The best coffee formats done masterfully—pour overs by Chemex (versus already prepared filter coffee), flat whites, expertly pulled shots of espresso, and a killer hot chocolate for non-bean fans. Was there food, too, and if so, worth getting? While the Saint-Germain location serves a full menu, here, it's limited to sweets like cookies, bars, and brownies. How about the staff: what did you think? The bar is manned by only one barista, so expect a wait. But if you're into specialty coffee, it's worth being patient. Who should go here?
