I chose this hotel for the spa. That did not disappoint. I also love the military discounts with the rewards cards. However, I was surprised to find there's not a single public microwave to compensate for the lack of in rooms. I ate my meal cold after the drive there. Speaking of food, the buffet had a large variety of just ok food. Also I was surprised that there weren't water bottles, robes, nor slippers offered in the room but they were great to have in the spa. The distance from the beach is something to note because although I told myself it was no big deal, the last thing I found myself wanting to do was get my car to drive to the boardwalk for a stroll after a big meal. I didn't want to stroll the casino floor because of the faint smoking smell and general over stimulation of lights and noise. Speaking of smell, my room floor smelled moist but maybe that couldn't be avoided as it's basically on a marsh. Also note that there is a bit of a hold when calling the desk or housekeeping. I don't know if it's routing to a call center. The bell desk picked up right away. I might consider visiting the MGM tower on a future visit (seemed more modern... I didn't realize which one I had reserved with my points) but not the Borgata. I just didn't have the specific type of resort experience I was looking for but again, I loved my spa experience.

Google
My Go-To Spot in Atlantic City! Borgata is hands down my favorite place to stay and play in Atlantic City. The vibe is upscale yet welcoming, and everything from the rooms to the dining to the casino floor is top-notch. The hotel is always clean, the service is great, and the overall energy is exciting without being overwhelming. I especially love the high-limit room—great machines and excellent drink service. Plus, the food options are solid across the board, with something for every mood and craving. The staff always makes me feel like a valued guest, whether I’m checking in, grabbing dinner, or playing the slots. If you’re heading to AC and want a place that delivers luxury, entertainment, and great comps, Borgata is it. Highly recommend!

Google
Not close enough to the beach or boardwalk. You'll have to drive or get a ride. As far as I know, the resort doesn't provide a shuttle. Food was delicious, albeit expensive. Very happy they have smoking sections on Casino floor and smoking rooms in hotel! Service was kind and courteous. Pool is open until 7pm which was kind of lame but understandable. Overall a good time to be had...worth the travel. It's one of the nicer locations in Atlantic City.

Google
The casino as well as hotel were pretty clean. Smoking section was a little dirty.getting drinks were hard at the back of the casino while playing slot s. I had a very rude bartender. You’re better off going into the bar and buying a drink. A much pleasanter experience.

This was my first time going to Atlantic City with my family. We just stayed for one night, but I wish it could have been for many more. The Borgata is absolutely extravagant and over-the-top nice. The rooms were perfect and clean. The service was impeccable. The restaurant options were great. Most importantly, the spa is insanely nice. It had the most calm and beautiful indoor room I have ever experienced. We also loved how grand the pool was. The size of that indoor room was very cool! Last but not least, the gym had everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend this as both a destination or a stop on the way through town.

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Communication, Cleanliness, and Treatment of Tourists! I visited this hotel as a tourist. In my country (Turkey), the legal gambling age is 18, so I was not aware of the 21+ restriction in the U.S. There was no clear information provided at check-in or anywhere else. In fact, a guest under 21 was allowed into the pool, so no ID check was done at all. Later, after we played in the casino, security approached us and told us legal action would be taken. This is completely unfair and inconsistent. If the hotel failed to check ID or explain the rules, it is not the guest’s fault — especially for a foreign visitor unfamiliar with local laws. On top of this, there were spiders in the room, and cleanliness was below acceptable standards. Hygiene was a huge disappointment. As a tourist, I feel mistreated and I will be filing an official complaint. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Google
Went for 4 nights and had a great time! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downfalls were the waitresses in the casino were not around often, especially in the poker room. Also the outdoor pools were not open during the week so that was a bit lame. The tower pool indoor was very nice though. Would definitely recommend going here if you're planning a trip to the shore.

Google
My best friend and I stayed at the Borgata last weekend for a belated birthday trip, and to see my favorite band that was playing there. The rooms were nice, housekeeping was excellent and very attentive, and there is plenty to do, with lots of food varieties. Neither of us gamble, so I cannot leave a review as to how the slots are. Great location with ease of transportation.

