Boston Market

This was my first time trying this location since it was on my way home. The food seemed okay at first but when I tried the sweet potatoes it was super sour like it was spoiled. This is under new management they really need to try their food before serving or selling it to their customers. I’ll definitely never comeback here again.

This Boston Market before it closed their food was great. They opened again under New Management and I was excited but recently I bought food and it doesn't taste the same. The chicken is dry, the mash potatoes, and macorini and cheese don't have any flavor. Also the Apple pie i didn't like. Disappointed. I won't be going back.

How do you change the formula of the food just because of new management? It’s a CHAIN FRANCHISE. The new formula is DISGUSTING. The mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole used to be my favorite. They’re flavorless now! It’s legit Gerber baby food now.

Chicken is dry, corn has no flavor, mashed potato taste like instant, and gravy doesn’t taste the same (too thick). Boston market fell off. Wasted money on food Update : they charged my card again for the same amount.. will do a chargeback.

Bad, just really bad. Dirty front entrance. Dingy run down looking place. Dim lighting. Bad food. Used a coupon. Stale cornbread. Macaroni and Cheese was very salty. Creamed Spinach & baby back ribs tasted old even though most of the spinach was recently placed. Ok sweet potatoes and better mashed potatoes. The Chicken Cordon Blue was decent. Over priced despite coupon. Horrible vending machine with no ice and warm or stale drinks. Didn't use bathroom. Ok parking. Bad food server. Was very pushy. Very disappointed 1 star.

A store with lots of things for school, home, pets, holidays and more. I finished gathering my son's school supplies!!!💪✨️😎thank you🙏🌞💯

The food is good but they been having a strong smell since 2 weeks ago smells like rotten animals so disgusting they need to fix that I wouldn't even eat here anymore till they clean these trash that is smelling soo nasty 🤭🤭🤭

The staff are VERY friendly an food is to be expected- Chicken is great but their cesare salad is NOT their strong point lol. Writing this review in hopes the manager sees it and buys them a new flag. Their flag is tattered and torn. Not a good look for our American flag.

I should've known when I walked in there and it looked shut down to just walk right out. By far the worst Boston market I've ever had. Chicken is extremely dry and hard. Mac & cheese is so bland, dry and nasty. Sweet potato casserole literally looks and taste like baby food. I don't think I've ever been this disappointed with a meal.

Absolutely the worst I've ever had . The chicken had some greasy slimy texture. The Mac and cheese was soupy and sour, the soda was flat. Didn't want to try the rest of my meal so I returned it immediately. Only positive thing was the staff was pleasant. New owners they say. Won't ever stop in there again. I would give it less than a star but app won't allow .

I've been a customer for a long time, this past thanksgiving our order was horrible, I thought maybe they're overwhelmed with the orders so I'll give them another chance, bad mistake. The food is even worse. Mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes were horrible. That's it for us. We'll go somewhere else and we'll never set foot at this place again.

This is a late review seeing how the store has already been permanently closed, but yelp reminded me I had not written about it yet. Food looked watered down, which is weird to save the lease. Chicken was fine, but all the side orders looked as if they were sitting in oil. Not surprised to hear this location closed down.

Food is completely inedible! And when you try to call to let them know no one picks up the phone. This place needs to close down ASAP. You guys are going to get somebody sick. I am 8 months pregnant and I'm terrified to even touch the chicken because of how gross the sides are. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY

Probably the best fast food restaurant. Always enjoy the meat loaf. Sides of macaroni and cheese and spinach were tasty. Good parking and friendly service. Four prices.

Got the meal with the chicken , Mac & cheese & sweet potato casserole. Tastes good! Been here quite a few times for pick up and tastes good every time. Only complaint is that the workers aren't so friendly. Makes you not wanna come back ... they really need to work on customer service. It's a turn off when you get rude workers for no reason.

On their menu board inside the store the price for the Meatloaf dinner with 2 sides is priced at $8.99. Why am I being charged for an additional 70 cents for my 2 sides? What 2 sides are included then??????? Sneaky and deceptive. Also almost everytime I goin to this location they always try and sneak in the upsized order ? I always have to make them remove it at the register. I think this place is run by a scammer. Not getting my business anymore.

