Bonfire Craft Kitchen and Tap House Surprise

We were looking for a new place to celebrate a birthday and the birthday girl wanted ribs so we chose here. The birthday dinner was a success and we definitely plan to go back for more. I had the Dirty Cajun which has a nice little kick. He went for green chile pulled pork which was a great twist on mac & cheese. The birthday dessert was tons of fun and we also had the Brookie, which was promptly devoured. Can't wait to try a beer next visit!

Came to Bonfire for the first time. What a phenomenal place. The beer was really good and the food was awesome!! They cooked my smoked wings to my request (extra crispy) and they were phenomenal. The burnt ends had great flavor and a good amount for a half order. The brisket sandwich was huge and loved that they had large chunks of brisket in it instead of just thin slices. The pulled pork sandwich was enough for a second meal. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Arizona.

I had heard good things about this place and was eager to visit. It far exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing, I had the monsoon pizza and it was a symphony of flavor, the fries may have been the most delicious I have had, and the mango cider was amazing. The server was attentive and present plus the atmosphere was fun and inviting. The food was delivered to the table way more quickly than I could have asked for as there was 17 of us. I plan to visit as often as possible. Thank you for an excellent birthday dinner.

I had an absolutely terrific experience at Smoked Meats! If you enjoy delicious food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. Every dish was prepared perfectly, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The vibe here is spot-on great food and great people. Can’t ask for more!

Drinks were watered down - stick to beer. Usually two glasses of wine and I’m tipsy done. I had two of their strongest AMF drinks and a shot of tequila and I may as well had iced tea. Reminds me of my high school days when we poured water in our parent’s vodka. Trying out new places as we just moved from TX and want to eat at different restaurants. May give it another shot and just go for beer, pizza and bbq. We tried specialty entrees and they were okay. I’m not thinking these same dishes and recipes were what Guy had. They had to have changed since then. Meatloaf was one of them and the sauce was a sweet bbq with teriyaki. The other was mac and cheese with a bit of pulled pork on top. It was ok. Best part was the playlist they had going on. Haven’t heard some of those 90’s songs in forever.

I don’t usually wright reviews, but when I do it’s for a good reason. The pizza here was amazing. I shy away from most pizzas but I tried their monsoon and what I think was the smoky house and it was eye opening. I’m definitely not going to be scared of trying new pizzas in the future. The waiter who served us was also very kind and they were playing bingo. This place was delicious.

Excellent food and great service. Full bar with every option. The smoked wings are some of the best I've had. The medium and hot have a very different flavor in addition to the spice level and both are very good. Highly recommend the margarita sampler

Arrived here on a Wednesday night around 8 pm. If I would have known they did trivia I would have come earlier. The restaurant has a large indoor space and some outdoor space. Considering it was 109 degrees, the outside was not open. I saw a group of about 18 people so it can be accommodating for groups. We were greeted by a sweet older lady that sat us quickly. Our server Gianna came and introduced herself shortly after. The drinks were on point, the AZ mule is a recommended drink. I had the Gila Monster with truffle fries. The burger was cooked perfectly medium and the pulled pork was a good add. The truffle fries were in a wedge cut, which was different but it was good. Honey had a brisket sandwich and she approved and recommends the brisket sandwich. We have a group coming in soon and may bring them back here because of the menu size and reasonable prices.