Yelp
It's been a few years since my initial review, so I thought it would be a good time to update. The positives of Borgata: They have a massive # of rooms, especially if you include the Borgata Tower and the recently-refreshed MGM tower. The website is easy to reserve, and the valet and check-in experiences are well-run. I've never had a major issue with any room in either tower. No issues with the parking garage. The pools. Each casino has indoor and outdoor pools that are all well kept. The Borgata outdoor pool is large, opens early and is adults only. Just be warned, from time to time, the unwelcome (and biting) greenhead flies make an appearance. The food selection is vast. Coffee shops, food to go, food court, buffet, medium to upscale restaurants. It may take a while to figure out what you like as I've tried places that didn't work for me, but there certainly are choices for all styles of dining. Pretty much all the places take your reward points. The casino is large, lively, and usually pretty busy. There are bars on the perimeter of the casino, once again, you have to see what suits you. The casino is also seasonally updated with art and displays. The negatives: Smoke! The smoking and non-smoking sections of the casino simply flow into each other, and it's a mostly smoky experience. The more crowded it is, the smokier it gets. Please invest in a better ventilation system. MGM Rewards: The rewards desk area is way too small. If you forget your card, be prepared to wait. Check-in is supposed to be able to print cards as well, but they often say their system is not working. I've also had glitchy cards and had trouble with comp purchases and exiting the parking. Cocktail service in the casino is very hit and miss. For those that indulge, you may want to consider just getting one to go from the main casino bar.

Yelp
Beautiful room. Very clean and spacious. Marcee was absolutely amazing helping us get checked in. She asked me daughter to pick whatever floor she wanted and then gave us her favorite view. The pools were gorgeous as was the courtyard. Taxis and shuttles were easy to navigate.

Yelp
We love that the casino is large. Plenty of room to walk around (and get lost!) lots of restaurants, just be sure to check their dark nights before you book. The casino and spa are great, and maybe it's because they are getting ready (I hear?) to renovate the main hotel, but when you book a suite, you hope that at least the bathroom will be clean and knowing they are at the end of the hall you expect a little less noise... not this time. I picked up hair from the shower, from the Desk/counter, from everywhere. There was a huge half moon toenail on the floor of the toilet area (it would have hurt to step on in the dark at night), and what looked like formerly wet TP stuck to the wall. The shower it looked like someone had done yard work then stood inside the shower and brushed off their clothes. I'm not posting those pics. There was a convention (liquor distributors) in town this time maybe it's why we didn't lose so much money, but it was busier than usual for mid week, and short straw - there was a party room next door that went until 3am, and a kid that started stomping around about 7am for hours straight, so we opted out of staying our second night.... We seem to be doing that more and more. These rooms are usually pretty quiet. (Fiore Suite) I didn't complain this time because we just chose to leave around dinner time the second night, but I did clean the shower before my hubby saw it, I wish I hadn't and complained. Maybe we'd have gotten a quieter room. Though I found the tip envelope insulting, the cleaning staff in the hall were nice. (No name on the envelope- I wouldn't want to take credit for that either, but I also know they sometimes have limited turn over times and get tunnel vision. The sheets were clean, the pillows comfy and the mattress not terrible, unless you're used to a sleep number bed then all bets are off.) The staff is friendly however, and oh do we love the app for check in and room access! No waiting 30-45 minutes in line at the front desk because you haven't been there in 14 months and dropped card levels and busy check in times mean lines... I hear they just renovated the MGM (formerly Water Club) Tower. Maybe we'll ask for that next time.

Lawrence G.

Yelp
Lovely place...decided on AC to begin the 4th celebration. We were met by a fantastic lady at check-in . In addition to her welcoming personality, she offered late check out. We have a fantastic room with a great view. Was disappointed with no glasses in the room for drinking... we had Champaign. One glass in the bathroom and two paper cups for coffee....no tea. Additionally, I would think such a great place complimentary water would have been provided in the room.

Yelp
It saddens more than you could imagine to write this. How the mighty have fallen! Full disclosure, I worked here for several years back in the 'aughts, and was even present the morning the still under construction Water Tower (now MGM Tower) caught fire. Now that the history lesson is over, our stay here the other weekend was just...meh? The rooms were fine, but very outdated and showing serious wear and tear. Service was not nearly what it once was, and the lackadaisical attitude of many individuals on the gaming floor and in the restaurants and bars would never have been allowed to happen "back in my day." The buffet? Horrendous. Drinks were not terribly good throughout with the notable exception of the Sunburn in the Sunroom. The outdoor pool was filthy with debris blowing everywhere, and while it was quite windy when we were there, there was no excuse for that amount of trash to be allowed to blow about freely. While we were in town, we also paid a visit to Ocean on the boardwalk, and the difference was stark. Not only is Borgata no longer king in AC, it can't reasonably be considered in the conversation.

