"Bun B’s Trill Burger, which has hosted pop-ups and has served attendees at this year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, has teamed up with food entrepreneur Andy Nguyen and vegan fast food restaurant Beleaf Burgers to create a smash burger concept in California that is tied to a major NFT cryptocurrency blockchain. The restaurant, Bored and Hungry, will launch in Long Beach, California, serving beef and vegan burgers, milkshakes, fries, and more." - Brittany Britto Garley

"In Long Beach, a temporary new restaurant based on a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT is coming to life thanks to owner Andy Nguyen (Afters Ice Cream). The smash burger set-up opens on April 9 at 2405 E. 7th Street with perks for other Bored Ape owners (like free meals), and will run for at least 90 days. Nguyen says that his Bored & Hungry pop-up is the “world’s first Bored Ape restaurant.”" - Farley Elliott

Update 2: been permanently closed with photo evidence but Google seems to want to keep it alive lol. Update: Drove by today and there's a sign that says Chile Verde coming soon door is boarded up. Saw earlier that construction workers moving things inside. Been wanting to try this place. Have been driving past the place going to my chiropractor and wondered what it was. After looking at reviews I was skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews but I'm glad I stopped by and tried this place out for myself. I ordered the Bored OG Burger Combo: comes with fries and a drink. The Burger was delicious. The flavor of the beef, onions and sauce was very good and you could taste each element without overwhelming each other. Fries were nice and crispy. A good amount of salt and pepper. I read a few days ago they used crinkle cut Fries instead of the stick fries. I got the stick Fries today. Overall for the price it is good but not worth it in my opinion. Price to taste to size ratio, I would choose In N Out. I do recommend coming here to try out for yourself.

Update April 2024: PERMANENTLY CLOSED Edit: 1/21 return visit and they changed their fries. Get rid of the new crinkle fries and bring back the stick fries. These are garbage. Best burger ever. Love coming here and it never disappoints. Get the OG, better than in-n-out. A combo will run you $15, they serve Coke products and real Heinz ketchup. The fries are not to be missed. I’d consider them well done with a crunch and a light dusting of seasoning that really hits. Not overly greasy and served in a brown paper bag. Staff are always friendly.

Finally! The famous Trill Burger has hit the West Coast! Having been crowned "The Best Burger in the Country" by Good Morning America the Trill Burger did not disappoint. I suggest both the 100% Beef Burger and the very delicious Vegan Burger. Both burgers were very good and tasty. The only drawback for me was the size of the burgers. Not saying that they're tiny or puny like those wretched other burgers, they're actually a very nice size. I guess I like my burger huge? (I do have big hands!) Don't let that deter you, Bored & Hungry is worth it!

Google
Decent burger not too bad. The vibes were definitely there ! Down fall no restrooms so if you take kids make sure they use a restroom before arriving. No refills. Fries tasted like In - N - Out fries. Brugers were THIN.Loved the merch but very limited. Alot of items on backorder as well as the ape cup. For 3 Bored OG burger combo's we paid 51.25.

Google
Cool place. They have a parking lot, which is a plus in the area. The seasoning for the fries is actually pretty good. The burger is small for my preference but very tasty.

Google
Well, the vegan burger tastes like the real deal. The smell of the burger is great. The taste to match as well. I understand that not everyone loves it. That is why there are so many choices out there. I would recommend giving it a try and find out. Personally, I love everything about the OG burger( vegan or not). No restroom. Please add one when you can. Parking is a plus.

Google
Super good burger and French fries. It is better than Steaks and Shakes, there food is fresh once order. Staff is friendly and professional. Prices are super affordable for a combo. Recommend for bored and hungry individuals lol 😆 oh yes the best for last they have a parking lot for free parking lol it’s a big deal😎

Google
Bored & Hungry definitely has the best vegan smash burger hands down! Love that all the burgers are double patty, double cheese and that I can bring my meat eating friends while I could enjoy my vegan food. Highly recommend!

Christine A.

