Boston Market

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! NO ONE'S HERE! I placed an order online (before 6pm) last Wednesday to pick up for dinner on my way home. Site said it was open and site took my order and charged my card. I get to the store and the door is locked and no workers and no visible food inside. The lights are on, and my name was even on the order board inside! No one on location or at the corporate number is answering the phones and there's no voicemail to ask for a callback. Filing a claim with my bank to get my money back!

This is the second time that I have been here . This small peice of chicken that looks as if it should be on a kids' meals. The manager needs to show the employees how to cut a quarter leg. They are also always out of stuff. The first time, they didn't have the type of chicken I wanted plus no chicken was ready at the time, so we had to wait. Today the store didn't have any drinks , was out of the type of chicken that I wanted and for the second time , my portion of meat when I open up my tray is like a leg. This is bad management at its finest. I will be calling the corporate office.

Every year have been eating food from Boston market at WC abs somehow am stuck in this place for its quality and good service ! Love the turkey plate and the Mashed potatoes with Mac & Cheese..... it’s one of the best I could have to be thankful of :) Simply loved the pecan pie and can’t have enough to say that ....

Arrived an hours before the scheduled closing time to find no one there and the doors locked. However they were nice enough to leave the hand written note saying they were open still hanging on the door.

The general manager at this store is phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, and did his absolute best. I have nothing but compliments to him and his work. Food was good too, cornbread is still my favorite. Mac and cheese had great flavor. Made for wonderful additions to my holiday meal.

Service was out standing. Food was really good. Place was really clean.

What happened to Boston Market? When we arrived, one door was locked and it looked like nobody was inside. We walked to the other side and went in. I asked the ONLY employee if they were open and he replied with, "If we wasn't open you wouldn't have been able to walk through that door." How gracious of him. I ordered my son's dinner. The corn was soggy, the chicken was dried out. And he told us they were out of cornbread. Plus, he packed our food TOGO without asking. We still dined in. Such a disappointment. This restaurant used to be great! Refund please!

I love Boston Market, and while they’re usually top notch in terms of service and food quality, this location left a little to be desired. We arrived about 15 minutes after opening, and there was already a line. When it was finally our turn, we were informed that the cornbread and some of the sides weren’t available yet, as the delivery had arrived late and they were still unpacking/cooking everything. Completely understandable, though still something no customer really wants to hear. The food itself, though not quite what we wanted originally, was excellent. I would definitely return here again if in the area.
