Stopped in for a drink while traveling. Tuesday night drink specials were 2nd to none. Grabbed some food to go. Priced fairly and the to go packaging was unreal in expectations. I really enjoyed myself, and the food I brought back to my hotel was the best I've had in a long time and I travel for work a lot. Nathalie my bartender was nothing less than on point and amazing as a server. Prices great, food great, service great, and overall satisfaction was great. I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the same. I very much look forward to stopping by again in a day or two before I travel back home. Great work to all of you at Boomer Jack's!

We come here often. This was our first time to sit in the covered patio area. It was so nice! Good food, good service, nice atmosphere.

BoomerJack’s Western Center in Fort Worth is my go-to Tuesday spot for the half-off wings and $3 Long Islands, and Rian is a HUGE reason why. She’s hands down the best—super attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything without ever being overbearing. Drinks are never empty, food comes out right, and she makes the whole place feel welcoming every single time. If you’re lucky enough to get Rian as your server, you’re in great hands. Top-tier service every visit!

Boomer Jack’s is my favorite place to eat and watch games in the area. Our server, Izzy, did a great job, providing excellent service and kept the drinks flowing! Lexy was also very friendly and fun to talk to.

Great fried shrimp made fresh! Great atmosphere and great service. Lots if sports on many TV s and 2 bars to sir and a great outdoor sitting area as well! Going back when in Fort Worth Tx!

I honestly have to say that Jules is the best server I’ve ever had at BoomerJacks, and that’s not an exaggeration. From the moment she came to our table, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She didn’t just take our order—she made sure we were comfortable, answered questions with confidence, and gave great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Throughout the entire visit, Jules checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. You could tell she truly cares about providing great service and making guests feel taken care of. Her attitude was positive, professional, and warm, and she brought such great energy to the table that it made the whole experience better. What really stood out was how effortless she made everything feel. Even when the restaurant was busy, she never seemed rushed or distracted and always made us feel like a priority. That kind of service is rare, and it’s the reason this visit stood out so much compared to others. Because of Jules, this was hands-down one of my best experiences at BoomerJacks. She’s a wonderful server, and I will 100% be asking for her next time I come back. If you’re lucky enough to have Jules as your server, you’re guaranteed a great experience.

BoomerJack’s was great, but Anisah truly made our visit exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient the entire time. Our drinks were never empty, our food came out exactly right, and she checked in consistently without ever being intrusive. Even while handling multiple tables, she stayed upbeat and professional. Anisah’s attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and asking for her again!

She was warm, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Rian checked in at the right moments, made sure our drinks stayed full, and handled our table with genuine friendliness. You can tell she cares about giving guests a positive experience. The food was solid and the atmosphere was fun, but Rian’s service is what really stood out. If you’re stopping by, definitely ask for her — she’ll take great care of you!

I've been to multiple boomerjacks: from North Arlington, to Bedford, to Grapevine, to Lewisville, and I can tell you, this boomerjacks at western center is the best of the bunch, most definitely! When I came in for lunch, one of the managers, Jessie, greeted me with a smile. I usually get the Double double and she recommended the new Jalepeno burger with sweet potato fries. Also, my American Airlines buddies love going to all the different boomers in the area, and I will encourage them to make the switch to this one for sure! Thank you

Walked in and no one was at there to seat us. Waited a couple mins before what I am assuming was the manager , sat us and the vibe from the waitress was that didn't want to be there. My order was chicken fried chicken with mash potatoes and it was the worst plate I have had. I gave half my chicken away. The chicken tasted like it was straight out of the freezer and the mash tasted horrible. I was waiting for the manager to come around and ask about the food and service but he never did. the worst $ spent

The bartender on the back bar was inattentive and awkwardly called my group out for having too much too drink, after having taken 20 ish minutes to bring us the round we had ordered and said she called last call when she never notified us of last call. When we tried to respectfully order another round before closing out, she said "I've served you too much" when we had barely seen her. Made us feel very uncomfortable and usually we come here multiple times a week and love this place but this specific bartender made the environment unwelcoming and awkward.

Still the worst service in the area. Not from the bartenders or waitstaff but the illiterate managers. They can't speak and only care about chatting amongst themselves and flirting with the staff.

Immediately greeted at the door with a smile and positive energy! The server was even better! Adriana, was always there to check if everything was ok and our drinks were never empty! Definitely coming back again!