Yelp
Don't read this review because: 1) I'm one who enjoys lettuce and tomato in a burger and those items are not available here 2) I'm not a double patties kind of person and here, it's their standard. I just wanted to come try this place because we do not know how much longer they're going to be around. (At the time of drafting this review, they were in business but now they are not.) I did get good value for my combo due to half off on Wednesdays for locals. Photo ID was required to get this deal. They added a BBQ burger to the menu that has onion rings in the burger. I asked for a Beleaf (vegan) patty. (There was once a Beleaf burger joint at Rodeo 39 in Stanton and I was a fan. Seasoned with black pepper, the fries were pretty good. I had previously seen a video of a fast food joint's dirty ice machine and how the lines are never cleaned. Maybe that's what's happened here because the soda tasted a little funky or maybe the water wasn't getting filtered that well.

Nijole T.

Yelp
Service was great. Prices and portions are super fair. Cool ambience and decor, my son loved it. Unfortunately, it tasted like the grill was still dirty, the burger is kind of burnt. Such a shame we want to enjoy the food more, but it really wasn't worth returning for.

Chloe T.

Yelp
A very unique experience! I've never been to a place with this type of aesthetic. The cashier was super nice & the food came out really quick! Each order of burgers came out in brown paper bags with their logo & I thought that was fun lol The Bored OG Burger hit the spot. It had two patties, the perfect amount of cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and their bored n hungry sauce all in a soft (potato?) bun. The fries really tied it all together. It was thin, crispy, and fresh. The pepper was a great touch! I'd definitely come here again!

Yelp
Food Entrepreneur - Andy Nguyen (Co-Founder of After's Ice Cream and more), strikes again! I heard about this NFT thing and its reviews so I decided to check it out. Here was my experience. AMBIANCE: Parking: Small parking lot (5 cars about) and street parking (competitive depending on the time of the day. Seating: Inside seating for small groups, maybe about 20 - 30 people. Feels: It's on the more local side of Long Beach with a lot of Cambodian businesses but still mixed with other stores and communities. Since it's not touristy, the community is pretty grit and grind. The spot itself is decked with their cartoon designs (Gorillaz like) and I dig the G-Funk Hip-Hop music. Great place to hang out with a friend or just a solo food adventure. FOOD: Smash Impossible Burger (Recommend) I love smashburgers. It really brings out the caramelized flavors of the burger. It has a good crunch and I enjoyed the cheese and Thousand Island dressing sauce. French Fries (Recommend) Crunchy, fresh, and peppery! Good comforting choice right here. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! Friendly people that were quick with the order. TL; DR OVERALL: 4 Stars! I had a pretty good experience here. The choices were great, food was delicious, and prices were reasonable for a new experience. Burgers especially in Long Beach can be competitive but from their vegan options to their NFT experience, it's worth trying. #SupportAPIOwnedBusinesses TIPS: * They got Vegan options!

Yelp
So sad they went out of business. I enjoyed their burgers and fries, but recently I saw they had the location listed for sale. Now it is closed. They started changing the menu towards the end which should have been my clue. Staff were great, feel bad for them that the owner wasn't honest with them about closing.

Shelly S.

Yelp
So we've been on a smash burger tour all over the city. Although I don't think Bored and Hungry calls themselves a "smash burger" place, they certainly could and probably should to get in on the latest viral wave just like the NFT thing. What's different about BAH? Their burger patties are seasoned. Their fries are good, and also are seasoned with salt and pepper. We actually compared their fries to other places and they can stand up to any of them. Report card: Burgers: A-: Tasty. Fresh. Seasoned. Bread is soft. Fries are seasoned with salt & pepper and don't seem to have been soaked in sodium. Prices: B: Not cheap but I found the price to be worth it for a good local smash burger. Location: A: Free lot parking. Inside is pretty basic but has cool NFT marketed cups and decor. Great for pictures for social media. Service: A: we got great service both times. They cook your food fresh so expect a decent wait but not long. If you are truly bored and hungry the wait will be worth it!

Miriah S.

Yelp
Not gonna hold you- the burgers are DELICIOUS but EXPENSIVE! A burger with raw onions (not a combo) should not cost $14. But it does here. I got the real real burger btw, not the plant based one, because the cashier informed me that their plant based option is made with soy. I'm not a fan of soy. The beef burger was tasty, but again, in regards to the price, I don't think it's sustainable to price the food that way when there's no drive thru (so it's not convenient to get, from the perspective of a mom with a toddler), and a combo costs another $2. On the bright side, they have a parking lot !! That's a great thing. It's a trendy place with cool packaging and vibey music, but off of 7th street and Junipero in Long Beach, you gotta be about that life to eat here all the time. I don't even like stopping at the 7 Eleven down the street unless it's a coffee emergency lols. I recommend giving them a try though! P.s. 10% off for Long Beach residents !!

