The best bong shop in Ottawa! The owner is a gem and always accommodates his customers. 5 star all around!

Apparently, only carry 5 bongs a day. Sold out by 6 pm is absolutely BS. Why even advertise? Thanks for wasting my time for someone, not even from ottawa. BIG WASTE OF TIME.

Visited this location to purchase a bong, they have a good selection with great prices. Customer service was also excellent, the gentleman who helped us was top notch. I would recommend this location.

I love the owner hes the best helped me out alot gives you free munchies with large enough purchases if your nice. had a Marley bong for a year before It fell and broke at the ice trap, bought a new one because i loved it and i dropped it once on the bottom from not too high up and it was smashed I was pretty sad. still would visit again if I'm ever in the market again.

Excellent customer service. Occasional supply issues but owner was very receptive to my concerns and insured product was available on my next visit. Nice little shop in my neighbourhood. UPDATED (14 AUG 2019) Recently, I made the decision to invest in a water pipe and chose the Bong Parlour for my research. The owner was especially accommodating, especially, given my incredible inability to make a quick decision. By the time I was ready to make a purchase, he had retrieved no fewer than ten different pipes, extolling the virtues of each while also alerting me to potential concerns I might have given the criteria I had provided him with. His personal insight made it much easier to decide and, all while he continued to serve other customers entering the store. While he was helping me, I noticed more than one rough-looking customer wander in. The owner kept a close eye on each, which is not surprising, given the neighbourhood. However, when he shook his head as one group left, I was pleasantly surprised to hear him exclaim, "I really feel for these people." Despite the fact that he loses merchandise on an almost daily basis, he has nothing but sympathy and even tries to help some of the younger ones out by offering them some quick cash or lunch in exchange for helping him unload a delivery. Then, when I was all ready to make my purchase, he ensured that he had a new model in perfect condition. While he inspected the pipe, I mused about some of the candy he had for sale, remarking how it was my girlfriend's favourite. Well, before I knew it, he grabbed up the candy, along with some other treats, and tossed the whole bunch into the bag as a value-added proposition—and this was AFTER he had already made the sale. His level of experience, customer service, and down-right decency, is what keeps me coming back to this location. He is a glowing model to all merchants of how to run a successful business. He is truly a man who gives back to his community. I highly recommend this business. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

The owner is super nice! He had a lot of patience for our questions, didn't pressure us at all and was making conversation. He's super friendly and their selection was pretty good.

Definitely worth a visit even if you're just browsing. Highly recommended!! I visited today looking for a vape pen. The Owner was very informative on the various devices and pointed me towards the perfect vape pen for my needs. I'll be back!!
