The food was dry especially to mac and cheese like it had been out since this morning. I asked her to changed it out and give me fresh in place of . She said she did but when I got home I could have spit NAILS. It was the same dried food I took pictures of it She was rude the manager the manager was rude. I paid my money and I deserve to get better service . Never will enter that location again . And the people I know said they want as well.

This is the last year we will be using BM for Thanksgiving dinner. I am so disappointed. I ordered pre-cut meat that would just need microwaved because we weren't going to be at the house... Instead I got a whole turkey and ham that require an oven because they are still frozen, and they tried to short me a pie. Happy Thanksgiving. I'll never eat here again... The stuffing was soggy. The gravy was as thin as soup broth. The oven bag was missing for the ham. The frozen turkey took longer than 90 minutes to reheat. The Mac and cheese pasta was little broken bits rather than spiral noodles. The artichoke dip was runny. The pecan pie crust looks half eaten already. Never, ever again...

This place has no idea how to deal with a line, 25 min to get through 3 people?? 7 people working that I've seen and only 2 people at the front counter. Half a chicken is only 2 baby pieces? What do you guys use? Cornish game hens? Mac and cheese is all coagulated... Gross.

When did you all switch to instant mashed potatoes?? Why was Turkey eliminated from the menu?? I’m only giving 2 stars because the cornbread was still good. Won’t be back.

This is the third time I've been in the mood for Boston Market and it was closed with a note on the door. Don't like to post negative comments but this is getting ludicrous. Figured I'd let others know.

Scheduled pickup times are meaningless, 2 hour wait in line, and they don’t answer their phone. For Thanksgiving, I ordered a scheduled pickup online as I wanted to spare my family the mess and emotions of having to prepare the meal. But I couldn’t remember if I ordered a hot or cold meal, and the receipt/confirmation email didn’t indicate either way. I called this location’s listed number and option 1 to speak to rep; the lack of an answer was concerning. I drove to the location 2 hours before expected to at least make sure they had the order, only to discover the long line and that it didn’t matter if you had a scheduled pickup time. While waiting in line we discovered they ran out of boneless Turkey breast, which indicates they didn’t stock for what people ordered. It appears they did the same practice as Delta Airlines, where they overbook and turn people away when everything is taken. If it weren’t for my wonderful wife’s backup planning, Thanksgiving would have been ruined. Sorry folks, but the one star reviews are well-earned. I do feel sorry for their associates who had to endure angry customers, this is clearly bad management!

The food was good and service was quick. Employees were impatient with my order (my first time there), since I was trying to figure out what they had. The employees were messing around a lot and joking loudly about how there was no manager and what they could get away with. Well, I I'll tell you the tables could have used some cleaning, the silverware was completely out. Also had to ask for napkins. They aren't out. I decided not to bother looking at the restroom. Verdict is out whether we'll return to this Boston Market. The accompanying reviews say outlook not good. I also noticed that several of the 5 star reviews use identical language. Suspicious?

I would give a zero stars if I could. I ordered online delivery 2 individual meals. 1 half chicken and 1 half white chicken. I received 2 half chicken meals. The chicken was so burnt and disgusting I wouldn't feed it to an animal let alone eat it myself. I called and spoke to Eric the manager and the best he could do is have the general manager call me tomorrow. What am I supposed to do for dinner tonight? I told Eric that he should be embarrassed to send out chicken that looks like this! You have definitely lost a customer! Mary