Yelp
I love new concepts, art with good food, but this place is a total gimmick. If you're a hipster with cryptocurrency and kids, come here. You'll get a decent burger with two juicy patties, cheese, grilled onions and spread of a wannabe In-N-Out secret sauce. They also offer Beleaf veggie patties, which are pretty good too. The fries are comparable to Mc Donald's with a dash of pepper. Drinks are minimal to your typical fountain soda options. Combos are the way to go though, adding fries and a soft drink for an extra couple dollars. You just don't have much options aside these, though. There is some cool artwork inside, but no seating, while there are about 6 small tables outside. They don't even have restrooms, which grossed me out because I like to wash my hands before eating. You're better off taking your food to-go. My experience resembled the look of the Ape's face; bored and moving on to the next!

Daniel T.

Yelp
Let's make this simple. There was a feeling that businesses that hopped on the NFT hype train would falter because NFTs are basically scams. This restaurant is no different. The ambiance is secluded in privacy, so it doesn't feel like you're actually going to have a nice experience, it's just get your food and go. The food is average. Like, it's a burger and fries. Just glorified McDonald's taste, but I'm being charged 3-4 times the price. The biggest problem is that if you have cash they don't accept it, which you'd think it's illegal, to not accept legal tender, but private businesses can do that. I don't like that. Shortened version: food below average, doesn't take cash, get in and get out ambiance.

Lance E.

Yelp
Only stop here if you're bored or hungry. The food is on par with Steak-In-Shake, but the prices are like Shake Shack. Basically $20 for a double-double meal is out-of-this-world. I had the Beleaf Vegan Cheeseburger combo. I'm guessing the money is going to the 5-star worthy experience and ambiance. They went all-in on the bored ape NFT vibes! Feels like you're in a video game. The quickness of which I received my food was scary quick, almost Jimmy John freaky fast level, so that was a plus! I do recommend for tourists since it's the only vegan burger spot like it in Long Beach.

Maile T.

Yelp
First time and whoa!! As soon as I walked in, we were greeted by the cashier. She was very welcoming and recommended the Beleaf OG burger. Absolutely delicious!! The burger was well put together and every bite was just as enjoyable as the first. The fries were fresh and paired very well with the burger. The service was quick. The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this spot!

Samantha S.

Yelp
High key place is only nice to take photos at if you're into the NFT scene. Service was horrible, by far one of the worst place I've ever gone to. The guy at the register had to charge us twice because he forgot to add the second combo to our order but he had the chance to do it the first time round but was too lazy to fix it? Also he couldn't take a $5 bill to pay for the combo because he doesn't have change? What establishment doesn't have a couple dollars of change? They were blasting some loud latin music, and it was just too much like I was about to go deaf. No one was here, place was pretty dead. The food itself was pretty good so whoever is in the back is doing it right. I ordered the onion burger. Pretty pricey for two combos came out to almost $30. Not some place I'd come back to though. Change your front staff because he doesn't know what he's doing. He also tried to give away our food to a customer who just walked in.

Preston B.

Yelp
As soon as I get on Yelp, locations are closing. I doesn't come to a surprise that this business has shut down. The food was pretty good don't get me wrong, but NFT, especially The Bored Ape Yacht Club, have taken a huge plunge in the world of web3. The Pudgy Penguins are crushing them right now. You can get a Mutant Ape for around $5k, and a Kennel for around $1,500. That's garbage. My only gripe with this place was the location. The internal aesthetics could have worked, if placed in an Orange County possibly on Harbor, but no, they had decided to open in Long Beach CA out of all places, where it feels super sketchy and cheap. While you eat, you're always looking over your shoulder at who's entering, that after some while it get's kind of nerve wrecking. Let's also not to forget to mention that their windows are always dirty. Someone wash those things. The smashed burger and lemon like fries are something fantastic, wasn't expecting the taste to hit so hard. I really wish they had changed their location a bit sooner to something more appealing , could have helped them stay in business. One star deducted for that god awful location, and another star deducted for closing.

