift blame to me the customer and then the server for not instructing me about changing a side. You can see in the pictures, the stuff on the swordfish does not go on the ravioli, but the actual fish. Manager flat out lied. That is unacceptable.

Yelp
We spend a lot of money at this restaurant. Lately, it seems the consistency has been lost and tonight we had a terrible experience. Cold food reined the day - My chicken was hot, but the marsala topping was literally refrigerator cold. Spinach looked off and was luke-warm, as was my wife's broccoli, fish and potatoes. What a shame. We will now limit the amount of visits we make to this Bonefish. The servers are excellent.

Steve C.

Yelp
I hadn't been to a Bonefish grill for 15+ years. I remember them having a good menu, but execution was on par with most chain restaurants and tonight was no exception. I had the Chilean Seabass with mango salsa and overall it was pretty good. My side of jasmine rice was sticky and clumpy. The steamed broccoli could've also been in better/fresher condition. They have a decent wine selection, but it is severely overpriced. Only had a few draft beer selections and nothing local. Service was great. Overall just an average experience, but below average if you consider the cost of the meal.

Anthony C.

Yelp
Excellent service and quality food for the entire family . Warm and welcoming hospitality from the moment we arrived to the end of our experience

Tom C.

Yelp
Probably won't be going back to Bonefish Grill any time soon. We should have known it was going to be a bad night when we were seated at a table with a dirty paper tablecloth. When we pointed it out, the waitress had to ask us if we wanted it replaced. I ordered the corn and LUMP crab soup and it was served with no lump crab. I was told the crab was sprinkled on top. There was no lump crap. I know the difference between lump crab and the lower rated stringy crab meat. If it's advertised and I'm paying for lump crab it should be lump crab! It was replaced and the replacement had no lump crab either, just the stringy stuff. Not only that, the soup overwhelmingly tasted like bacon and was not very good. The rice and broccoli served with the meal were bland and served without butter or anything else, as was the broccoli! I ordered the encrusted rainbow trout and my wife ordered the imperial cod. Her order was so salty it was inedible. The manager passed it off on the capers, stating the chefs add no salt. My trout was dry and was as if it had been pressed in a Cuban sandwich press. It was dry and tasteless even after adding the mango sauce topping. The attention and service we got, whether it was when I ordered a diet coke or asked for butter was less than satisfactory, as was the wait for the check. The best thing about the meal was the bread. It was a terrible meal. Should rate a zero. Happy Father's Day!

Matthew O.

Yelp
Oh man do I wish the pandemic would end soon! But for now, takeout will have to do. Even then, Bonefish is doing a great job! Service is quick and efficient and my takeout order was ready based exactly on what the estimated time was! Awesome! Hostess was super friendly as well! I got an order of Fish and Chips. Portion size was fantastic 3 large fish filets. Each one was battered in a well seasoned batter that complements the well seasoned fries. The tangy tartar sauce helps to cut through the grease of the fried food and kept things from feeling too heavy. But the best part of the meal, Bonefish still gives you their free ciabatta bread and dipping olive oil!! Fresh crusty bread is the best! So good job on keeping things going, Bonefish! :)

Jim K.

Yelp
They deserve a solid 4 stars. I've been here at least 20 times and have only had a bad meal once. The bang bang shrimp is excellent. Their filet and salmon are very good too. If you love burgers, their BFG Burger is excellent. Just remember that this location is usually packed.

Crystal L.

Yelp
I paid four dollars extra to have a premium side of asparagus. They're seriously gave me this tiny amount of 6 pieces here. Are you freaking kidding me?? Four dollars for this? I should've checked before I left. There's no way I would've paid for this crap. $4 extra to add this premium side to my entrée and it's only two bites. What a rip off

Rhonda A.

Yelp
Party of 5, 2 of us got the cod imperial, they were not stuffed with seafood , they had a blacked piece of cod with a seafood sauce. We have been to this Bonefish many times before and it was excellent. I don't write many bad reviews, but the last couple times I have ben to the Trinity location it has not been up to their standard. Old wilted broccoli, salmon overcooked. Server was good, and manger was there before the meal or drinks were ordered, maybe she come over when the meal is served?

Nicole P.

Yelp
This place has made a major change for the worse. The company has now added a position called "server assistant" which, if I had to say, makes the entire dining experience BLAND and IMPERSONAL. We hardly got to see our server and had some other random person bringing over drinks and food. It was not busy, there were 3 other tables sat in the whole restaurant, there was no need for the extra person. It made me not want to leave my server a nice tip because she technically didn't do anything besides greet us. Also they used the tablet to take our order right in front of us and then she disappeared to the back until her server assistant brought the food. Extremely unprofessional system, 10/10 would NEVER go back again to any of the Bloomin Brands establishments that adopted this new system.

