Informed by cashier when arrived at bcck 5mar 2025. It is not user friendly. Many varieties of foods to choose. Big area-the whole grand ballroom + left & right located for Ramada buffet dinner. Offer different prices. Plenty of parking for clients inside & outside areas. Beautiful decoration for this occasion.

BCCK is truly outstanding! I have been here many times for conferences, events, trainings, and even just for lunch, and every visit has been exceptional. The service is immaculate - staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. The food is consistently delicious, with a wide variety and top quality. The venue itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with world-class facilities. Every experience here feels smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. A true gem in Kuching!

The place is clean, love the environment, service was great. Food is awesome. Presentation was excellent. Our server was Cik Fatin if I'm not wrong, she did a great job. Super patient with our friends from Brunei and Singapore. Anyway, great job guys & girls. You all are awesome, and thank you.

Huge indoor hall for event, function, wedding, graduation and etc, washroom is clean and well organized, provided soap dispenser, tissue dispenser, no smell and dry, a lot of sofa in lobby area, food and drink is good, price is reasonable and affordable, all is halal menu, facilities is complete and well functioned,

Buka Puasa at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, BCCK. Very huge hall. Got a lot of food, deserts, drinks and many more here. For drinks got Coke, Orange, 100 Plus, Air Bandung, Peach Tea etc hot water like Teh Tarik, Tea and Coffee. Laksa Sarawak, Dim Sum, Mee Kolok, Apam balik, Main courses Nasi Putih, Nasi Briyani, Slow Cook Chicken, Mongolian Slice Chicken, Fresh fried veges, ice cream, Kuey Tiaw, fruits got watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit etc. The environment very good, the service clearing the table very fast, the table big enough to accomodate my family. The voucher redeem also very fast and eficient. The price also affordable at the time i bought is RM77+ for adult and around RM30+ for children 5-12 years old if im not mistaken. Parking big. Got escalator right away to the hall. You must try and i wiill come again !

Clean, modern, and well-managed event space. Great facilities and friendly staff. Perfect for conferences and big events and plenty of parking. Nice and professional venue.

Went for the Asia Pacific Orchid Conference 2019. Beautiful landscaping and exhibits. Sales at the marketplace were good bargains. Parking can be a problem. Many just park at the roadside, some obstructing traffic. Would be terrific if more parking bays were available.