Yelp
Have come to Borgata over the years and always have a good time...sometimes a day trip and other times weekend stay. Good stay if one can get a good rate. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Rooms are nice and they have renovated since I was here 2022 and 2023. Plenty of places to eat: Sunroom is a good spot for breakfast if want some quiet spot, Marketplace if something quick, Metropolitan, Bread + Butter, etc. Restaurants for dinner - some require reservations to get a good time, others not required. There are shows some nights. If eating at the buffet, line can get long. For those who like to gamble, plenty of options - smoking and non-smoking sections. Plenty of shops - more high end stores than souvenirs. Restrooms are very clean. Staff here are helpful and friendly. Don't forget your Borgata card to accrue points for comps.

Yelp
amazing .....point ; blank ; the end..no more broadwalk casinos for me ..its the decor; the swimming pools; the food; the attentiveness of customer service..the room..is spacious and luxor ..im in love ...and even the casino area is huge ..a perfect experience ..10/10..

B G.

Yelp
It's been about 10 + years since I been here ... let me tell you the renovations are amazing it smells nice everywhere you go . Nice outdoor pool with a beer garden. Lots of new slots everywhere. This hotel screams money ! The only thing I didn't like is how close together smoking and non smoking sections are. But if you have the money to spend you won't be disappointed here!

Yelp
Holiday season at Borgata. Beautiful holiday decorations, good service at reception, decent size room on the MGM tower side, clean and convenient. Lots of kids as expected for this time of the year, definitely kids friendly. And musical shows offered almost nightly. Be aware of Long lines if you plan to get in Primer night club on Friday and Saturday. The 1 star deduction is for many restaurants are closed, and....why? Given the increasing number of guests during this time, shouldn't all the restaurants be open? The closed restaurants definitely lead to extra crowds to the open ones ‍.

Gail W.

Yelp
Food is just so so. Food is very expensive. If you have never been here before and you would like a rewards card they close at 9 o'clock so you won't have a rewards card. Not very helpful. There aren't many people around that can direct you to where you need to go. Where is everyone that works here? Customer Service seems to be lagging.

Laureen Y.

Yelp
Food court is trash. They have great decorations and room looks nice but food court is a disaster. It sucks. I ordered penne vodka, caesar salad, garlic bread, and stromboli from pizata. As i was eating the pasta i scooped my fork all the way at the bottom of the plate and a shiny aluminum popped up. I already hated the fact that the pasta did not look or taste like the original penne vodka at italian restaurants. I complained about it and was told that its from the aluminum scrubber they use to wash the dishes. They refunded me but not the whole amount on my receipt. Never again.

Sarah M.

Yelp
Awful again. Do you ever get better? Had a card, open credit card, and a chair saved for me just to use the bathroom at your center "bar". And was refused entry made to wait in line for 45 minutes for reentry from some dud that looks like he didn't finish high school. No thank you power tripper. Absolutely disgusting we have a medical emergency. This is a bathroom issue. We have a spot and still do and got told no still. That's absurd and gross behavior. Have you ever heard of stamps? It's not that hard. Ask people if they're using the bathroom. We are adults not cattle. We eventually got back in but that's really bizarre. I'm trying to like this place. I'm trying really hard.

Catie F.

Yelp
We had a very nice stay at MGM Tower within the Borgata this past week. We spent 2 nights and were very happy with our hotel experience. The only reason for 4 stars is that the walls were pretty thin. There was a family staying next to us and we could hear their kids cry for a while each day/night and then the TV blasting every time it was on. Not a huge deal, but it did feel less private to us even being in our Besides this though, the building and room were very clean and pretty. I was obsessed with our view on the 31st floor. We got really lucky with it, but I imagine the view is great in most rooms. The staff we encountered were all very attentive and kind. I saw a lot of security which was really nice for our peace of mind throughout the trip. One tip, we were asked for our IDs frequently throughout the stay so make sure you have yours on you.

