I had a really great time at Borboleta. The place has such a pleasant, cozy atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and just easy to talk to.
I tried the Sesame-crusted sea bass fillet, and it was honestly delicious. The fish was very tender, super flavorful, and prepared in a way I don’t usually see. For dessert I went for the Chocolate Guinness cake, and it turned out to be a great choice — rich, moist, and a bit unusual in a really nice way.
Overall, it’s a spot I’d happily come back to: great vibe, great people, and really tasty food.
