BOSSA Sandwicheria Prêt à manger

I did a review over a year ago for the Bossa Wellington location and gave it a full 5 stars, so when I noticed they had a spot at Time Out Market, I didn’t even hesitate to eat here again. It felt like the perfect chance to see if the quality and experience still held up after all this time. We ordered two porchetta sandwiches — the classic version and the one topped with rapini. Both were very good, packed with flavour, and made with the same attention to detail I remember, but the original still stands as the true OG. There’s just something about the simplicity, seasoning, and texture that makes it hard to beat. What impressed me most was the consistency. The sandwiches tasted just like they did at the Wellington location, which says a lot about how well they maintain their standards across different spots. The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient, even with the busier food-hall environment. Everything came out fresh, warm, and exactly as ordered. While I still prefer the cozy neighbourhood vibe of the Wellington location, I’m very happy with the food here and would easily come back for another sandwich. Solid experience overall.

I got the porchetta sandwich warm. It's generous in portion size. I think two people could split it with a harty healthy salad and call that lunch. Really good price point for what you get. The flavors work well and the bun held up until the end. Everything has a good portion in the sandwich, so you don't feel like you're missing out on something. The line can get long and crazy at 12pm. So go early or late, if you want to cut down on being in a long line.

Bossa never ceases to amaze me with their quality of sandwiches as well as their prices. To top it off, their staff is very professional and very kind, they truly put their customers first. Corey from the Time Out location is truly a man of his word. His sandwiches are the best and his hospitality is top notch, and he deserves success at this company! I should honestly become part share holder in this comp at given how many times I come here 🤣

I loved it, tuna filling was flavorful Took a bit of time to be served but was surprised with the size of the sandwich, I had it for 2 meals 😅

I’m editing the score, as I went back to this branch this weekend and the moment I told them I had e bad experience they tried to compensate it with a sandwich on the house!! This time it was perfect as usual! Ioved the fact that they are so considerate!! Previous review: I love the food, not in this branch though! The staff doesn’t know how to wrap a sandwich! You can see the picture how the sandwich is messy and even messier when you wanted to eat it!

BOSSA is undefeated! Best sandwhiches ever! There isn't a bad sandwhich on the menu. Especially this location. The sandwhiches are always on point and the staff are the most friendly! Shout out to Corey who always puts a smile on our faces and provides top-notch service. 10/10 times, i'm choosing BOSSA... 🔥💥

Amazing sandwiches. Highly recommend the Philly hoagie and the Cutlet 2.0. Very busy at lunch time and a bit hard to find if you're not familiar with it, but well worth the wait.

Ordered the eggplant sandwich and it was tasty!! The bread was nicely toasted and crispy. The eggplant and veggies were well seasoned. The sandwich was big (for me) so I could only finish half of it!! I would definitely come back here again or maybe try the other Bossa location next time!!

Inside this bustling food court, Bossa was one of the places that stood out because of its wide variety of sandwiches to choose from. They all seemed really good, i ended up ordering the Cutlet 2.0 . The sandwich was really delicious. It was packed with lots of different ingredients. Chicken, hot sauce, peppers, lettuce tomato, and it all meshed together well. My friend had a chicken Parmesan sandwich and it also looked just as good. The cashier was also really helpful to us as we spoke English and she was mainly speaking French. This is always a welcome accommodation and much appreciated.

Outstanding sandwich shop. Seems to be influenced by the Italian delis and sandwich shops in Philadelphia. I had the Porchetta with Rapini. One of the best sandwiches I've had. An incredible collection of ingredients coming together to make one magnificent bite after another. Fresh bread with a soft inside and slightly crispy crust which is supersaturated in oil making each bite bursting with savoriness. There are caramelized onions which add more savoriness and mild sweetness. The coleslaw slaw and rapini add some acidity and bitterness. Finally the porchetta adds even more savoriness and some fattiness. It's a sandwich that can easily put you to sleep. Staff was accommodating and service was one of the quickest in the food court.
