I had an exceptional experience with Boom Baam that went far beyond great food. I had ordered a burger but became tied up with seeing patients and wasn’t able to step out to pick it up. To my surprise, the owner himself came all the way to my workplace to personally deliver my order—and refused to let me pay for it. This level of kindness and customer care is truly rare. The food was, as always, outstanding. Their burgers are incredibly flavorful, fresh, and consistently well made. Boom Bam is more than just a restaurant—it’s a business run with heart. I highly recommend everyone stop by, enjoy their amazing food, and support a place that genuinely goes above and beyond for its customers. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me.

BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN YEARS!!! I know they call this the Tower Burger, but they should call this the HOMER SIMPSON DEATH burger! This burger has two hand made beef patties, two half sausage strips, two strips of bacon and an over easy egg, along with cheese, and special sauce with jalapeños and pickles! The customer service was great! If you get a chance and can come here, I would definitely get their Tower Burger!!! Definitely worth the trip!!! You'll be surprised once you arrive at the location, BUT you'll receive AMAZING food and EXCELLENT Customer Service from the owner!!!

Their tower burger is definitely one of the top halal burgers of Houston. Everything is fresh. The chicken burger is HUGE. And their fries are amazing, so crispy and tasty with the sauce on top. Great prices too.

Absolute melt in your mouth burger. Got the Tower and it was unreal. Where has this place been - well, its in the back of a gas station for the last year and the owner serves up some seriously good eats with lots of love and care. Def check this place out!

Don't judge a book by the cover, is probably the best way to describe this place. When I first got here I thought I was in the wrong place but I was in the right place. Boom Baam is now one of my favorite hole-in-the-wall places in the Houston area! Ebun made me and my tio a delicious meal. My burger was so good! And my tio's chicken sandwich looked amazing! We both enjoyed our food so much that we had to get some to go. If you go here you will not be disappointed. I'm glad I made the trip from Pearland to try this fantastic food.

This small little gem I found inside of a now and forever gas station. At first glance it's only a few tables and the behind some glass next to the fountain drinks. One may turn their nose up at such a place but not me. I am an adventurer of spice, food and location. I started with just a simple Burger. It is something you can judge a lot of places by but my recommended Burger was not simple at all. Multiple layers of meat seasoning and accompanyments created burger of deliciousness. Next I tried the kebabs and rice. I did not expect the explosion of flavor that I received. This time I asked for something spicy and it was delivered. Not to the level I desire, but there are many that can meet that level with spiciness. Not many in the world. But the chef promised more to come! Their fries were crispy and delicious. I did not have to wait long and I can tell you The best thing that you can hear from me. That this Place is definitely worth a taste!

Seen this on TikTok had to try it! Food was more flavorful than I could have imagined. The burger, chicken sandwich, & Beef Philly was amazing. We also had the jollof rice and Boom Baam Fries! Chef Robert’s is one of the most humble guys you could ever meet. Definitely worth the drive.

I had the spicy beef burger! Delicious. I was visiting my daughter and she suggested this place. I've been needing a burger like this for a long time. Highly recommend. Will be back!

The beef burger is legit.. one of the best in town.. I almost go there every week. On my last visit i tried their wings and they were good too

My partner and I enjoyed some great burgers here on a surprisingly busy weekend afternoon. I got the traditional Boom Baam burger, which was a huge burger with a double smashburger, onion, lettuce, cheese, all held together on a giant burger bun. The fries came with ample seasoning drizzled with Boom Baam sauce - a tangy, sweet sauce that was delicious and unique. The chef/owner was friendly as well. There are a couple tables in front of the store as well for small groups. Overall, this place was one of the better burgers I've had in Houston at a reasonable price!