A total disaster. I ordered a Thanksgiving catering service 2 weeks before and they made me wait 3 hours to deliver my order. I arrived at 2:00 pm to pick up my order and I found a mega line outside the store to pick up my order. There was another mega line for people who ordered at the time and gave priority to that line over those who were only going to withdraw. When I made my complaint to the mananer she only told me "If you want to be upset, I can not do anything". In short, a total disaster, poor organization, poor quality of service, poor service.

I've always loved this place and MOST of the time the staff is amazing. Unfortunately, the have a manager named Dawn. What an awful person. I work in the food industry and she def shouldnt be in. Not only was she rude to the employees but she was a complete BITCH to me. First time I've eveer used a swear word In a review. Unless this condescending so called manager is gone than, they lost our family as customers. And we have been going there since day 1!

Back in the day this was a good spot; not sure what has happened and how they keep their doors open but for god's sake clean the windows they are gross. This is my 2nd time returning because the first wasn't all that bad but now I'm seriously regretting going back. Meatloaf or was it? Not sure what is in this meat so shame on me for not sticking to the turkey. And as a rule if your serving food if it looks bad maybe not offer it up to the consumer. Just random thoughts of a former fan of this location now I won't return. Fix it or close it.

This new ownership has its obvious punishments on its customers The people that work there could care less and the owner who stands by the register with their give your money look also doesn't care The sides are so gross looking and they charge more for creamed spinach that looks like puke Please realize Boston Market has been taken over by owners that just know cha Ching North Arlington stay away I will no longer go here please just look at their sides

Ah, two stars.... Makes sense now. Worst Boston Market in the world. Dry dry dry! Terrible food, employees that could care less about being there.

Don't expect credit cards didn't have bread for sandwiches and very filthy service is horrible and workers are rude

I've gone back in order to leave an honest review. I waited to see if any of the little things I saw wrong would be addressed. Unfortunately they were not. Sometimes the food is fresh and you luck out. You aren't coming here to have your mind blown by a gastronomic experience. It's fast food at the end of the day. However, sometimes the food is bland and dry. Half the time the servers give off the impression that you are imposing on their day. They are dry and have next to no personality. If management addressed the staff issue they would get the third star, then they could address the food quality. ENJOY???

Absolutely the worlds worst service ever possibly the worst experience in a Boston market ever. We went to eat we ordered sandwiches and the the girl behind the counter refuse serve us because she was to lazy to get the bread from the back. The place is totally filthy too to bottom and keep in mind I am a semi regular but never again will I step back into that place

Terrible. No one would even eat the corn. It was rubber and had a bad taste. No one liked their meal. First and last time at this location.

Wow, the prices are high, 14.29 for a half of chicken! First of all, it wasn't a chicken, it was a Cornish hen. Second of all, it was so dry I almost choked. What happened to the cornbread??? It's now a quarter the size and again, dry as a bone. I will never go to the once juicy chicken Boston market again. I hate when I walk out of a food place and feel like they're laughing at the customers for paying for the bad food.

This was my first visit to Boston Market and on Thanksgiving day. It was crowded, long queues outside the shop. I got my number after waiting for an hour. My husband and I got 2 thanksgiving platter, each with one meat, 2 sides and a slice of a pie. Meal 1 - I got turkey breast with mac & cheese and green beans. It was delicious. It had 5-6 slices of turkey breast. The slices were not too thick nor too thin. Meal 2 - My husband got half chicken, vegetable stuffing and mashed potatoes with gravy. Chicken and both sides were delicious. We both got apple pie as they ran out of pecan pie slices. It was a good pie but very sweet. We had a great Thanksiving lunch together :)

Not very happy with this location anymore. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered a quarter white chicken meal but I was served HALF a quarter chicken. Perhaps they have new management, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The manager served my food while speaking to an employee and was clearly spitting as he talked. I told him can you stop speaking and make another place and he lost it. He started arguing in what I believe was suppose to be english but I couldnt tell. If i could give no stars i would.

