A quick stop for dinner here on a quiet Monday evening in Bangkok as this place is close to our hotel (the best western) which is on the same street.
We were served quickly and the waiter seemed friendly and polite, although he struggled a little bit with English but I didn't mind that at all, he was ok and understood our orders. I ordered the Tom Yum soup with mushrooms and it came out in good time. When it arrived it was still hot and was packed full of flavour, with loads of mushrooms and a well rounded soup, lots of fresh coriander, lemon grass and ginger to top it off (with lots of it left at the bottom of the soup bowl at the end). Very clean and fresh. The service we received was good and friendly, it's quite a small place so only giving it 4/5 for the atmosphere as there really wasn't any, as it was on a quiet day, but I did like the décor. It's. Very small place so only likely to handle ten to maybe fifteen covers at push. We also had a couple of drinks, which all in all came to about 250bhat each for a meal and drinks. If I was in the area I'd go back, seemed to be a good quality of food for a reasonable price.