Yelp
I recently visited Bogata after a long time and I was inspired to check it out. I booked a last minute for their hotel through Kayak and got it for $150. The receptionist was professional. The lobby was full of decorative lights. The check out time was at 11am. It gave me time to enjoy breakfast and not be in a rush. The room's neutral colors were easy on the eyes, with a tasteful touch of grey. However, the coffee maker's difficulty in providing hot water without pieces of coffee grains was disappointing. The absence of tea bags and complimentary water bottles was a letdown. They charge a resort fee so Wi-Fi is not complimentary in the room. I had weak one-bar reception with my AT&T service which added to the drawbacks. The low cost parking was appreciated. As a non-gambler, Bogota attraction seems to only be a variety of decorated trees for photo opportunities and the indoor pool in MGM tower looked breath taking on their tv. There is a spa and even a massage for expected mothers. As for gamblers, Poker fans might find this casino to be very appealing as it is the only casino with the offering. Also, I noticed plenty of slot machines. Arriving around 8:30PM, I struggled to find a good place to dine at so it's better to come earlier if you can. It might have been due to the holidays. The wait time was 1-2 hours on the limited restaurants. and I got lucky to dine at the bar and be seated quickly. As for improvements, I would have liked to see more events and invest in more displays for visitors to see. It would have been useful to include the hotel room with more spa details and about wi-fi. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Yelp
I'm giving this place a 5 star. Had an absolutely amazing time. Me and the wife did all of the casinos. The food was great. Staff was great. Can't say enough good things about this place. I would definitely recommend everyone if you were in the Atlantic City area to check this place out.

Bill W.

Yelp
It has been 6 years since we were last here and it has changed somewhat. Check-In was quick, friendly and professional. Our King Standard Room was on the money with a very nice view of the boardwalk and ocean area. The room was cleaned to perfection ! We used to hang out in the Horse Sports Book area but they removed the bar in there but added a really nice sports book with a huge bar and attentive staff, was really nice hanging there. Dined at NOW, service a little sluggish due to staff shortage at the time we dined but the food was very good. The casino is always perfect Still the best in AC in our humble opinion.

chris k.

Yelp
Extremely nice hotel, the rooms are unbelievable super nice and cozy. Definitely my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit AC. A bit pricey but the amenities and cleanliness of the place makes the price worth it. Very good food options in the hotel plus during the summer on weekends they have the free shuttle that brings you too other hotels and the boardwalk.

Mike C.

Yelp
I have spent more time in this casino than I did on my college bachelor's degree, did I mention I completed a summer session before college classes started for the incoming freshmen class and also a summer session after my four years to complete some elective courses or some such? Now on to the review. The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa along with Harrah's Casino are the two properties closest to the marina and compared to many of the older, dated casinos, that are located among the strip, are very good choices to stay in. You have the Brigantine Beach within a five-minute drive, or you can take a shuttle that will pick you up on the front steps of Borgata or Harrah's and take you to any of the Atlantic City casinos on the strip if you really want to experience more casinos and what they have to offer unique to their property. If you are entertaining staying here over the summer, I would highly recommend that you stay at the separate Borgata tower called, The Water Club. It is a little bit pricier however the water club has a separate indoor and outdoor pool that is reserved only for the guests staying at the water club and it is absolutely amazing. I could write a much lengthier review however I am going to cut it short and just urge you to not dine at some of the restaurants that are located in this property. I will not name drop them here but feel free to look up the restaurants that reside in the property here on Yelp so you can make an informed decision. As always people SYOY!!!!

Danielle V.

Yelp
I've stayed here a handful of times and it never disappoints. Everyone who works here is friendly. It's very clean. The food is amazing. I usually end up at b.prime at the bar for dinner. Cannot beat this place.

Catina P.