Naru S.

Yelp
1st and last time .. got myself the OG Burger .. everything from the burger to the onion rings to my sons fries are mediocre. Nothing special .. burger was alil dry for me. Don't see what's the hype about it. One and done for me. Gave it a 3 star only because I love burgers.

Jared F.

Yelp
Pros: - yummy burger - cool presentation - nice staff Cons: - very expensive ($13 burger) - no free refills ($3.50 cup)

Irene W.

Yelp
This place is so cute! I can't believe they opened up an NFT themed restaurant literally right around the corner from my place! I had to come in and check it out. There's a little parking lot right next to this place so it's not hard to get to. Their packaging is so cute! I love how it comes in a little white bag and when you open it up the packaging burger, fries, and drink is in is very colorful and fun. The interior is also so cool and fun. The food is also really delicious. Smashburgers are on point and hit the spot. The fries are so peppery and yummy. I couldn't finish my food because it's so filling. It's cool to see a great idea come to life. I'm surprised there isn't a line wrapped around this place 24/7. You should try it now before it gets too busy!

Trami T.

Yelp
I came here for the hype! This place is a pop-up for 90 days related to NFTs, Bored Ape. The NFT is over $262k, don't quote me because I googled it. The food packaging and floor art are cool. I was hoping for some cool visual art because it's NFT-related, but there isn't any. I came on the second day that it opened, and there was barely a line for me at noon on a Tuesday, but it got longer after I left. And they sold out of merch. Moving onto the food, I got the onion burger combo with fries and a soda for $17. The onion burger consists of two meat patties, pickles, grilled onions, sauce, cheese, and buns. There was also a vegan menu similar to the regular menu but about $1 extra. I'm not a big burger and fries person so I thought the food was okay.

Usman P.

Yelp
Mouthwatering, unique, and fun. I've had the chance to eat at Bored & Hungry a couple times now thanks to exclusive holder events. I ordered the plant-based burger and fries. The burger was definitely in my top five; tender, delicious, exploding with favor. Fries were crisp and cooked to perfection. The place is super creative, with props from the Gutter Cat and Bored Ape collection which adds to the ambience and sets itself apart from the competition. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

Michelle M.

Yelp
I went here for lunch with some coworkers. If you live in the area, you've probably noticed this place on 7th street - it's hard to miss! The place is decked out with bored ape NFTs. The menu design is super cool, and they have some merch in the store. If you're really into NFTs I'd recommend coming here just for the vibes. As for the food, I got the OG Burger, and it was good, very flavorful and juicy. But $13-15 for a single burger (no fries or drink) is WAY overpriced. I loved the burger but it wasn't anything SUPER special, and definitely not the "Best in America". There's no seating inside, just a few tables outside, so I'd recommend taking your food to-go. I might come back to try their vegan burgers because those might be more impressive, but apart from that, I don't think I'd come back after going once and checking it off my list.

Edwin A.

Yelp
Great fatty burger, the seasoning isn't overpowering and it is done just right. I feel like you could eat this thing without teeth how easy it eats. The thin fries accompany this burger very well. Total price of the combo is around $16 and worth it in my opinion.

Nicolas J.

Yelp
I know this is a pop up but highkey hope it stays open since I never ate at the chicken spot previously on the same corner. Sadly merch was sold out when I visited and on my 2nd visit hadn't been restocked. I've eaten here like 3-4 times lol I liked it. Better than shake shack and some other similar smash burger spots. I'd recommend trying while you can

Deb A.

Yelp
Hi. Was very excited about going to Bored and Hungry because there was a sign that read "The Best Burger in America". I LOVE burgers so I just had to try it. I ordered the Bored OG Combo. Food came pretty quickly, but they came in paper bags which my friends and I thought was strange, but whatever. I was so excited to bite into this Best Burger in America. I guess I need to say, I have had A LOT of burgers in my day, and this was not the best burger in America (in my opinion). It was good, don't get me wrong, but I was very disappointed. It was a double patty, so I thought, "A good hearty burger", right? No. Patty was thin, not to mention a bit salty. When I have a burger meal, I expect to leave full...I felt like I needed another burger, but not for $15. Most definitely not the best burger in America. Sorry Folks. Deb

Brian L.

