Boss's Slow Smoked BBQ

Fantastic barbeque! Wonderful fall-apart moist and delicious pulled pork, tasty fall-apart rib tips and great spicy hot links. The baked beans were hot and delicious, the cole slaw was cold and crispy, and the collard greens were just perfect. A great find, located in a mini-mall, indoor dining with nice interior, no fountain drinks, only canned and bottled drinks. Good fast service. Two BBQ sauces were on our table; sweet and spicy. I look forward to trying their catfish next!

Went in to grab some lunch. My first time going to this restaurant. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. I placed my order and waited about 15 minutes. The food came out and I went home to enjoy! The food was delicious! Thanks and I will be back! 😊

We were looking for new place to eat and my boyfriend came across this bbq place and it the best I've ever had the food Omg was delicious the portions was awesome the taste . And the collard greens was to dye for .. and the rib tips I love it was falling off the bone 😍 The customer service was excellent. Seeing all the photos of when they first started to now was great . And the Boss sweet tea was so good !!! We definitely be back for More . I'll give this location and food 10 stars ⭐️

Great food. You know your going to get great BBQ when the sauce comes on the side the ribs were seasoned and smoked really well the Mac and cheese was a hit. The chicken was great and the pulled pork sandwich was good. Sauce was on the side to be honest the food was so tasty didn't need it I dipped my bread in it though. The workers are nice I will definitely be back when I have my BBQ craving! It was so good I only got one picture.

The price is good . The Riblets tasted good but not crispy , we asked for no sauce .Chicken quarter was not good . Way too much sauce and didn’t taste bbqed Hot link was ok but dry and way over cooked and again smothered in the sauce . The Cobbler is actually a bread pudding topped by canned peaches and extremely sweet .

Great BBQ if you want to eat authentic BBQ but don’t want to cook it this is the place to go. Serving sizes are per weight you can also get free water. This is an authentic BBQ place in Las Vegas. Also amazing story behind the business.

If your a meat love this is the place. Ordered Brisket 1lb. Nice smoke ring great taste, almost melted in you mouth. Mama's Mac and Cheese was very good taste home mad. Greens are also very good, was worried they were going to be salty. My BFF order Tried Tip, did not eat and sweet potatoes candied yams? done to perfection some of the best if not the best tastong. In side is Small maybe seats 14. So think pickup

Fortunately I was recommended here from a close friend. From the min you walk in you can smell the aroma of smoked meats ☺️ It’s amazing. Juicy pulled pork, fresh baked beans, and hot and yummy Mac and cheese. Don’t sleep on this place.