Yelp
Well let's see. The bees to me are NOT comfy we are in the 20th floor the pillow are flat. News better pillows I will request 2 more. The AC doesn't get cold , my nose keeps getting stopped up because of it. The room still had a piece of hair in sink and was dusty the sheets didn't have a fresh smell either. Not much to do except gamble which is not my thang. Downstairs is smoky like really y'all still let ppo smoke indoors and the ventilation obviously is horrible like we had to literally run to another area because the smoke was just unbearably. We did eat at the Noodle that was open late or maybe all night not sure and the General Tso was good lightly battered chicken moist in the inside and the Singapore noodle were decent as well. That's it. We plan to stay a few days but honestly I'm ready to go home to my comfy bed or maybe change hotels I will not be back to lodge. Nope! Oh and the view is industrial looking SMH

Marija K.

Yelp
I've been coming to the Spa for years and years and today I was using a pool with my kids i run out of water and usually I fill up they bottles in gym when we walk in they actually changing water so i decided to go in SPA and get ONE water bottle for my kids I went in and informed the workers there that I will get the ONE WATER bottle for my kids and I took it Then Manager started yelling at me and cursing me that I cannot get water bcs I don't have apt there I told her I have two small kids outside it's very hot and they need water And actually I did had appointment yesterday and today to at 3pm and I told her but she still wanna be a very mean person and don't give me water for kids Yesterday was with Devin I think was her name my appointment was for sport massage they did deep tissue I didn't even say anything bcs they did wrong massage on me so today I book another appointment bcs i want sport massage but I will definitely cancel this place just hate kids and that's so sad Btw that water is Free That manager is so mean and rude I seen her few times Just work on your personality and be kind that's all you have to do It's just water end of the day Never again going back to that place!!!!

Bob S.

Yelp
Arguably the best hotel in AC. Its grandeur and decor is reminiscent of a Las Vegas casino like the Wynn. Borgata is a destination. You can catch a great show, eat at one of a dozen or more restaurants, gamble, go to a great gym or watch a game on their big screens. I love the fact that there isn't cigarette smoke anywhere, just the scent of vanilla filled corridors. The room was beyond comfortable, clean and quiet. So, why not five stars? Customer service is sub part, at best, horrible at worst. I was on a call and my cell was dying. Unfortunately, I forgot my USB charger. Calling the front desk I asked for someone to buy one and I'd gladly reimburse them, or to let me borrow one before my phone died. I explained I needed it for an hour. I was on hold for over 15 minutes, twice. Got replies the hotel could "not incur the liability", then was told to speak to the manager, which again I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and the manager never came on. The punchline is my phone died. I left the meeting and went to a gift store to buy a single USB. They customer service sucked. Plain and simple. If it was only as good as the hotel is beautiful.

Kathy S.

Yelp
Timothy at the front desk made our trip so wonderful. He acknowledged my husband's 63rd birthday and everything was smooth from there. Thank you Timothy.

Linda T.

Yelp
I was debating between Oceans and Borgata, but after an overall debate, and some research in the reviews, Borgata was the choice. Stayed in a Fiore King Suite and had a wonderful stay. Besides the fact that the curtain rod was broken upon checking in leading to light peeking through the windows in the morning, the room was very clean, and the views were decent. We went out to grab food and upon coming back the rod was fixed and our suite was all tidied up with new sheets and towels and amenities (3-ish hours later). Parking is $5 in the garage. Suite was spacious! Very roomy and comfortable. No microwave, yes hair dryer! Like other reviews have said, the non-smoking and smoking areas in the casino are close together and even if you sit in the non smoking area, the smell of smoke is so apparent. Note that some of the restaurants and buffet are not open during the weekdays. Double check the hours.

Tricia G.

Yelp
My first time here to see the awesome Sebastian Maniscalco! Such a BEAUTIFUL casino! Nice signage and a good bit of bathrooms too. Parking garage only $5! Very clean all throughout. The section that SB was in was packed, yet intimate. The opening act (comedian) was really good too! I'm ready to go back to see ??? ASAP please!!!

Brad M.

Yelp
One of the better hotel/casinos we've been to in AC. Very clean and the rooms are spacious with the air kicking. Plenty to do, see & enjoy inside. The bars are all pretty chill and all kinds of cuisines to choose from. The gaming floor is evenly spaced out to do some laps to find that perfect machine.

Mike M.

Yelp
I stayed the other night with my buddy matt in the mgm tower in the big suite for a sixers watch party and boy i gotta tell ya what a time. Got to the watch the sixers blow it on the big screen with free room service. The butler guys Joe and Jameson were class acts. And did i mention the nice vase in the corner ... what a sight. I myself am a huge pottery guy and seeing that vase really brought out the rooms potential. If someone would be so kind to direct me to the party affiliated with the interior design aspects of the rooms so i can inquire about the purchasing of such vase. thank you cheers!