Yelp
Really cool restaurant here in Long Beach. Modeled after the Bored Apes NFT Collection, the decor and vibe of the restaurant is one to visit. Solid burger and fries, but the draw here is the theme and presentation of the food and restaurant.

Ivan Lawrence A.

Yelp
I drive by this place quite a bit and I always see the "Best Burger in America" sign but never think too much of it then my friends wanted to try the place out so we went The place doesn't look like much and it's not that big, but the food was really good. I ordered the OG burger and fries. Both were so flavorful and i love the grilled onions. Normally, i don't like pickles but the pickles were just right and complemented the whole burger. These are.smash burgers so the patties were thin. Definitely a recommended place

Lisa F.

Yelp
This was my second time here to show my daughter. We shared the OG bored and hungry cheese burger combo. They offered to cut it in half for us. It's like a smash burger with grilled onions and cheese. The taste of this burger is DELICIOUS!! So flavorful! The fries were just a little over salted but still delicious as well. They seem to have a hint of garlic and pepper so flavorful!! This place is soooo cute inside. I believe the colorful picture decor are those of NFT's. The music is a vibe as well. The fake grass on the floor make you feel your eating outside somewhere. The staff all very nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back! Thanks for the delicious food! Ps.. it is a little pricy

Florence G.

Yelp
I had to try this place since it was voted best burger in America. Small little hamburger place that I've driven by numerous times. It didn't disappoint. I went pretty early right after it open. And there were people already in line. This is a gem located in Long Beach. Go now.

Tyler W.

Yelp
I've been coming here since it opened because of the vegan option and I drive 20 minutes and get told there is no vegan options. Yet there's an advertisement in the restaurant that there's vegan option. The lady was rude too. I can't believe I've received this type of service after all the years I've supported this business

Ian M.

Yelp
I'm sure it's all been said. The burger is killer. You order it, you eat it, then you go on your way. The staff wasn't particularly helpful and I can't remember what I was confused about, but I got my burger and enjoyed it. Definitely overpriced and not worth it, but worth trying once I'd say.

Vikki S.

Yelp
Yumm the burger is bomb! Got an OG combo. Tastes like a combination of Inn N Out and a Big Mac. Great! Yummy! Fries were so good also. Had a garlicky herbal taste and it was hot and fresh. We found parking right in front but I can see if they are really busy how parking can get annoying. The combo was over $17. Overall, great food, great experience, and it's nicely themed and decorated inside.

Byron K. B.

Yelp
I guess there's a reason there was no line and no other customers when we arrived at 12:15 on a Saturday. The design and graphics of the place was super engaging and interesting. Unfortunately, it didn't carry through to the food. The burger was just ok at best. There's no lettuce or tomatoes, which I enjoy on a burger. We split a fry which came out totally cold. Totally cold when there was no one ahead of us or waiting. So disappointing, I would have spoken up but there was a line once our food was delivered. We just chalked it up to our lackluster experience. The packaging on the food was exciting, sadly the food was not!

Juliann T.

Yelp
I really thought this was going to be all hype and just picture worthy. I've come maybe 5 times now and the food hits every time. This is by far my favorite go to for quality, quantity, taste, alone or with others. Fries already salt and peppered. Burgers fresh to order. Always consistent. Packaging well made and picture worthy. Everyone I've taken not only enjoyed it it exceeded their expectations Good job guys and thanksssss more please

Vinny S.

Yelp
Passed by this place hundreds of times and sign hanging outside "Voted Best Burger in America" Peculiar in fine print below on sign, has different restaurant name. Regardless, this in not the best burger in America, not even California, not even Long Beach. A joke of an overpriced burger in a not soo great area. In and Out a million times better. Rileys on beautiful 2nd street waay cheaper, waay nicer facility and CLEAN. Dont waste your time and money here, just a regular at best fast food patty. Nothing special. LOOK at the sign outside, review is not even for Bored and Hungry. Totally misleading, will never be back.

Karol A.

