Boston Municipal Court Department

While attending court from 900 to 1000 going on 11, my belongings was stolen from outside on the bike rack , they have cameras and security but it seems nobody was watching the camera or the surrounding building.... I made a police report which I had to walk across the street to do so because nobody meaning the securitysthat works at Boston maniciapl court wasn't able to help me. They said they not responsible for stolen items left outside they building.need I remind you, I chained my belongings to they bike rack where there's cameras at, thinking someone is monerting the site building ect. Apparently they don't have no one doing so.. I'm appaul .I dont feel safe no more I'm very disappointed and, shocked , they need outside security ..make me question ...those the cameras work. Why they don't they have outside security walking and securing the building. They only worry bout the inside..... Do they have people monerting the cameras.

Try to attempt to have me removed bracelets that cost 7500 each and wanted me to essentially break them to get them off to come into the courthouse when asking to speak to the supervisor I was able to get permission to wear my bracelets. Absolutely ridiculous.

Judge Thomas Barbar carried himself like a 9 year old boy in a black robe, who would rather scream at the top of his lungs than help come up with a solution. Where did you find this guy????

From an architectural point of view, this building is a treat for the eyes. It is so beautiful and gracious; every point of view is amazing.

I received paperwork to fill out from the clerk just after 4 PM. The clerk had knowledge that I was going to be filing the paperwork that I was filling out. I approached the clerks desk at 4:16 to be told that they had closed out for the day because they close out at 4:15. These are your public servants and this is how they treat you. Ironically I was there a filing against public servants miss treating the people.

There is no justice for you if you are a minority representing yourself against a white woman and the judge is a white woman. The woman got a permanent harassment prevention order against me with weak hearsay evidence and I felt like I was considered a subhuman because she (the judge knew I was unemployed). She then told me that she believes her but does not believe me. Among the questions she asked me whether I am employed? I felt the judge got offended when I said that the question was irrelevant. The woman pretends I am following her and wanted to get this order because the police told her we cannot stop him from going to certain places unless you get this order. Once she had it now she is setting me up in cooperation with police.. Unbelievable injustice. This woman is socially inapt and feels ashamed of me because I am unemployed. As long as injustice prevails against the weak and vulnerable the world will never see peace!

Worst court ever. No justice if you are a minority. These judges try to save face by "acting nice" when under review from the feds. Also good luck being in a financial bind or not represented by an attorney they will not let you get a word in edgewise. A** hole Judges that have never been in any type of need living their coddled lifestyles and looking down upon hard working class individuals.
