Beautiful home. Hardwood floors, large windows, tiled bathrooms, and gorgeous craftsmanship throughout. My neighbors could not have been better, and I was heartbroken when I had to move due to taking a job out of town. The landlord is gracious and attentive when asked for assistance. I am grateful that I found this hidden gem in the heart of San Antonio.

One of the best places I’ve lived! Ben is a great dude all around and cares about his tenants. I had some awesome neighbors that made me feel right at home, but the whole community was friendly. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience living at BC! The community is great, and Ben really cares about each tenant. All of the headaches I’ve had with large management companies in the past disappeared with Ben. Communication is very straightforward, yet caring. The living spaces are built very well. You can tell that Ben thinks about what is best for his tenants and the city of San Antonio. I hope to partner with his company again in the future!