Bettina B.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I were coming to Atlantic City last night to see a show at another hotel but wanted to stay here for the night. We valet parked which was very easy and and check in at the hotel was flawless, efficient and quick. We were on the 34th floor so a nice view and beautiful room. My only complaint is that they didn't have a usb port to charge your cell phone. We had forgotten to bring the part that goes into the wall outlet. The hotel had a nice fragrance and you really didn't smell the cigarette smoke from the casino. We had dinner at The Homestead which will be a separate review. The valet was only $10 which I thought was reasonable considering I've paid more at other hotels, or maybe it was because this was a Thursday night. The hotel was decorated very nice for the upcoming Chinese lunar new year.

Juel A.

Yelp
We actually stayed in the towers, Very nice Hotel. Monique was so nice and informative during our check in. She is very pleasant. All staff here is kind. They have an indoor pool and so manny shops and restaurants. Will try their club and bars tonight, but so far we are loving our stay. Not far from the boardwalk and the outlets. Oh and our room had a refrigerator super plus !

Amanda K.

Yelp
Probably the most elegant hotel in AC- Lobby is absolutely beautiful (complete with Chiluly glass chandeliers) and staff is professional and courteous. Rooms are simple, elegant and clean, and the bathrooms are large and modern- The only 2 faults I can give it: Food court and fast casual restaurants seemed to be very understaffed - resulting in very long wait times The 21+ pool at the MGM Tower was very quiet and pretty...but there was trash in every corner and the trash cans were overflowing

Kyle S.

Yelp
This review is only for the casino! The nicest casino in the area. More upscale then some local counterparts. Plenty of gaming options. Tons of food options for cheaper fare to fine dining. It was clean and well maintained. BetMGM reward system in place which is one of the best reward systems for gambling. Only downside is the sportsbook is very small and deff could be expanded based on the frequent demand.

David H.

Yelp
We stayed at Borgata twice this summer, and I think I have had enough data points to do a proper review. The location isn't the greatest as it is a good 2 miles away from the boardwalk. The approach from the highway can also be quite confusing. Exit H but the exits are on either side. Fortunately, traffic was very light during all the days during our stay; so I wasn't as stressed as I could have been.. The hotel itself has a luxury vibe. Compared to most other casino hotels in Atlantic City, it is one of the more current. There were plenty of check-in counters and we never had to wait long in line. The casino area is just the right size such that you won't get bored and you won't get overwhelmed either. The rooms we stayed in were nice, though none of them had bathtubs. There was a refrigerator during one of our stays but not the other; so I'm not sure what the scoop is. There are many bars and restaurants on premise, including a buffet. But what's even more convenient is the Marketplace Eatery which is a food court that includes a good variety of specialties: Chinese food, Mexican food, pizzeria, burger joint, ice cream parlor, cheesesteak, wine and green bar, bakery, as well as a food mart. There are 4 swimming areas: A-Borgata indoors, B-Borgata outdoors, C-Water Club indoors, and D-Water Club outdoors. A is the most accessible, located right above the casino floor; it's also the most crowded rowdy with lots of adolescents. B is co-located with the beer garden so only drinking age and older can enter. It's the most vibrant and includes amenities you can reserve such as cushioned poolside couches and cabanas with TVs and refrigerators. C and D are located on the Water Club side which most people probably wouldn't know they can access if they stay at Borgata. Both are for 21 years and older. They provide an elegant and serene ambience for spending a quiet quality time. We enjoyed both of our stays and would definitely recommend this casino resort to anyone.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel & casino. They do offer valet and self parking. We opted to do self parking for $5.00. If you're a players member then parking is free. That's a heck of a deal. Where can you park these days at that price. This is not located near the boardwalk. If you're ok with that it's worth the visit. The inside has everything you could possibly need. Restaurants galore, bars, shopping at the designer's shops, pool & they have daily entertainment. We stayed in the water club section of the hotel. They have security at both elevators to the rooms and they scan your key to make sure you're staying at the resort. I loved the views from our room. Our room was clean and each room comes with a fridge only. No microwave but they have plenty of dining options available in the hotel. You can also order room service which is what we did for the first overnight stay for breakfast. We stayed a total of two nights. We even got a little lucky with the slot machines. I definitely plan on returning when visiting the New Jersey area.