I first discovered BoomBam after seeing all the amazing reviews on Google Maps. I was skeptical -- it's a small, hole-in-the-wall restaurant inside a gas station but the reviews were so high, and the food pictures looked incredible, so I decided to give it a shot. Plus, it's halal, and they even have halal beef bacon, which is a huge plus. I ordered the double cheeseburger with beef bacon and their fries. The burger was absolutely phenomenal -- from the quality of the beef to the freshness of the bun, everything was on perfect. They have their own special sauce that ties it all together perfectly. I can honestly say it's one of the top three burgers I've ever had anywhere. While I was eating, another customer walked in and looked hesitant because of the location. I told him, "Trust me, just go ahead and order -- you won't regret it." He and his friend ordered and as I promised, they loved it. The next afternoon, I came back for more. This time I tried their Jollof rice with chicken suya, plantains, and their "Tiger Slaw" (their take on coleslaw). Everything was amazing again -- the coleslaw was surprisingly delicious and better than most I've ever had, the plantains were perfect, and the chicken suya and Jollof rice were packed with flavor. I also grabbed another double cheeseburger. While I was there, another man walked in with his family, looking skeptical for the same reason -- gas-station location. I told him the same thing: "I came here last night and came back again today -- you won't regret it." He ordered, and his whole family loved it. I even brought food to my friends later that day -- they loved it so much they went back the same day to get more. Since then, I've tried their wings (both breaded and non-breaded), and they're incredible -- large wings and flavorful. You definitely get your money's worth. Everything I've tried from BoomBam has been consistently excellent, but my top recommendations are: * Double Cheeseburger (add beef bacon or a fried egg -- and try the beef links too) * Jollof Rice with Chicken Suya * Wings (I recommend no breading) * Fries with their house sauce It's rare to find a place where everything on the menu tastes great, but BoomBam is one of those once-in-a-lifetime hole-in-the-wall gems. I truly hope they continue to grow and succeed because they've absolutely earned it. Everyone I've introduced to this place -- at least 20 people so far -- has come back on their own and they keeps raving about it. So if you're on the fence, just go. You won't regret it. I do recommend you order ahead and take it to go since it's a small place inside a gas station. Also it's usually only one person cooking so be patient this isn't crappy McDonalds or Burger King.

Location's decent, tucked inside a gas station. The smash burger was flavorful, cooked well, and juicy -- the secret house sauce really tied it together. Fries were good too, though I would've preferred them without the sauce. The wait was about 20-25 minutes since the owner was handling both cooking and taking orders, plus there were a few customers ahead of me. Prices are fair, though drinks aren't included. Overall, solid spot -- I'd definitely come back to try the wings next time.

Great burgers (maybe on of the best halal ones), crispy fries, and really good sauces, but it is in a gas station... while I love a hole in the wall type places, it can be a bit inconvenient, especially when there are a couple people trying to order (the owner works there by himself). It took about an hour to get our food because we were a group of 7 I think, but the owner was very nice and he even gave us some free wings while we waited. It's definitely a good burger, and it's great if you live nearby and can place order for takeout, but I wish it becomes a restaurant soon as it is a bit inconvenient to try and have dinner at the gas station.

Was really looking forward to eating here for my birthday meal, made sure it was open, drove down from Magnolia and they were closed. Hours of operation I guess are just whenever they feel like opening and closing because I was there around 530 and they are supposed to close at 8. I won't be making the trip down here for that place again. Don't waste your time.

Burger was made to perfection. The owner was very nice and kept checking in. The price was reasonable for a burger with spicy fries. The only I needed was a drink which was not included. Ambiance could be better but at the same time your at a gas station

OMG, I don't even know what to say except. RUNNNNNNNN to this spot. It's inside one of the cleanest Gas Stations I've ever been in. Ebum is wonderful and very friendly, he explained his menu and suggested what to order. The Tower OMG so worth the drive & the price is crazy. That's why I said run before he realizes he's not charging enough !!!! That burger had brisket,sausage & 2 smash burgers with grilled onions and jalapeños & that SPECIAL BOOM SAUCE. Even the fries were great. Now the jerk chicken & jollof rice Damn it was good. I'm going back with a few friends next week. ‍‍ If I knew how to post my pictures I would. Sorry

