Gorgeous bookshop. With limited seating, no laptops, great coffee and tea, even cookies and brownies. Got a book I was looking for as was sold out in the big shops, had an amazing coffee, browse through the selection and book club discussion on our latest read. I also saw they host events Love this idea, hope it never closes as it's so lovely!

The staff are always welcoming and helpful, happy to recommend reads or even source any in-print book you’re looking for. It's the kind of place where you can linger with a book and a cappuccino or stop in for a thoughtful gift. A lovely mix of bookstore and social space with real character.

I came here for the first time for an event and immediately fell in love with the BookBar. Such a sanctuary, and it's clear every detail of this shop has had a lot of thought and love poured into it! My mum and I visited BookBar yesterday and had a fabulous time! The space is beautiful and relaxing, the staff all so kind and generous with their recommendations, and the drinks and cocktails a plus! Highly recommend.

Ambiance ambiance ambiance. Read books while you sip your fav coffee. The quality of coffee is not top notch. But frankly who cares. You're reading a beautiful book and people around you browse for books. And the couch is comfy. I like it.