Yelp
The hotel was very nice. I loved that it had so many places to get food and a couple stores. My favorite part was the buffet for $30/person. The pastries were a little stale but they had so many food options to choose from for brunch. The room had a nice view and the shower was very relaxing. The bed wasn't comfy and I slept horribly but overall it was a nice stay. I think they should do something with the parking because $10 each time you leave is a lot of your a tourist and plan to go see or do things. The boardwalk was just a quick drive away. I probably wouldn't come back it was a nice 1 time experience. Definitely would recommend for someone who plans to utilize the casino the whole stay and wants to go there specifically for that.

Yelp
Rooms were big, beds we're comfortable and hotel was very clean. This is a big casino. Payouts were great! I won about $10,000 in just one evening. I hope to come here again.

Yelp
(Catching up on writing some reviews) The atmosphere was great and the staff was nice. So gorgeous inside as well. The daily floral displays are so breathtaking . The chandeliers to die for with there design. They have live music every evening. Love there decor while walking around.

Yelp
Borgata is a fun, lively place. It's very clean with a great staff. The rooms are a good size with a queen bed, chaise lounge, desk, and fridge. The bathrooms are very nice with a rainfall shower and separate toilet. My only issue is the distance from the beach and boardwalk. You really have to drive everywhere. The jitney is available as well as rideshares but you still have to travel! Also the pools close at 7. I'm not a gambler so I would've liked to be able to swim a little later

Yelp
I recently stayed at the borgata hotel and had a great time. When checking in, Fatima was so efficient and helpful. She made it a breeze to check it with the additional support we needed! I would highly recommend seeing Fatima at the front desk! She was great!

Yelp
I came here for a comedy show at the Music Box. The venue was great. It felt very intimate for a large theater. The seats were comfortable. The line for the bar was a bit long so be sure to come early if you want refreshments during your show. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Yelp
If you've never been to Atlantic City, the Borgata Hotel & Casino is pretty much AC's version of Las Vegas' Wynn Hotel. Borgata is actually owned by MGM. I came here with my parents during our AC trip. I saw online that Borgata is AC's luxury hotel so we wanted to check it out. The hotel is pretty but a lot more tame than Vegas casinos My parents love to play the slots so we all played for a good hour or so before we dined at their buffet. Nice hotel, but keep in mind this is not near the Boardwalk and other popular hotels if you're planning a trip here. You'll have to Uber or find a shuttle if you want to check this place out.

Yelp
I'd been meaning to visit this AC casino for a long time and glad we found the right time today. As expected, I enjoyed the famous glass chandeliers decorated all over the hotel and the casino. If you come for a visit, make sure you swing by the reception hall. The welcoming glass chandeliers are a nice touch, sort of classy and artsy. The casino on the ground floor has a sophistication ambiance , won't you like a nice feeling playing your cards or roulette at high end vibes? The restaurants choices are great but of course we opted for the economical buffet. Beautiful gift shops. The parking fee for a day visit is not bad. It has Large lot and easy walk to the main building. The location is far from other establishments which I believe is the goal of the builder for a concentrated gaming night. Would try to return for a stay to check on their hotel.

Yelp
So this hotel is off the strip. You need to uber to the boardwalk/strip because it's over the highway. The hotel itself was okay. Their pool and hot tub is family friendly so there are kids around. I waited for about 30 minutes trying to get a drink in the casino and never got one. They have you wave your card to get to the elevators but the guards are barely paying attention. It was okay. Not anything exciting.

Yelp
Not a good experience. Screens on many of the gaming machines and the touch function was not responsive either. Good luck getting a beer. There is a nice walking path between here and Harrah's. It is not easy to get to, and leads to all the back doors, employee entrances etc. wTF? I'm sure it was just to fill some green space requirement snd not really intended to be used. The hotel TV kept rebooting, on a positive note, shower was ok and room has a fridge.

Yelp
Been here three times. The room and casino. I enjoy it every time. Room service staff friendly.