absolutely disgusting and filthy. gave them the benefit of doubt because it was 9:30, and they're tryin to get out by closing without having done any more work than needed. . while I was waiting for my food, a guy dressed in street clothes on his phone, walks in, and makes his way behind the counter. My order was being put together when the young lady fixing my order called out for something at least a dzn times with no response. Guy behind counter starts talking to guy who walked behind counter and they start surfing through their phones, laughing and speaking in Arabic . I'm in there a total of 17min waiting while these two jerkoffs are chatting it up. Lady manager who was calling for what my order lacked, finally turns to open safe , takes out money , folds it and puts it in her pocket and says "goodnight, your stuff should be out and one of these guys will take care of it"....she was referring to the nail biter going thru IG with his buddy. Finally someone come out from the back, and she stops to talk to the guys while they're talking , then the guy who walked in from outside attempts to portion out my order...WTF?!?? Not in uniform, never washed his hands, toyed with money and dirty phones and now hesgonna try to serve me food? GTFOH Steam tables in complete disarray , place filthy. I get home and in my mashed pot found thread from rag they were wiping down counter area and between hot pans of heated food in the steam table. . I am contacting every possible authority with complaints of poor practice. They will have an unexpected visit I assure you . This place tops the most disgusting eateries. Employees on their cellphones while they have the two elderly women doing all the work. Smh This place needs to start over

Pros: parking, decent rotisserie chicken and meat loaf, caters for all your holiday needs, opens on thanksgiving, xmas and new year day but serving holiday menu with holiday pricing, fountain drink and live their sweet tea, love their side others like red bliss potatoes, Mac & cheese, mixed veggies, options for low carbs diet, bring your receipts within the same Saturday of your visit and it's buy one meal with the second meal free. Cons: busy during dinner time, one bathroom stall for each gender (God forbids someone takes forever in the bathroom, the waiting line begins), the place gets dirty quickly. People eat and leave their plates and trash on the tables/floor. Workers clean the trash off the tables but crumbs and greasy oil stains are left on the seats and on the floors. Hope they clean thoroughly before closing, otherwise, Mickey and Minnie Mouse will visit often. Most times, I order the food to go.

It's the worst Boston Market I've ever been to. It's dirty, unkept, and nasty. It looks like it's being run by a family and they are in need of help. If you see this, please clean your store. I can't believe I just ate there but I was desperate and had to rush. It's a disrespect to food.

Terrible. Employees have an attitude and they treat the customers like crap. They are very rude and they rush you to order. No manners. Sad as the place use to be good now it's just a dump. I will not return. Time to close the doors.

Decided to test out the new online ordering feature that Boston Market is advertising. It may work in some places, but not this location. Four workers and they can't handle three people in line. My order was not ready at the stated arrival time. They handled all the walk ins and I had to wait. I ordered a chicken soup while I waited and it was cold. That's besides the point though. What's the point of ordering online if they first do everything when you get there. It kind of defeats the purpose. I hope Boston Market figures out a better way to hold these individual restaurants accountable because otherwise the bad eggs will drag down the good.

When I came here with my family it was first hard to find a place to sit as the tables were not cleared off (dirty plates left and tables had food on them/weren't wiped off). When we cleaned one off we sat in a booth finally and ate our food after we ordered. Disappointed as we had kids in our party that there wasn't a family bathroom nor a Baby station in the woman's restroom. Also found there were no toilet seat covers and that the toilet was clogged by brown paper; had hoped that the staff would of did a bathroom check and cleaned up abit but the garbage even was overflowing. Overall besides cleanliness the food was good and our order was correct.

Think twice before placing an online order. The manager here is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. He barked at me that they don't take credit cards on online orders. So why do they have a space allotted to take them genius? I got a confirmation that it was ready and I show up and they never received it. I decided to order in store, but this guy's idea of a large mac n cheese was a kid's sippy cup.... for $4.29. Are you kidding me? Never again.

This joint had super easy parking!! Service was pretty fast. The food was fresh and not reheated. I got a free sample of apple pie. While dining in one of the male workers gave me some extra napkins! Not sure if he genuinely cared about my messy BBQ getting all over my pretty sexy stop and shop t-shirt or if he just thought I was super seductive eating my sloppy sandwich like a starving pig. Doesn't matter it was a nice little touch. Way to reach beyond the stars my little franchise dwellers!! PS the chocolate cake was amazing!

Ordered online. They were 6 cornbreads and 1 Mac and cheese short of what they were supposed to deliver.

