I had the spare ribs, with garlic bread. The ribs come with an option, I chose a baked potato with butter. I also chose their option to use the salad and soft serve ice cream buffet.
Both buffets were well stocked and the ingredients felt fresh. The garlic bread was crispy, complimenting the rest of the meal. The baked potato was good, very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
The spare ribs were absolute stars. The meat fell right off the bone, and the skin had a sort of caramelized taste to it. Best ribs I've ever had, and that was without a dip. To top it all off, service was very friendly and the restaurant is well decorated and lit.
There are a lot of great restaurants in Copenhagen. Bone's is one of the few where I would say it's worth checking out no matter whether you're a tourist or have lived in the city for years. It was a top notch experience which I would recommend to anyone!
