My family and I have ALWAYS been huge fans of Bosa Donuts since we moved to Arizona. The past couple of times that we've gone to this location, the service has been questionable. Today, i am a little disappointed by the lack of customer service and improper drive through etiquette at the Arcadia location. Pulling up to the outdoor menu, the woman taking my order acted super annoyed and rude, and had zero respect when talking to customers (both myself and the man behind me, who was just trying to order a sandwich , and it was probably his first time there by the sound of it). Once I got to the window, the woman asked for my payment, and having been there multiple times, I usually tip and always plan on tipping. This time, I paid with card and the Ipad was taken before I could choose a tip option. Which, most people wouldn't mind, but i find that a little strange. I'll be curious to see what the final charge is when the statement posts in my account.
Bottom line, this is my first review on yelp ever, and if your service is not what it's supposed to be to the point that it pushes someone to download yelp, you need to do better. Having worked in food service myself, I know how stressful it can be to run an establishment like this, but there isn't an excuse to not be polite to your customers. Bosa, I highly recommend either giving your employees a training session on proper customer service skills, or finding new employees because we hold you to a high standard. If it had been any worse, you would've lost a family of loyal customers who really love your restaurant.
