"Booty's Street Food occupied the same location from 2012 until it closed at the end of 2015 due to a lease agreement breach." - Stephanie Carter

I have mixed feeling about this place because these guys are doing a lot for the food scene down in this area of New Orleans. I've only been once and both service and the food was all over the place. I really don't like giving bad reviews and try to focus on the positives. The positives are that they are food pioneers in the area and have a really cool space. I look forward to going in again and trying some new dishes since a lot of people really seem to enjoy it.

Food was tasty, albeit a bit pricey for what it was. We had a Thai chicken salad, pork taco, medianoche, and the shrimp fritter things. One cappuccino put two of us at just under $40. The medianoche was the most disappointing and lacking for "stuff" in the bread, but the others were great. Atmosphere was lively and the place was clean; the decor is awesome. Server was quick and friendly. We didn't try any cocktails, but they looked really interesting. Bonus: they serve Stumptown coffee from the great Pacific Northwest.

Just because you have a good idea doesn't mean you can cook. The food was disappointing. Way too expensive for how small the plates are. We found a piece of metal cleaner scrub in the food and not once did they say sorry. Overall experience was just awful. Shrimp curry tasted like a cup of watered down soup for $13! Very disappointed

I'm never disappointed. Great liquor selection. Great bartenders. Great baristas & coffees. AND EXCELLENT FOOD! The Ramen and Pork Tacos are my favorite. I try to get something different every time but I HAVE to have Ramen or Tacos almost every time.

Didn't eat although the menu looks great. Had a good coffee and a great cocktail. Plenty of cool vibe, nice relaxed bar to spend a few hours. Do it!

The owner Kevin was SO rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I travel the world and love to eat, from NYC and this was the worst experience in the world. He also seemed abusive to his employees. Never ever again.

The meal I ate was Sat. Brunch. Very tasty and prepared well. It is a nice addition to Bywater and I will return to try other dishes from around the world.

Overpriced, tiny plates of cheap street food with premium prices. If you want to spend $50 and have only one drink and leave hungry, it's on the corner of Louisa and Dauphine.
