Borgia - Milano

Dined at Borgia this evening. We had the psych menu, which is a menu the chef creates based on your personal tastes...The food was phenomenal, the wine selection was great and the waiters had a good knowledge of the wines and pairings, the service was second to none as well. The staff are very attentive and welcoming which really made it feel like a special experience. The design and art of the restaurant itself is beautiful as well. Can't recommend this place enough, whether it's for a date, looking to impress someone/business client's or just wanting to explore culinary delights paired uniquely to your tastes, then this is the place for you. Finally, the value to me is amazing. I am not familiar with dining prices in Milan, but I do know my bill this evening had it been back home in London would have cost me 4x as much, minimum. I will be visiting again that's for sure.

Wow! doesn’t have a Michelin star - but one of the best meals I ever had, I had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Wine pairing was interactive and very interesting. I had all sorts of different alcoholic beverages and they all went great with the food. Probably the best pairing I ever had.

We did 10 dishes menu, sincerely most of them don't have the enough level for the price, the best was the desserts, the worst was the beans, fungi and the artichoke had hard leaves. I wouldn't repeat despite the service is amazing, the chef seems a great person, but they need to improve this🫶

Extremely nice crew, but it didn’t save the experience. The food was served with very nice design, the intention was truly there but the food was a bit tasteless and was op light on sophisticated taste. We ordered the lamb and the fish, the zucchini and the gnocchi (the gnocchi was not bad and had sophisticated taste but, like the rest of the dishes, was lacking some sauce to balance it) If the goal is to eat hyper lean in a nice setting - this is your place.

A lovely diner at the Borgia - Milano Restaurant tonight ! The place is very modern, calm and beautiful, the personel is well prepared and very kind and the food is delicious… we loved the fact that we don’t know what’s in the menu « psyche », each plate is a surprise but they asks you some questions to know if there is some food you don’t like and they adapt the menu regarding your taste ! I can only recommend this place and the experience.

A great restaurant with a best in class service. The menu includes original dishes, some inspired by fusion italian-asian. romantic atmosphere.
