One of the hawker stalls at Zion that has been featured in the Michelin Guide. When I came here for dinner, the queue was quite long and mostly filled with locals. This stall specializes in kway chap (pig intestines), but since I’m not really into it, I decided to try their rice set menu instead.
1. Braised Duck & Braised Pork Rice
This was the only rice dish still available as the others were already sold out. The meat was well-seasoned, juicy, and tender. However, I personally didn’t quite enjoy the black sauce, it was a bit too thin and lacked the rich flavor I was expecting.
