Young Caucasian male employee was rude from the start but I was determined to try out the dumplings here so I proceeded to order as I had planned to. After making my payment, the same employee proceeded to slam my canned drink on the counter. I was then given a buzzer to wait for food collection, a common setup available in food halls around Asia. Waited for a good 15-20 minutes (I expected as much since I ordered steamed dumplings and with there being a crowd) then my buzzer went off so I went back to the counter to pick up my food. My order was packed in 4 containers. Again, the same employee gave me my order with the 4 food containers stacked vertically without a tray or plastic/paper bag to bring to my table or to leave the food hall. To top it off, he didn't offer me any cutleries despite the cutleries being kept behind their counter where I couldn't possibly have grabbed anything on my own even if I wanted to. I shrugged all that off blaming it on Labor Day crowd stress but when I found my steamed shrimp dumplings served naked with their crystal dumpling skin broken and laid on the side of the food container as if it's a side or garnish and the fact that my fried dumplings were burned, I have no more excuses to make for this establishment. Overall, the service is bad and it is clear to me that care is not being put into the food served. I do not recommend this place and I won't be back even if this is the only Chinese dumpling place left in Atlanta.
