Bonélan ボネラン

Nice French restaurant with green 🪴 interior theme. Really recommended for nice conversations & date. They have set menu in the lunch !! Although we can choose from Menu, but set option make more sense economically. Outside seating options available too. I couldn’t get English menu but it’s available in French & Japanese.

I have to revise my initial five star review. The quality of service was really underwhelming during my recent lunch. I have been to Bonelan a number of times and it’s always the same waiter. Normally his service is at least average (definitely was never bad but not exceptional, especially for Japan). My husband had called ahead of time to see if we needed a reservation or not and he was told no. So while my husband parked the car, I went ahead to get a table (I requested the terrace). The waiter didn’t even ask how many were in my party. My husband asked me to order for him since he would probably be done parking by the time the first dish came out (plus as mentioned, we had been there a number of times and were familiar with the menu ) but the waiter made a huge fuss about it. He also made a fuss about me not wanting to order a course for my toddler (even after I explained that she couldn’t eat a whole course and my husband had asked on the phone if we needed to order a course or could choose a la carte. He was told a la carte was fine). The waiter’s tone changed when my husband arrived. I feel like maybe it’s partly due to my husband being Japanese… not saying that waiter was being discriminatory but maybe some things just got lost in translation (even if one speaks Japanese). I won’t be going back, especially when there are so many good restaurants in Tokyo with excellent service.

Bit of a wait to get in, but it was quite worth it. The course option was relatively cheap at under ¥4000 per person, though drinks etc add up. Also, portions are fairly small, but still left feeling quite full. Definitely recommended for a fancy meal in omotesando that won't totally break the bank.

their lunch is really steal! great to go by yourself or with special person. french/japanese fusion was a pleasant surprise. their service is quick and efficient. atmosphere is elegant and elevated as well.

Dishes are good but the service is under the expectation.

◎ 利用 ┈┈┈┈ バースデーランチ（友人） ◎ 味（料理・ドリンク） ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 私が濃い味派のため、全体的に少し薄いかなと感じることはありましたが、おいしくないということは決してなく、素材の味を大事にされているのではないかと思っています。 周りの皆さんはワンドリンクオーダーしているようでしたが、お冷でも問題ない空気で、金銭的にもお腹のキャパ的にも凄くありがたかったです。 ◎ 雰囲気 ┈┈┈┈┈ お店に入る前から、緑を感じ、「店内はどうなっているんだろう」と気持ちを高ぶらせてくれる雰囲気です。 実際の店内にがっかりすることはなく、イメージ通りのおしゃれさでした。 隣の席との間隔もしっかりと取られていて、落ち着いて話ができました。 ◎ サービス ┈┈┈┈┈┈ 入口の案内からお見送りまで、みなさん素敵なサービスでした。 繊細な気配りと声がけ、時折混ぜる冗談の言葉など、全てにおいて最高の接客でした。 ◎ コスパ ┈┈┈┈┈ ランチの金額には少し高いなという印象です。 ただ、立地やお店の雰囲気サービスから、その値段を払っても嫌な気持ちにはならないなと感じています。 ◎ 最後に ┈┈┈┈┈ とにかく素敵な雰囲気と接客なので、誰かに紹介したくなるお店でした。

2021年12月初利用。この日、このお店に惚れて、あれから何度も利用しました。1人癖の強いウェイター方がいましたが、全く気にならないくらいの素敵な空間、美しい盛り付け、素材を活かした味に虜になっていました。 とてもリーズナブルだったところ徐々に値上がりしてコスパは普通になりましたし、人気店になり予約もやや取りづらくなりましたが、それでも大好きな場所だったので頑張って空いている日を見つけて行っていました。 最後に訪問したのは2024年10月です。いきなり食事のレベルが味・見た目ともにガクンと落ちて、かなり驚きました(最後の写真です)。またネズミちゃん🐭が植物の間を走り回っていて、わたしは地下鉄のドブネズミも可愛いと思えるくらいなので良いんですが、全体的に管理が行き届いてないことに対して心配になりました。 この日だけだったかもしれない…と思いたいところですが、あれから行く勇気が出ず。 私たち夫婦にとってとても意味のあるレストランでもあるので、いつかまた大好きだったボネランに行ける日が来るといいなと思っています。

8/24 12:00に友達がこちらの「 Bonélan ボネラン 」さんを予約をしてくれて伺いました🍽‬🌿‬ このお店は去年から見ていて、店内の雰囲気に惹かれてとても気になっていたお店です。 ～Amuse～ ・ケークサレ ～Soupe～ ・じゃが芋の冷製ポタージュ ～ Entrée～ ・ギリシャ風野菜のマリネ ・生ハムとメロン　ガスパチョ 〜Plat～ ・鴨むね肉のロティと白いんげん豆の煮込み ～Dessert～ ・桃とマンゴー ・バースべープレート 今回いただいたコース料理です。 私が先月お誕生日だったので、友達がサプライズでバースデープレートを用意してくれていて、お花の乗ったとても素敵なプレートを出してもらえました💐🤍 全てのお料理が、彩りから味までとても繊細な仕上がりだったので、最後まで美味しくいただくことができました。 上記のお料理の他にも、スタッフさんが3種類のパンを持ってきてくださり、出来たてで柔らかく、美味しかったです。 一点だけ気になったのは、友達は食べ終わり、私はまだ食べ終わっていないタイミングで、次のお料理を運ばれてしまい、早く食べ終わらないと、と、少し急かされたような気持ちになってしまったことです。 それ以外はスタッフさんの案内や、お料理の説明も丁寧だったので、満足度の高いランチでした✨ また機会があれば利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました☺️
