First steakhouse I've been to since moving here; it was a crazy splurge for me price wise, but WAS IT WORTH IT. Everything we ate was excellent - brisket bao buns, potato puree, another little thing I cant remember the name of, a strip loin & a flank. Even the pre-dinner bread and butter was a treat. I am very picky about how rare my steak is, and they cooked it to perfection. Excellent taste and texture. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgable, and overall it was a great experience. Picking your own steak knife is cute, too.
