We have been ordering for years from Indiana. We LOVE their products. Their flour makes the best biscuits and we cannot get enough of the grits. Thank you for making quality food.

Best Flour & corn mill in this state! Love these people. They are hard working & very intelligent to make perfect flour. My cakes & biscuits are perfect thanks to them. I do wish they would offer new year calendars for sell, like they used to. I been a customer do 20+ years.

These people are a NATIONAL TREASURE! My secret weapon in baking for more than 40 years. The flour comes out of the bag like snow dust, the corn meal the same!! Great and the people are heaven sent! The feed is fabulous too! Our Cow does the Happy Cow when it is feeding time!!

Purchased a 2 lb. Bag of you Best Seasoned Flour from Adams Grocery in Bassett VA. Used it as breader for our pork chops and they were very tasty. This flour makes awesome gravy also.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We purchase cornbread mix while there and have ordered twice since. Only complaint, need instructions printed on bag.

We call ahead and they have whatever we order ready and waiting . I can not say enough good things bout them.

The Daniel Boone White Grits I bought are not finely ground as most others. I love these, but they do take a bit longer to cook. Grit Lovers should try these!

The finest grits ever! I have ordered from this company for years and the quality and care is superb. I live across the country and would ship them around the world if needed. Now, I am using their self rising flour for my biscuits and I love the small packages for optimum rise and quality. We love driving out to this shop from Winston Salem to buy freshly ground grits a few times a year. People are wonderful as is the quality of the grits and items in their store. We checked Google to see their hours today (on Wednesday) and it said 8-4. We drove there on our day off and it was closed, sign on the door said "Closed on Wednesday". Not sure who to be upset with, the business for perhaps not ensuring the correct business days and hours are correct or Google for not revising it. Very upset. Been going there for years. Probably not ever again.

We look for opportunities to support our local farmers and businesses. I'm on a baking binge making lots of different breads and purchasing lots of flour. My husband recalled seeing this mill in Boonville so we made a special trip today. They purchase their wheat and corn from a farm in Dobson. It doesn't get more "local" than that. Inside the store you can purchase up to a 20# bag. They will bag larger orders behind the store at the mill. Doesn't get any fresher than that. They offer a wide selection of jams and preserves produced by the Amish community in Hamptonville. Prices are better than you find at the grocery store but even if they were not, I prefer to support our local farmers.
