Scheduled pickup times are meaningless, 2 hour wait in line, and they don’t answer their phone.
For Thanksgiving, I ordered a scheduled pickup online as I wanted to spare my family the mess and emotions of having to prepare the meal. But I couldn’t remember if I ordered a hot or cold meal, and the receipt/confirmation email didn’t indicate either way. I called this location’s listed number and option 1 to speak to rep; the lack of an answer was concerning. I drove to the location 2 hours before expected to at least make sure they had the order, only to discover the long line and that it didn’t matter if you had a scheduled pickup time. While waiting in line we discovered they ran out of boneless Turkey breast, which indicates they didn’t stock for what people ordered. It appears they did the same practice as Delta Airlines, where they overbook and turn people away when everything is taken. If it weren’t for my wonderful wife’s backup planning, Thanksgiving would have been ruined.
Sorry folks, but the one star reviews are well-earned. I do feel sorry for their associates who had to endure angry customers, this is clearly bad management!
