Highly dissatisfied with the order,service was ok I guess. Now the chicken was very nasty! Had feathers on it looked as if it had been sitting before it was cooked. The presentation was awful as well. Went back to get a refund and EDWARD seemed a little sassy that he had to give the cash back! Once was a good place now it’s very crappy.

I have been ordering from there since October because I’m in the service industry and they are one of the few places that do cash delivery. When the food is good it’s really good but when it’s bad it’s really bad. The lack of consistency in their food quality is bad but their customer service is worse. On April 30th around 11 pm there was a guy who I guess hates his job so much he just had to be rude while I trying to place a delivery order. I hung up because if you have that kind of attitude over the phone I don’t want you making my food at all. I have attached some photos from a gyro I purchased in December and it’s like they put a whole uncooked onion in it. I’m not saying don’t order here but just make sure it’s a good day cause on a bad day for them it will be a waste of your money.

The pizza and wings and tea were delicious. They have many other food items to eat. It's a nice size restraunt to sit .They have tvs to watch the games. They very friendly and feel as if I'm at home like family. I would recommend this place boston pizza to others. It's worth the time to go in and order and eat good. and you will have a smile on yoir face.

I love this place…. Been going there for years, my favorite is the lamb gyro, pizza and wings. Always great customer service from all staff… from cashier to cooks… the young lady at night taking my order is always very pleasant. I know her name is Erica because I asked what her name was..: I will continue to eat here. Great food! Great service!

When I first moved to Vegas this was the first pizza spot it tried. 4 years later it’s still my favorite. My food is always correct and delicious. They have a great group of workers on staff as well! Erica and all the staff that recognize me always make sure to say hello and make me feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I enjoy eating here every single time... My grand daughters always want to go especially on Tuesdays when they have buy one get one free. But of course you still gotta try their wings!!! Great staff from the cashier girl at night to the cooks!! Always recognize us and greet us and go above and beyond!

When I went to pick up my order, it was completely wrong! I ordered half a bucket of wings which is 18 wings tossed in hot sauce. When I received it, it was not only not tossed in hot sauce but dry rub and half was chicken fingers. Both the cooks and cashier should check and put tickets on the orders instead of just boxing and taping the orders without any indication. SMH I hate I had to drive an extra 20 mins to come all the way back and the hold time is ridiculous.

Born and raised in Vegas and it was actually my first time trying it and I had an amazing experience. Family friendly, that night they were celebrating a win from some young football players. The food was delicious, we got a large pizza with well done wings the flavor was definitely a hit we got sweet baby chili (the owner recommended) & now Its my new favorite spot! I had to go back a second time.

Born and raised vegas I've been knowing of this joint forever but never actually made my way in here to eat til last night. The recent reviews have not been looking too hot but hey I was nearby and had a few drinks in me so let's do it. It's midnight, I walk in and just one person waiting for food and looks like two employees working. Ordered chicken wings hot and fries with an extra $1.79 ranch, yikes. Later asked for a water cup that they gave me with no hassle (I don't drink soda). In the 20 minutes it took to get my food the bathroom was locked which I figured it was after hours and the joint started trickling in with people. After getting my food and eating half of it a lady with a dog finally comes out the bathroom, was pretty fucking odd. Anyways an order of wings came with 9 pieces. They weren't huge wings and to be fair everywhere I have gone now the wings are smaller or we are just fat fucks now but it filled me up. The fries had no flavor but I threw salt, black pepper and hot sauce and they were a hit. The extra ranch price sucked but it was a good size dipping cup if I'm honest. I had no complaints ordering food, dining in or with the service. Also tip them employees and don't be a dick. If you're ordering take out you on your own.