Yelp
Spent a night in a Fiore King Room which was very decently priced on a weeknight. It's been years since I've been and I love all the new restaurant options. Our safe did lock our stuff inside with an error code so we had to call to get a locksmith but it was a very quick process. Unfortunately 3 card poker was down during the evening because they were installing new tvs so I didn't get to gamble much. Very clean and everything is also available via mobile app (check-in, room key etc) making it easier to skip check in and go straight to the room.

Yelp
Nice hotel, staff are helpful. Casino floor is clean can be smoky on weekends. Waitresses with cocktails on casino floor, do not seem to be out unless at tables. Most restaurants and buffets not open M-W. Fast food court with a few options during the day. Starbucks on site and a to go with breakfast and lunch grab and go.

Yelp
I'm not one for the gambling scene, so I can't give a comprehensive review of the establishment. If you're looking to gamble, this seems like a decent place to spend the evening. If you are not, it's ok as far as liveliness, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Boyfriend and his friends went to see [DJ] Pauly D's show at one of the buildings nearby. So there will likely be something near the hotel, if not within, to enjoy. I like the lighting of the hotel outside - it looks fancy and pretty in purple (side note: purple is one of my favorite colors, but that's not the reason I'm saying it looks pretty lol - see my photo, maybe you'll agree!). On another note, there WAS a strong smell of weed outside the hotel. I know this isn't really under the hotel's control, but just something I thought is somewhat noteworthy. The room itself is nicely furnished. Unfortunately there is no refrigerator in the room. I like the bathroom because it's separated into 3 compartments: sink and mirror; toilet; and shower. Another thing to note: A cot costs $40. (Isn't that usually complementary at hotels? Thought so, but guess I was wrong.) The mocha latte I got on the ground floor was tasty. :)

Yelp
Really like the Borgota, love the online check in. Only negatives are they need a place to eat that is affordable and the bartenders at the sports book are very rude, slow to take your drink order. Otherwise like the hotel.

Yelp
Finally, after years of wanting and trying to get to Atlantic City I was able to make it out here and was able to stay at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Man, I really, really enjoyed pretty much everything about about my experience here. Let me tell you all the things I loved: - The size of the resort itself was really large. Typically I feel like I can get bored in the resort, but I found myself walking around and constantly finding new things to look at and spend money at. -The Marketplace dining area has a coffee/cafe area that is 24 hours so I can get a coffee or light bite no matter what time. Bread + Butter is another food option located on the main floor that's open 24 hours. I will say the service was really slow, but I was happy they had options - I'm a slots player and I felt like they had a ton of different games I've not seen or played before. I really enjoyed trying (and winning, as well as losing on some) each of these games that I found. - Parking was easy. And it's only $5 and free with your players card. It wasn't difficult to find a good spot either. - I liked the security checked your hotel card to make sure you were a valid guest before letting you in your room. I enjoyed that level of safety. Some downsides -The rooms, while nice could be updated. There were no USB ports so if you have an iPhone, please bring your phone charging plugs that you need. The hallways are weirdly dark too. Like I mentioned, the rooms overall were nice, just need some modernization. -The layout of the hotel is or was odd to me. I found myself getting lost a lot. Maybe it's because the hotel is rather large? But I couldn't find what I was looking for? The layout was odd, or felt odd. -Service at places, most if not all, was slow. Really just noting this as a FYI. Figuring this is due to COVID? Not really taking this as part of how the hotel is. The biggest drawback is the distance to the boardwalk if you want to be there a lot. I had a car so it wasn't an issue so I don't really know how or what you'd do without a rental. But listen, I loved it here. This is going to be my new casino spot until I can't afford to come anymore.

Yelp
first and foremost, I gotta say this is a beautiful property and one of the largest casinos in Atlantic City... the buffet was fantastic for dinner with a lot to choose from. We stayed three nights and the room was very clean. I did feel like the slots were a little tight as I got many bonuses, but I had a hard time capitalizing on any type of profit, but that was just maybe bad luck. Here's the bad for me if you're not a smoker this place can be a little rough, they have no smoking areas but they design next to smoking areas 3 feet away so when you're in the smoking areas, you can still smell the smoke constantly my wife constantly complained how bad her hair smell at the end of the night while trying to avoid all the smoking areas
