Big Oomp Studio Kitchen - Review - SWAT - Atlanta - The Infatuation
"Big Oomp, from Atlanta’s legendary Big Oomp Records label, has gone from making smash hits to great smashburgers in his Big Oomp Kitchen in SWATs. The burger joint spotlights his music roots with a huge pair of decorative headphones, record plaques from Oomp’s career, and R&B and hip-hop pouring from the speakers.
And the menu names pay homage to Atlanta, with options like the AUC Burger and the Grady Baby. But you're here for the star of the show: the Big Oomp Burger with two crispy-edged beef patties that tastes like they're fresh off the grill, lettuce, pickles, american cheese, and a tangy secret sauce. We also like their crunchy whole wings, speckled with tangy lemon pepper rub, which make a good starter.

Food Rundown
The Big OOMP Burger
This is the namesake burger for a reason. You'll need both hands to hold it, and the crackly-edged meat sits between buttery toasted buns. It's loaded with pickles, onions, creamy BOSK sauce, tomatoes and lettuce.

Whole Wings
No need to participate in the drums vs. flats wars. This spot sells crispy whole fried wings. The lemon pepper is light on the seasoning but has just enough citrus kick to make them worth an order.

Egg Roll Trio
You can skip this one. They're a bit bland and seem like they were fried too long.
Brussel Sprouts
The brussels sprouts are a solid starter or side. They're tossed in a sauce that adds a hint of sweetness." - Jacinta Howard