Lauren was the best bartender and very kind to everyone as well as helpful. I wanted boiled, not fried shrimp, and she said they can do grilled, though it is not on the menu. She was extremely busy but talked with everyone and did not disappear like a lot of bartenders do. Also switched out the side for vegetables and everything was great. Not as packed and noisy like the surrounding restaurant bars. Great place, excellent staff.

The team selected Boomer Jack's Grill as it was close to work. We gathered to celebrate the retirement and birthday of a team member. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my drink order was taken. Outside they have heaters and a fire pit, and inside they have a great room with a huge fireplace. The service was awesome, we were checked on often and ordered food and drink and made merry. The other time we have come here it has been a good experience (drink, food, service and atmosphere), and this visit was no different! If you are looking for a great place to have a get together or just take the family somewhere to eat and drink, then this is a good place.

The chicken tortilla soup is garbage! No chicken whatsoever & the broth tasted like chili beans! Disgusting & an insult to Mexican tortilla soup! Our server never came back for a long period of time! We wanted our bills & we had to look for her. The atmosphere is great! They have indoor & outdoor seating! Lots of televisions to watch sporting events.

Came here while I was waiting for my friends' tires to be changed at Discount tire right around the corner. There are lots of restaurants in this area, but this came up with decent reviews and good cocktails. There is plenty of parking as they have a very large parking lot. As soon as we walked in, we were seated. They literally have TV's all around the restaurant. So wherever you sit, you are able to watch multiple games. They even have a cute channel that shows animals and funny videos on it. They also have music with the videos playing as well. So it's a very entertaining spot. It wasn't super busy, and our waitress came over almost immediately after we were seated and took our drink orders. She helped make a drink recommendation of the I think was called the tipsy Granny and it was very good. It was a margarita on the rocks with Grand Marnier. For lunch, I ordered the catfish, the veggies, and the French fries, and it was all good. It came out hot and freshly made. The catfish was so hot that it almost burned my mouth. But I kept eating it because it was so good. The veggies were seasoned really well, and you really can't go wrong with hot fries. I would definitely come back and try some more of their food and drink options.

Second time at this BoomerJack's. Jordan was great! Very kind and sweet. Recommended I download the app. Received points for this latest visit. Will be back!

If you're going to Boomer Jack's, ask for Adriana! She's by far the best server there. Super friendly, fast, and always on top of everything. She makes sure drinks stay full, food comes out hot, and she genuinely cares that you're having a good time. Adriana honestly makes the whole experience better. The manager (a woman) came up to my bestfriend (covered in a sweatshirt to the knees) & told her to move from the bar (because a couple was uncomfortable with her sitting across them. The girl GLARING at her). My bestfriend came after her shift to relax & have a drink. Instead she gets harassed. I have NEVER seen a situation handled so badly. If the couple was uncomfortable they should have moved. Why must they go to the manager & cause a fuss just because the woman's boyfriend was staring at her? Get a grip & treat your regulars better. I wouldn't want to come here or bring my friends if we were going to be forced from our seat. Train your managers better.

I like BoomerJack's!! Every time is a good time!! The loaded cheese fries were on point!! And the wings and the boneless chicken flavor was good!! Hot wings!! But I really loved the chicken sandwich there!! I am not a fan of coleslaw but with the chicken sandwich and the purple onions dam that was good!! I would have liked my beers colder but hey I guess we can't have it all !! But having beer at 32 degrees would make this spot the best just saying!!!

Average food and alcohol, go on a night when they have deals on the alcohol! I would recommend the Blue Moon draft if you're going on a Wednesday night. If you're hungry, go for the pretzel, they do make huge nice pretzels.

After a very bad experience the last time I was there. I was contacted by the area manager and he understood the situation and is going to work on stuff to make sure nothing like that happens again. I do appreciate it.

There are some good bartenders like Karen and Kate and then you have a couple like Isabel and Jules who have no respect for the working people who bust there ass in the heat everyday who just want to set down and relax with a cold beer and food! They think cause they are a bartender they have some kinda pull! And throw there little girl attitude around is really disappointing! There are soooo many customers who tell us the exact same thing. We did enjoy coming in with Karen and Kate! But there's always a couple bad apples that make things difficult and they have no respect for there elders and you can tell they was never spanked as a child and it shows

Great service, quality of the food is excellent and very clean bar/restaurant for dinner with your family! I would suggest the jacks Rita pineapple flavor with a tajin rim! Delicious! We special ordered one of their chicken sandwiches for my husband and I to share. The staff was nice to split the order on two plates for us to enjoy!