Yelp
This place was really good! The fries kind of tasted like mc Donald's, still good. The burger was really good! The meat was flavorful, the cheese was nice and melted, & the buns were super soft! The workers were also very nice! We will definitely be returning!

Oscar R.

Yelp
I've tried the majority of burger places in LB (pop ups included) and this is the best tasting burger I've had hands down. The way they chopped the bacon and grilled the onions so you get a tender bite every time was phenomenal. My new favorite. Plus they had a special of when you order a combo you get a free burger

Beckie J.

Yelp
Too bad we can't sit inside! This place is so fun and so inspiring. First spot that you can purchase food using crypto. It's so awesome. Not a healthy spot if you're seeking that, and they don't do protein style. But I ordered the vegetarian onion burger as is, and it was not disappointing. It was so delicious, I devoured it all fast! Good flavors in the burger and very savory. The fries are black peppered and tasty and crispy. The fries have a Similar size and shape as McDonald's but better. Made a reel on them, and Definitely coming back.

Ryann C.

Yelp
Pros - they have vegan options and are easy to find. Looks to have seating inside. The service when I came was so bad I don't plan on coming back. I see them on social media all the time and I don't know why I Acquainted that to friendly service. I tried to consider that my vibes were maybe off , the Main Street they're on is busy and I had been trying to find a place to eat for a couple hours . I should have realized the price difference and different menus meant that vegan was on the right but I didn't and accidentally got the non vegan burger. The young lady at the counter was one of the rudest people I've met . She was rolling her eyes, mumbling and talking under her breath to kitchen staff for reasons unknown during my whole order. It's like I was bothering her and or unwanted. The vibes were just not it. I didn't feel welcome. I did try the fries and ... they were ok but not enough to save my experience or warrant a return.

chris v.

Yelp
For reals, if y'all want a really good burger that you can go to 1 exclusive location instead of driving to any corner to get the same burger, then Bored & Hungry is where you want to go. Fresh smash burgers made to order with the best tasting fries in the business ALL CAP! Don't forget to ask for the side dipping sauces (Garlic Lemon, House Thousand, BBQ, and Sweet & Sour). Lastly, the staff is always welcoming and the vibe is ‼‼‼‼

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Here's my take on this new burger joint in Long Beach! For those of you who do not know, this place is opened by Andy Nguyen, who is also the owner of several different restaurants including After's Ice Cream. It is super hyped and the grand opening had lines out the door so I had to give it a visit! 1) Ambiance - This was little bit of a let down. Besides the colorful pop art, there was really nothing special about this place. There were tables lined against the wall but no seats so it is completely all take out. As they made the food, the whole place gets filled with smoke so I had to wait outside. 2) Menu - The menu is split down the middle between regular meat and 100% plant based meat. I've attached a photo of the menu for reference. For only $2 extra, the combo comes with fries and a drink in their monkey cups. I was a little annoyed that the menu had no description so it took a long time for people to order... the same questions were asked to the cashier every single time... 3) Food - Fries tasted like any other fries with black pepper. I got the OG Burger and it tasted pretty lackluster tbh. It was very small and it kind of reminded me of a White Castle burger. The food wasn't terrible but wasn't worth it. 4) Location - There is a super tiny parking lot that fits maybe 4-5 cars. There is some street parking but it is very limited as that area can get busy! My Verdict: It's a no for me. Maybe try it once? I always recommend people try things for themselves and see if they think the same. Overall, I was underwhelmed and expected more when I paid $16 + 18% tip for my meal.

Patrick H.

Yelp
Bored & Hungry has taken me out of retirement! I've been here more than a handful of times getting couple Bored OG Burgers with some friends and even tried their Mutant Burgers. It's been a couple months since I've been back, but besides their food, their branding is ON POINT! Now, I've had their fries before, but this new collaboration with Regen Fries is NEXT LEVEL!! They're packed with so much flavor, my tastebuds are watering for more. Cool thing about it, they even hook you up with sauces! I'm excited each time I come back to B&H and I'm lookin forward for the next collab

Jason C.

Yelp
Overall, great burgers! Priced on the higher side, yes, but for the quality it's totally worth it. I had the double and my daughters had a single and the impossible. All were GREAT! The cashier accidentally charged me twice. I reached out on Insta and the owner invited us back and totally HOOKED IT UP! Now that's taking care of your neighbors! Stoked they opened right near us. We'll be back again soon!

