So I went to do a return on 2 aloe Vera drinks that my kids purchased, it tasted awful. It was a combination of mud and chlorine( I know it’s not his product, but he’s the one selling it) obviously the company would do him a return. One of the bottle was open and one was sealed as seen in the pic but he neglected himself to at least do the return of the sealed one. Instead he shouted”if you post, you will get yourself into trouble.” We run a small business and we do have losses but customer satisfaction in guarantee. This guy really need some PR, the worst of all wasn’t to loose $10-11 but his bad attitude and character. The guys at Los dos hermanos are so friendly, same as The casa Latina, nevertheless espiga dorada they are all friendly. Don’t bother going there having these options above. No respond needed on his behalf

Food was flavorless garbage... im itailian french and can make better mexican food.. This place was horrible to say the least.. if your going to run a business you may want to brush up on your english this guy diddnt speak a single word of English and cooked me the most random thing I've ever seen.. a burrito shouldn't be that hard🤦

**DON'T GO HERE** Worst ever customer service culture. They don't have a minimum idea on how to respecfully treat customers. If you don't want to have a bad day don't go to this place. No visiten este lugar. No saben tratar al cliente con minimo respeto. Serviciio al cliente es algo desconocido aqui.

Food was great, a must try. The flavor is outstanding.

Great selection and friendly staff. Found this hidden gem looking for something different for lunch, been back twice since! They have a full restaurant next door, you will not be disappointed. Authentic Mexican cuisine. Go go go. It's delicious.

They don’t do refunds nor exchange. They should put in the store “final sale, no exchange or refunds.” The guy is as mad as he seems. Whosoever reply is really confusing “husband dad” whats that? Google has English editing! Why have a bad PR and putting at the end about a refund when 1st place it wasn’t given. Finally, where are the pics taken posted??? Talk with evidence

Can't do business with people too lazy to answer the phone. Response from the owner: >Let me make this clear, if we don't answer the phone is not because we are lazy. It is because security issues, because other people dedicate their times to scam people like small business. Sorry for the inconvenience. >>Response back from reviewer: By your logic no businesses, or person, would answer their phone...ever. Or bother having one. Phone scammers try and victimize everyone -- business or residential. They are the bane of our existence. I appreciate the apology. I only wish it could make up for my 1/2 wasted trying to call and my wife's time and gas wasted to drive there to find out you did not stock product we were looking for...but...apology accepted because apparently you have your priorities and I won't judge them. I upped my review by 1 star -- to 2. I want to be fair.

This place sucks. I paid 17 for 4 small tacos. And they were cold..... do yourself the favor and dont go here