This place has me so torn; can I rate them a 3.5? The drinks were very good and the price was definitely hard to beat! BUT, we ordered an appetizer to share and it was like a micro size! I felt like I should have been sitting in a Barbie house; definitely not enough for 4 people to share! I took a photo, but the pic makes everything look way bigger.....everything was MINI, MINI!! For $17 they could step it up a little.

The food was kool, The service is why I didn't give it a 5 star the host I don't think she felt like being at work!! Ambiance GREAT! Perfect for date night!!

I was very disappointed with the service tonight. My husband order wings and fries. The wings were incorrect which the bartender noticed. I thought it would be a quick fix it took them 30-45 mins. I personal felt at that point they should have redone the entire order. She left the fry's (why) I want to add it was busy it was a game. I believe in customer service and tonight I didn't receive that. I've come in the past and it was okay tonight was awful.

It's okay food. Certainly nothing special. Very overpriced & just another sports bar.

Came in at noon on Saturday with a table of 12 and had a great experience ! We weren't an easy group to accommodate and the staff was amazing. They were extremely attentive and allowed us to have a good night. Our main waitress was Braylee. She was really understanding and very attentive. 5 star service!

Food is terrific. My order was take-out, so I didn't really interact with the staff much, but they were friendly and the food came out quick.

This is my 2nd time to this location. The first time was mediocre, so I didn't review it. You never know if a place is having an "off" night. Well, I came back with my son and his wife. The service is spotty at best. Definitely an area of improvement that they could work on. Half of your experience is working with the wait staff. Tonight she was apathetic to us. Barely showed up attitude, is what we got. So we started with an order of fried pickles. Literally we had 11 small pickles in the basket. Pathetic. A child could fit the serving in their hand. They tasted good but the tiny serving overshadowed the taste. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. They offered a salad and chicken wrap. Let's just cur to the chase. The bread was so thick I barely tasted the cheesesteak. Then the steak barely had any sauce so the sandwich tasted dry on top of that. Almost looked like it was pre-made. The only thing that saves it was really good onion rings. The sandwich just killed my meal. They liked the salad and wrap. Hard to mess up a salad and his wife said the wrap was "decent". All this for $73. That's without tip. Oh and $3 a tea. Which we waited almost 20 minutes to get refilled. For those reasons you get 1 .

I'm honestly miffed this place is in business. Where do I start? I placed an online order for the California Chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. I get to the restaurant, retrieve my order and leave to enjoy my meal. I open the bag and the mashed potatoes are not in the bag. I call the restaurant to let them know I'm missing the item and I was placed on hold. The tone was hardly apologetic, but I was told I could come back to retrieve my missing food. That left me 3 choices 1) forego the missing item and enjoy a hot sandwich 2) eat the sandwich while it was hot, go get the missing item and then eat it 3) drive to the restaurant and then eat a cold sandwich. As you may imagine none of the three options were terribly appealing but I'd rather eat the meal in a single sitting so I left to get the mashed potatoes and then sat down to eat the meal in it's entirety. You'd think the restaurant would try to offer something in addition to an apology for forgetting the item - they offered neither. I open the sandwich and found the most pathetic excuse for avocado on a sandwich I've maybe ever seen (see the photo below). If it wasn't enough for the avocado to literally be black, they left the tip of the avocado on the sandwich. Who doesn't love an unwashed, inedible foreign object in their food to chip a tooth on? If it were possible to give this restaurant 0 stars I would happily do so. I can confidently say I'll never be back

Went here on a Sunday afternoon and had a nice time. It was very packed so it was hard to find parking. Food is the expected bar food. I'm not into drinking nor watching games/fights so probably won't be going back. Nothing against the service nor ambiance. Just seems like an average place to go.

Prices have gone up, serving sizes have gone down. Quality of the food has gone down. Beers are poured with an inch of foam regularly. If you want a short beer for the tall beer price, come on down to boomerjacks where they don't know how to pour a beer. Increased the price from 5 to 6 bucks and this is what we get. This is just sorry service. They need some retraining to happen on the beer pour and how to minimize the foam, especially if management is allowing their bartenders to pour beer and serve them with an nearly an inch of foam for $6. Nonsense. This place just keeps lowering their own bar.

My family and I went to Boomerjacks for the first time and the service was incredible! Brooke was our waitress and we had so much fun. The kids loved her, and we can't wait to go back!