Yelp
The veggie Pattie's are good got the OG mutant burger combo and it was tasty. Reminds me of In N Out but a veggie burger. They have beef ones too but I haven't tried them yet. The fries are way better than in and out with more salt and pepper already on them makes them perfect out the door no need to add salt like at In N Out. The packaging is fun and the cups are reusable and dishwasher safe I'm wondering if you can bring them back so you don't have to order a new one every time?

Yelp
Great food but just now I went and was treated like a fool... door says it closes at 9pm it was 7:45 on 11/17/23 the place was completely open and lit up with no customers. The lady at the front took my order and when she told the cook he said no so she then turns to me and says "sorry we're closed". I asked why and she said we're busy and the entire back staff started laughing at me? Then they shut the lights off while I was still inside. What are y'all laughing at? You're a crypto NFT burger place that doesn't even take crypto anymore and NFTs are basically corny PDFs at this point. There is Golden Burger a block away so tf do I care? Hope this corny place shuts down.

Yelp
Possibly the best burger in TheLBC hands down. They do the smashburger right here and you can taste the difference. The sauce, the pickles, the grilled bun, it's great. Two words: Crispy Patties. Service was fast and accurate. Love the marketing with the Degen toonz - unique & cool. Very Instagramable- This place is a must try for burger aficionados. It's as legit as it gets.

Yelp
Let me tell you. The burger was amazing! The bbq sauce was boss, covered on my double patty plant based burger with cheese and fixins. Best part was I didn't really feel like a mutant after eating what I thought would be a heavy meal. I did skip the fries but the one I tried was delicious. And the second l, third and forth we're equally as good. I do own DegenToonz NFTS and after eating the meal I went home and Minted a food Fighter! Owners of Food fighter Universe receive a free meal monthly! See you next month, nerds!

Yelp
I'm a Flexarian. I ordered a plant based burger with grilled onions. OMG based burger ever. The fries are great. However, the fries could have been warmer. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
All i got to say is AMAZING! I have been wanting to go back again! WHEN FIRST ARRVIVING: My Girlfriend and i went to their grand opening, so yea there was a long line(Understandable). Luckily, we were there early, so it didn't take long to get inside once the restaurant opened. GETTING INSDIE: Once it opened, everyone was excited including the staff, and they let a couple of us inside. As we went inside the smell already had us like YUMMMMM! PS. We were starving lol. Anyway, inside was smaller than i thought it would be but it was still nice! While waiting in line to order the menu was pretty simple. They have split in the middle regular meat and 100% plant based vegan burgers. I also noticed all the great artwork that was all around the walls AND even on the floor! They even had like pop up artwork that you can take pictures with. My girl friend and i took a picture with my friend Fernando , one of the owners in between those pop up artwork stands. Not sure if those will stay up or if it was just for the grand opening though. ORDERING OUR FOOD AND EATING: Pretty simple menu, wasn't too difficult to order, we both got the OG burgers with fries and a drink. All burgers come with 2 Patties. We also purchased 2 shirts. We got our food then walked outside to get a table and eat. LOVED the packaging! These burgers might seem simple but the flavor is the key and game changer! It was very well balance ratio, with the meats, cheese and their secrete sauce. The fries as well. I love French fries almost anywhere so i will be honest about it. I love the black pepper they add to the fries, gives them a little kick, specially when u take a bite of the burger and grab some fries and eat them together lol. I will say this we both DID NOT WANT TO FINISH THE BURGER!! Lol it was soo good! I will definitely recommend you guys to try this place! You won't regret it!!! We have been wanting to go back but he have been working. But we are possibly going back today!!!

Yelp
The smash burgers here were not as good as expected and I was slightly underwhelmed. Honestly preferred the fries over the burger since the fries had a good amount of seasoning on it. The burger however were pretty dry, even with cheese and onions. Felt over spiced as well with very little room for customization. Honestly mainly went for the NFT theme and hearing about it on Reddit a few years back. Interesting concept. The service was nice and the lady cashier was very polite. The food came out fast too. Could have been better overall. Anyway, to all those reading this, I hope that you have a wonderful day and make good choices. Thanks for reading this.
