Walked in and was greeted by very friendly staff. Clean restaurant, ample parking. The food was better than I remembered.

I always thought they only sold like smoked hams or something so I never went in. I decided to order out from their and give it a try. Was pleasantly surprised. Food was hearty and filling. Prices were decent. I had ordered 2 chicken pot pies but they didnt have it in time for the delivery driver. The staff was very kind and gave me a turkey meal as compensation. Overall great food and professional staff.

The food here is ok. It's a chain. Their pricing is really reasonable and the portions are insane. If your looking for a quick family meal and only have 20 bucks this is the place I would go. Employees are pretty nice and they are generous with the plating. Parking never an issue and great for take out. Their corn bread is pretty damn good too!

Now I know I shouldn't base my review off of one bad experience. Granted, I live close to the location and go there often. Always nice customer service, great serving portions, and good over all. But I ate there recently and the turkey had a funny taste, later that day I got completely sick, as well as my family members that ate the same thing. I'm hoping that this was a one time thing, but I might not eat there for a little time. Once again, it is still a good establishment, maybe it was a slight hiccup.

First, I'm going to start by saying that I hope the guy that picked my entrees out washed his hands because he sure didn't have any gloves on while doing it. I'm going pretend, and hope that he did because I couldn't take my eyes off of that. I worked fast food in my junior high/high school days for five years, and we always wore gloves while serving on the food line, but maybe Boston Market has different rules? It has been over a decade since I have been to Boston Market, so I anticipated my visit of this location. Yes, the food was good, but I was overall disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. They may have just finished rush hour, but the tables in the dinning area were very nasty like they have not been cleaned off period, and some still had takeout containers on them for at least 10 minutes; maybe longer! The tray that my food was placed on was disgusting like it was just taken off the table and given to me. I ignored that because it was not touching my food, but I did avoid touching the inner portion completely because I wasn't sure if it was clean. No, I will not give a low rating because I enjoyed the food and the customer hospitality was great, and these minor things that I mentioned are easy fixes. I do have high expectations on restaurants in areas like Skokie, where the socioeconomic status is not low, and this location did not meet those expectations. I will end this by saying yes, I am sure that I will return, but that will be a few months from now or maybe a year. Enjoy!

It was okay at best. The wait was about 10-15 minutes with only one person in front of me. The corn bread was delicious but the food was lacking in flavor. First and only time I will eat here. Not worth the price they charge.

This Boston Market always treats me well. The food is consistently delicious, it is great quality every time. I almost always get the chicken salad sandwich, a well baked french roll filled with a perfectly seasoned salad of rotisserie chicken, mayo and celery with lettuce and tomatoes. There are lots of options for sides which I'm sure are just as good as the chicken. The cornbread is honestly the best I've had. It had a great crunchy crust while soft and chewy inside. Eat here, you won't regret it.

Friendly and patient service, especially with the elderly couple in front of us that had apparently never had sliced turkey breast in their lives. Good, not great food, but better than other chicken places and way better than burger and taco place.
