Boston Market

This was a horrible meal. They were out of most things during dinner service! The corn bread was burnt and flat, tasted horrible! The portions were like kids meals. Worst meal I've ever had there! We threw out half our food because it was over cooked.

I normally do not complain but your company provided me such a nasty experience on Thanksgiving that I haven't seen from any other company. I was dumbfounded by how poorly managed this place has become. I ordered my food days in advance and was given time to pick it up. I expected to have to wait a little while because I figured it would be busy but what I saw was ridiculous. Your company had the audacity to make two separate long lines to take orders & complete them from people just ordering at the time. While not completing the orders that were done in advance. The orders done in advance should have been ready to go. They had nothing ready. People who ordered ahead were waiting up to 3 hours in line. I was told I can cancel my order with a I don't care attitude. All while they continue to fill new orders ahead of preorders. Greedy! Some stayed desperate because most places were closed. I left and had to figure out how to get food. I was lucky enough to find another place still open that was busy but managed correctly. Ordered multi turkey dinners waited about 20mins and they brought it out to my car. It was also not expensive. Boston Market almost ruined my Thanksgiving. This was very disappointing and unacceptable especially when there are other places that can do it just fine. There is a level of trust that companies should have to be able to offer such important Holiday meals and Boston Market does NOT deserve that trust. I not only blame the managers but also the owner & corporate. This appears to be an issue in many locations.

Putting salad dressing container on top of my salad isn't hygienic. Definitely reporting it to the authorities.

had the prime rib. parmesan corn (seasonal-AMAZING btw). mashed potatoes w/gravy. everything was very good. (prime rib surprisingly since this is boston market 🤔) the manager George was so polite. had a sense of humor as we walked in. great guy he walked around and asked everybody in the restaurant if everything was ok and no complaints were made. will return again due to his genuine personality. great job George!

This place should honestly close. They were out of half of the items I ordered with no sign or warning. When given my food, items were missing. Items I did receive were in random containers, not proper sizes(given two smalls due to no large containers). I told the man I didn’t get my corn bread with my meals, and his response was we are out of it(didn’t tell me when I was ordering). I said okay but it comes with the meal, so do I get something else instead, and his response was “I didn’t charge you extra for it.” I explained yes but it’s included with the meal price, and we got no where, so I left frustrated. Never going back. Edit: I changed my two star to one star. When we brought the food home, it was very watery and inedible. The sauce also had an expired date on it. We threw all of the food away due to being scared of getting sick, and my husband is going to go back tomorrow and demand a refund. Do not go here.

For the second time I placed an order. So sad. They had no corn. No string beans. No cornbread. They didn't even have the lids for their trays. No stuffing. This was Friday and you have no stuffing with your chicken? You should close the store if you don't have the food that you charged me for on your menu.

I was greeted by the kindest staff member named Buffalo at Boston Market. I came in close to closing time but he still helped me with my order and went above and beyond to get a full roast chicken. It was delicious and packed with flavor, one of the many reasons why I keep coming back :) thank you for the great food and excellent service!

Had a coupon for pot pies. When I got there they were cooking as everyone was using the coupons. Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a nice conversation with them which made the wait time seem shorter. Took the pot pies home and they were excellent. Lots of gravy and large chunks of chicken and veggies. Will definitely go back!
