The coffee here is genuinely delicious, BUT apparently ordering more than one flavor is treated like a crime. All I wanted was a simple caramel hazelnut coffee on my lunch break, but the woman taking my order made sure to repeatedly (and rudely) 'clarify' it four times, complete with a nasty look on her face. When I asked for a LARGE, she condescendingly corrected me that their sizes are 16oz and 24oz. I ended up switching to the 16oz just to avoid giving them more money, only to be overcharged. Here's the kicker, I paid more in person for a 16oz with two flavors than I regularly do for a 24oz with three flavors through doordash. Make that make sense. I work 12 hour shifts, and this was the first time I decided to stop in instead of ordering online. Honestly, I regret it. The coffee is great, but the customer service is shockingly rude, judgmental, and unwelcoming. Why treat paying customers with such hostility? This is the last time I'll be giving this company my money. This happened at their store on pinnacle peak. My family loves to get donuts from the Lake Pleasant location, sad to see that good customer service is not an important factor for Bosa.