Richard E.

Yelp
TRINITY FLORIDA Bonefish grill. Billy F our server did an excellent job. It was our 51st Wedding anniversary and he made our dining experience feel special.

John J.

Yelp
Well the food fish and chips were awe full. Fish was over fried dripping in grease and over cooked fish. The fries were wilted and greasy. Five of us ordered the fish and chips and it was a disaster for us as well it was a friends birthday n awe full. Service was not good had to ask for drink refills all the time. Reaching in front of us to serve dinners and drinks. All in all 1 star!! Ambiance was okay!!

Brandi E.

Yelp
I hate leaving bad reviews. If it saves someone else the time & money. Go somewhere else. I've been to other bonefish grills & the food was great. This one however has ruined the whole franchise for me. I will truly never eat at any bonefish again. Ordered the cod imperial, it was cold, mushy, & tasted.. wrong. Husband ordered the rainbow trout, it was dry, overcooked, & flavorless. Bang bang shrimp had a terrible after taste like it was fried in old dirty oil. & the fries were cold & dry. So yeah, not a good time.

Jessica M.

Yelp
I gave this restaurant a 3 stars more for service than the food itself. You may know Bonefish Grill is a chain and I've never had this issue with their other locations, they always have delicious food especially their fan favorite bang bang shrimp. I've gone several times to Bonefish just for that dish alone. I came in with four adults and two children aged under two. They don't take up a whole lot of space. I immediately asked the hostess for a car seat sling, she was going to put us in a booth so she said that it wouldn't fit in there but the car seat slides into the booth. If you have small children then you know that having easy access to them goes a long way in a restaurant. I asked her for a table instead, she said they didn't have many large tables available so I asked for a four seat table. She asked where I was going to put the kids, I said right next to me in their high chairs. This isn't my first time at a restaurant, I know how this will play out with my kids. She ended up just putting us in a booth next to SEVERAL open 4 seat tables. Well the baby started crying and had to sit his car seat in the booth next to our friends and it was very uncomfortable , they never brought my two year old a high chair and she sat in the booth and was difficult to meet her needs as well as the baby Okay then I ask the server for recommendations and he says "I'm not very good at that". I don't think a mother of two should have to fight for easy seating especially on a very slow night and I think the server should be able to give me a top dish that is popular even if he wouldn't necessarily eat it himself. Anyways, bang bang shrimp was still good

Yelp
Decided to order curbside for Valentines Day at the Trinity Bonefish and was so disappointed with the food that I will never go to this Bonefish again. I ordered the steak and lobster combo x2 and the lobster was way over-cooked. There wasnt any melted butter in my order but my husband did have melted butter with his. The piece of steak was pretty tasty considering it was over-cooked also. I ordered medium and it wasnt pink in the middle at all. It was cooked well done. I ordered two appetizers, the beef/ginger potstickers and the mussels. My husband said he liked the garlic sauce that the mussels were in. The potstickers were supposed to be pan seared but they were more deep-fried. Again over-cooked and the cabbage topping was so salty, I couldnt eat it all. I also ordered the Key Lime cake and the fudge brownie w/ice cream. My husband said the brownie was good but I never got to taste the cake since they forgot to put it in the bag. They did credit my cc for the $10 but I specifically asked the girl when I picked up my order if they checked to make sure everything was there. She assured me they had and she said they even added the bread. With the amount of money that I spent on this Valentines Day dinner, you would think everything would have been perfect. Cant talk about the ambiance since I ordered out, actually I am glad that I did. If I would have been inside the restaurant and got this unworthy food and then the bill for this unworthy food.........

Julee M.

Yelp
The staff was extremely accommodating when trying to locate seating near an outlet for my mother's oxygen!! After asking about it - they were able to find a solution so we could enjoy a meal there. The meal/food was outstanding - as always. Again - high accolades to the staff/manager Highly recommend!!!!

Kathy D.