Horrible. Bought the meal for 3. Chicken was smaller than a pigeon. Stuffing so dry - inedible. The only good thing about the meal was the corn bread.

Can't go wrong with Boston Market! Service was good, I went on a Saturday with my niece and ordered 2 meals and was given the BOGO sale so I was very HAPPY with that!!

I think the geriatrics bus crashed here. Other than that i go here for the chicken and steamed vegetables, oh yeah and the mashed potatoes! The service is quick, gotta love that!

I think the only thing trying is the cooked apples and corn bread. Everything else is tasteless and under seasoned like the meatloaf and the chicken is blah and dry super dry. The mash is runny and the veggies are super super dried up , ewwww the pot pies the crust is under cooked and the filling is soupy no meat just soupy raw dough mess.

This is one of my favorite to-go places. It is right down the street from my daughter's dance school so after class we just drive over, park in the parking lot, and try to beat the dinner crowd to the register. We also go with one of the family meal plans. Service is usually fast. The staff packs up my order quickly, we pay, and are back in our car in a matter of minutes. Super easy, affordable, and healthier dinner option for busy families.

The lady who took our order was pleasant . The cashier who I am almost positive is the manager , was not. No greeting from him, when I said hi to him I got no answer. When my son said hi to him , no answer. After I paid for my food ( which was too expensive in my opinion ) I said thank you and I got no response . His customer service skills are poor and make me dissatisfied with my experience. I was surprised that the fountain drink did not come with my meal like most places. Besides the food being over priced , my number one reason for my bad review is your very own managers lack of customer service skills.

Zero stars! So upset that I was served raw chicken. Please see the photos. I returned it and got a refund. The manager said it just wasn't well done. It just wasn't cooked!

I give it three stars because it's the traditional Boston Market. The food average, just remember to go around dinner time or early lunch because it will be more fresh. I think they should to clean the dining area more often. They were helpful like bringing your plates to the table if your dining in.

I've been coming to this place for a while now the guy who cuts the chicken gave me the biggest attitude when i came in and order 4 whole chickens. He started throwing the trays around. I think it was very unprofessional.

Worst service. Ordered a family that's supposed to be 1 and 1/2 chicken. Gave me only one whole chicken!!!! Even gave me the smallest chicken

The food taste like cardboard and the customer service is mediocre at best. I don't recommend this place, don't waste your money.

If you've been to Boston Market before, you know what's available. I had no problems here ordering a half chicken meal. The service was prompt and courteous.

This isn't your typical Boston Market, the owners seem to really care and it resonates with the staff. If they are out of something, they will cook it it up fresh. You never have to worry about going in at 9pm and getting the bottom of the batch. There aren't garbage cans because the staff clears your table. Eating on actual plates is also a nice touch. I have been here a few times and the best story to show how respectful they are was on a Saturday afternoon, an elderly couple with walkers came in. After they ordered their food, the staff escorted them to a table, held out the chair to make sure they were comfortable. Not only was their food brought to the table, their drinks were made and brought over too. Awesome!

This place is disgusting. I will never step foot in here again. The people running it clearly have no standards at all. 6 people were working when we came in and not one of them could pick up a broom and sweep the floors or clean the tables? This place used to be fine, but I guess it's gone down hill since a few years ago (the last time I was here). Every inch of the DINING ROOM needs cleaning, I shudder to think of what the kitchen must be like. Awful... just don't.

I ordered the 2 for $20. Plus 1 kids meal. I was grossly over charged. Also, I asked for the senior discount, which I did get. However, they charged everything individually. To add insult to injury, I ordered the new Brussels sprouts and was charged a surcharge. They were terrible.

Ordered the chicken ceaser salad one other customer and still there was confusion and when I got home there was no salad dressing on the salad or on the side and the salad was meh! Haven't been here for years and will never bother to go back.

If I could give cero starts I would do it! My BF and I ate last night there and the guy in the back was pushing to get the half dark chicken which we both fell into his suggestion! No wonder why he was pushing that chicken as "special" probably because it was bad!! Both my boyfriend and I got sick, throwing up all night! NEVER AGAIN!!! Stay away from this please

Clean place decent food but the food was just luke warm,needs to be a little hotter,may be there wasn't enough water on the steam table.