The food was so good I went 2 days in a row. First night, 1/9, I ordered the Spicy Kabob Plate which came with Boneless Chicken Breasts and Rice. I didn't want the Slaw so I opted for the Fries. Everything was so tasty and made to order. My fries were not hot though. That sauce though...I kept eating even though I was full. The Boom Baam sauce is Da BOMB!! on the 10th I decided to order the Spicy Double Cheese burger and Fries. The meat was seasoned well and the sauce just makes it all HIT!! I will tell him to cook my fries last though because I like piping hot fries. I will be going back soon!! Maybe even this week! Lol! I don't have a picture of the Kabob plate, because I left my phone in the garage and it was too cold to go and get it. There are pictures online though.

Wings were amazing, fries was good, and it needed no ranch that's how good it was. Cool owner he seemed nice. Nice location with lots of drink options. Definitely would come back for other items on the menu

Man this is the best burger in Houston, or atleast in the top 5 conversations. It was honestly a 10/10 experience as a foody. I even had pickles on my burger (which I hate with all my soul) and I completely disregarded because it was that good.

Boom! Baam! That's the explosion your taste buds feel when you chomp down on this delicious food. The Burger Tower has to be one of the best burgers in the city. It was loaded, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. The Safari Dust and Screaming Fire wings were just as delicious. Very unique and flavorful. The Screaming Fire definitely brings the heat! The owner is friendly and attentive and provides excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this hidden gem off Westheimer!

Don't let the exterior fool you, this place has absolutely delicious food! I got the jerk chicken, my daughter got the spicy chicken kabobs, one of her friends a beef burger and the other a spicy chicken sandwich. All of us loved our food. The cook was also very attentive, kind and took care of us! Will def visit again and again, thank you!

I had the tower burger and it was very good. My cousin had the spicy wings with the rice and he was very happy with his choice. I'm really looking forward to getting back asap

Literally the best Burgers and Wings! So much food for a good price and the service was phenomenal. The place was clean and the food was fresh. I would recommend to anyone!

All I can say is Hot Damn! The food is amazing! The owner greeted us at the window and helped us figure out what we wanted to try. We went with the Bulid a Tower which is a double cheese burger with a beef link and a jerk chicken kabob plate. All I can say is we will Definitely be back again! Yes it is in a gas station but that's no excuse not to eat here. You won't be disappointed!

I've been hearing good things about this place so I decided to stop by and get some stuff for my family. Omg y'all. The food is so good. The dishes I ordered were a hamburger for myself and a chicken kebob plate and jerk chicken plate. Everything was top notch. The burger I got with just cheese and sauce. Sooo good. The sauce is a little sweet and reminds me of the sauce on the hot and spicy burger that Whataburger has sometimes. While I waited the owner gave me some rice and jerk chicken to taste. I wish I had gotten an order for myself! The chicken was perfectly spicy and juicy. The rice was great too. Whew I'm definitely coming back here to try the wings and Philly cheesesteak. This is strictly a takeout place as it's in the gas station. You may have to wait a little bit for the food to be prepared, but trust, it's worth the wait. The owner is vey nice and friendly and best of all the meat is halal. Run, don't walk.

This place is GAS. All the food here tastes amazing, I got the tower burger and it was juicy and delicious. Only problem I have is that there is only 1 person cooking, so if you go in a big group, be expected to wait a long time, I went with a group of 5, and we waited 30+ min. If the cook had a little more help, I'm sure things would go by a bit quicker. Nonetheless, amazing food, 100% Recommend.

I went to Boom Baam Food with my daughter on 12/24/24. We didn't realize it was located in the gas station. All the review was great. The best part the meat was halal. The chief and owner greeted us in a beautiful way and explained the menu and made some suggestions to our order. The food was fabulous. We will be coming back again. Halal foods reported that the restaurant was in the top 10 halal restaurant to visit in 2024.

The owner is very good at making you feel welcome, the only thing better is the food. Whether you're trying the burger, kabob plate, or the jollof, it's all a hit and it's made fresh . Sincerely a hidden gem