Yelp
What can I say, I was totally blown away & not in a good way! Parking was a nightmare, it was cold & we had to find parking outside the lot. Of course the restaurant was standing room only, people everywhere, I am sure they must have been over their seating limit, because bodies were packed in like sardines. Of course with the overload of people the noise level was very high, staff was spread thin & ambiance, lol, not going to be any here tonight. Thankfully we got seated fairly quick, as other parties were larger. I have been to many a Bonefish restaurant over the years & never experienced an evening anything close to this! Cocktails were on point though watery & weak for price paid. Started with sharing mussels & a bang bang shrimp. Muscles, many did not open & garlic was way overpowering, 2. Shrimp, now a mass production, good, but chopsticks never came, 4. Chilean sea bass grossly overcooked,1. Asparagus, huge fibrous stalks & way overcooked, 1. Bruslsesprouts, the star of the meal: crispy, a bit too much basalmic, but quite good, 4. Wagu beef hamburger, not as big as advertised, tasted like a plain Jane & did not come prepared to correct temp, 2. The fries were cold, shriveled up mess, 1. House salad, nothing to write home about,3. Molten lava cake, undercooked & unetabl,1. Thankfully the expensive drinks kept us going. Certainally a lousy date night, couldn't even hear to talk. If the parking & entering sardine land wasn't enough red flags, I would have been out of there, but I did not arrange evening, so I had to go with the casualty of the flow. What a mess & disgrace on the establishment. What's a girl to do? I would have moved on, upon entering the restaurant, it was fun to watch the servers blaming one another to the customer.

Yelp
Bonefish Grill has been our go to place during date nights. Its a 10 minute drive for us and we enjoy the choices on their menu. Love their smoked old fashion. Their lobster and their steaks. When we arrived we asked for a table. The host led us to a booth where the table still had a receipt and a pen from the previous guests. Obviously looking at the table it seemed it was not cleaned properly (obviously the reciepts and napkins are still there. We pointed that out and the host abruptly brushed it off like with a sly smirk on his face like it was not such a cause of concern. He stated " the waitress will pick that up". I am not sure if thats not his role as a host but given the fact that your guests have pointed it out and you take no action like it wasn't a big deal doesn't reflect well with how they are being managed.

Yelp
Great for a special night out for dinner. Definitely a high end fine dining feel. Wait staff attentive, and excellent food. Bar area good for a more casual night

Yelp
Nice ambience, more so than the one we went to in Weeki Wachee. Drinks: Blueberry lemon drop and a raspberry Tom Collins. For appetizer, we ordered Tuna sashimi. Comes with wasabi, ginger slices, soy and a small bed of lettuce. For the meal (I came in because of a two for one coupon), I ordered swordfish with pumpkin ravioli, and my partner ordered fish and chips. The waitress was nice, polite and serene.

Yelp
Yesterday evening I dine with my husband, it front server told us that it would be 20 to 25 minutes wait however we waited about 30 minutes prior to seating us. The frontier server didn't even texted us until I walk over and asked again for the wait time. My husband ordered San Peligrino For drinks it took the server 15 minutes after the first course ( Salad) was served . He has to drink my water that I happily shared with him. Horrible service! Don't go there!

Yelp
Seated quickly with reservations. Hostess and server greeted us quickly, very professional but then the male bartender came over and pulled his entire mask down to talk to us. Not good for Covid. Proceeded to watch him do that multiple times with anybody that he was in contact with. Food was subpar my husband ordered shrimp it was opaque and undercooked. I ordered are he tuna and you can see from the attached picture that it was not good quality. Far from pink. For the money that you spend on a meal in there you would expect more. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointing I will be contacting the higher-ups in the corporation regarding the mask situation.

Yelp
Totally fed up with the ineptitude of this kitchen staff as well as the manager/s at this location. Manager should be working behind a gas station counter or flipping burgers for McDonald's. Quality control is "IDGAF" see attached pictures and I almost broke my tooth on the overcooked Calamari.

Yelp
Thank you for making our Bon Voyage Extra for our daughter leaving to Airforce BMT!! Brittany and our evening manager was on point with excellent service, not to mention the chef and kitchen cooks! Delicious

Yelp
For a chain, Bonefish Grill NEVER disappoints. I've had Chilean sea bass, formerly known as Patagonian toothfish, at three different restaurants; Ocean Prime, Water Colors and Bonefish. Of them, Bonefish is the victor. Hands. Down. Perfectly crispy grilled exterior, and simply approaching the filet with the fork causes it to slice--that's how tender it is. As for sides, they're all pretty standard, except the Brussels sprouts. These heavy-hitters are some of the best in the game. Shout out to our server, Cole, the other night. His service was on point, and he even came out to the parking lot to delivery my iced tea that I left on the table. Problem was that I couldn't gather the strength or motivation to roll my fat ass out of the car to go get it. My bad, dude.

Yelp
I'm not quite sure what is going on but it feels like a huge staff shortage and turnover at this location. In the past month we have been a few times and everyone there just seemed overwhelmed even when it wasn't that busy. Food prep and quality seem to be way off. The solution seems to be to sit at the bar. On a positive note the new Sashimi with tempura is really good. Hopefully they can get the staff they need and keep them around.

Yelp
Always perfect. I have never been disappointed. The salmon is absolutely the best around. I mostly get it delivered now but have been there many times