Where do i even begin, short white girl with dark brown hair, was EXTREAMLY RUDE when me and my group first arrived, the first thing she says is, "i dont know usually serve people like you, so im gonna go ahead and let u order 1 round and ill see how your acting" mind you i had my 2 buddies with me (African American) and shes looking directly at them when shes saying this! Then we get our beer and we decide we dont like her attitude so we will leave and go to another bar, she decides while we are walking out to call us "N199ers". Not very smart mam, if a manager or owner is seeing this i would love to get in contact with you about our waitresses attitude. Completely disgusting, would NEVER come back here again while shes working she needs to be fired! If you are racist why even waitress??? Stumbled upon this place while visiting the DFW and it happened to be near the hotel we were staying at. Run of the mill sports bar on the inside. We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress helped us just as quickly. The food itself was good but nothing special. Nothing really stood out about the drinks, food or decorations/design. Overall just an average experience but I'd give them another shot if I were in area and wanted something familiar

Just had back surgery. Was going to Uber eats a salad and onion rings. They cancelled our order saying they were too busy. Just lost a loyal customer.

Updated Review: All around horrible experience. Very poor customer service and charged for items we did not order or drink. The manager on duty assured us the tab had been corrected and the charge would process correctly through our bank. It was not and did not. Typically, I wouldn't care about $6. But since we were treated so poorly, I contacted my bank and supplied copies of both receipts. Make sure to check your tabs before you leave!

Went for my first time last Thursday for a quick lunch, had a great experience with Daniela she was full of energy and a great vibe (loved her laugh!) I will be back this weekend with the boys to catch the games

Went for lunch. Asked the waitress if there were free refills on the soup. She stated there were, so I ordered soup and asked to have 2 bowls brought out; one to cool while I ate the other. Upon finishing the second bowl, the waitress stated she'd bring out 2 more. A short time later the waitress came to the table and stated they no longer offer free refills on soup during the weekend. I thanked her for the update and ordered a burger. The burger was ordered rare+ and came out well done. It was extremely chewy and took a lot to get down. The waitress never checked on us, so I wasn't planning on spending all afternoon there and ate the burger. It was awful!! We received the bill and I was charged for an extra bowl of soup. I was also charged additional for sweet potato fries, but the waitress had stated they come with the meal and I could switch the regular fries out for them. What a sham!! I asked the waitress about the additional charge for the soup. She told me I was responsible for it. She agreed that she had told me there were free refills prior to bringing it out, and she told me I would have to pay for it. I told her that she stated refills were free and that is what prompted the ordering of the soup. She stated that while she advised me that soup refills were not free on weekends AFTER she brought out the soup and the bowl was finished, she did let me know so therefore I needed to pay for the soup. This went back and forth for a few minutes, and she was not able to understand why I found it unacceptable to have to pay for something she had told me would be free. Ultimately she removed the charge from the bill, but we were still responsible for the fries. Horrible experience, horrible antics, and highly UNETHICAL.

My customer service was absolutely awful . At first everything was going well . I closed out my tab with my waitress ( MIA ) and suddenly things took a turn . A friend of mine asked about one of the managers ( Deion ) , if they were single and available . Our server (MIA ) took offense to it and decided she was no longer going to serve us . We walked up to the bar to get more information on why we were being turned down . One of the managers ( Josh ) said he'd help us out anyway . Other customers around heard the discrepancy that was occurring and said we were the last people that should have been turned down over drinking levels . Understandable that each serve can pick and chose who they want to serve and refuse . But there were plenty of parties that were there before us that we're still being served . I feel like we were being picked on , and turned down , because a friend of mine asked about the managers ( Deion) love life situation and the server ( Mia ) was not intrigued by it what so ever . After having the conversation about why we were being turned down , both managers , Deion & Josh said they'd no longer serve us because we couldn't be respectful enough to the server , we never had another conversation with the server after being turned down . So them saying it was because we couldn't be respectful enough was total crap . They refused service because MIA has some type of relationship with management DEION

Food is good but this weird thing about this place is the difference between ordering in restaurant and online. In restaurant everything comes out great always correct no issues. Every single time I order off Uber eats the order is wrong, burnt, cold or missing items. Every time. Today was all 4. Maybe the cooks hate Uber eats idk. So just a tip don't order it online only in store

A fight broke out in front of my table. My table of 10 had to break up the fight. my group was worked up at this point since some of them had been stumbled on by the fighters. Noah the manager told my girlfriend to shut up and started to act like we were the problem. Noah never apologized and 20 minutes later he doubled down when we tried to talk to Noah he was being very confrontational.