I absolutely love this place. I used to frequent this spot a lot. Especially when I used to work on this side of town. Now I do a lot of training and I am doing a lot of it over here. I ordered about 13 pizzas for a training session at work. They were able to get Meir and out in no time. It's amazing how efficient this place is ran. I also ordered a chicken wing. The wings came out nice and crispy with the bone falling out of the wing. Things that I noticed while eating here, was that the tables were wiped clean after each customer. The place wasn't too loud, but it was pretty busy. I really enjoy eating here.

The wait is soooooooo long. we ordered 3 pizzas but still... Flavors were there and it was hot and ready when picked it upp. Decent enough for take out.

Whatever lady working 9/24 at lunch needs to be fired, very rude, unapologetic, blaming doordash when they signed up for it, and not following doordash delivery app instructions, my order is over an hour late, and all she could say was there is nothing she can do. When I called earlier to check on my order, she kept saying I should cancel my order. I ordered an hour prior to my lunch, and chose for my order to be here between 11:20 and 11:40, it is 12:30 and still not here. Customer service is definitely not her strong suit. Crazy how you talk Crazy to people who support your business. Order still not here?

This was a cool spot downtown. My husband often orders here at work and wanted to go into the restaurant to give it a try. The restaurant has a lot of seating and TVs to watch the game. The employees were friendly and the food was really good. We had the Boston special (no sausage) which was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and tasted great. The crust was a TAD dense and I wish there was a little more sauce. But overall it was delcious and it was a great pizza. My husband got the chicken sandwhich and fries and both were great. The fries were deliciously crispy and their house ranch is beyond delicious. It was one of the best ranch dressings I have had in a while. Definitely give this place a try. All the food was made to order and tasted awesome!

Old school downtown Las Vegas staple! Even since I've moved away, this will always be a place I return to and dine at for each visit home. Super divey, Mediterranean style pizza joint. Lots of classic options including wings, tenders, phillys and gyros. The vibe is divey because it's in the same plaza as a classic Las Vegas gentleman's club (Olympic Garden) and adjacent to a trendy tattoo parlor. The staff and owners are always super friendly and that's what really sets it apart from the others. They make their own homemade ranch from scratch and it's to die for. It's definitely worth the experience even if you're a picky foodie!

Bought the team some food from here to make them happy. They said it's been here for along time. I've never been here before but I would recommend going only during the day. The parking lot and area is full of homeless people. The restaurant it self is very nice old classic old vegas feel. The staff were very friendly the food was excellent. I would recommend this place to try out. They have a lot to choose from.

Went here on a Thursday for a company meeting. Tried the meatball sandwich and was very impressed with it! They are very busy so it does take some time to get your food but this sandwich was worth the wait. I will order it again!

Like their Tues nights when you can get two large pizza's for the price of one! Fantastic Deal! Service is always good & you should order ahead to avoid the 25 to 45 min. wait or longer. The pizza's are always delicious & they have a lot of different choices on their menu besides pizza's. The Zucchini is excellent. The restaurant has a spacious dining room & clean restrooms! One negative, with the high cost of soft drinks, they need to add refills( at least one refill included) would be a plus! When consuming pizza, you automatically drink a lot of liquids. Favorite Pizza Joint!

Boston Pizza is what I call an old Vegas hole in the wall gem. The food has never disappointed we had a small pepperoni and sausage pizza, medium chicken fingers with fries and cheese sticks. Everything was great!! The only thing I don't like is that they don't have refills on drinks. In this Vegas heat access to water at the very least should be available.

Disappointed. Ordered 1/2 pepperoni, black olives and half pepperoni jalapeños. Pretty simple ? What I got was half olives only and half pepperoni only. My mistake for only noticing the jalapeños were missing. Went back inside they added an over abundance of jalapeños that I had to scrape them off! So ridiculous! Dry, too much cheese and no flavor! Never thought I'd say too much cheese!

I was greeted when I walked in and both ladies working the counter were courteous and patient while I decided on what to order. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for the food and it took exactly that much time for my order to be ready. While waiting I noticed that a lot of people called in their orders ahead of time. I may do that in the future because out of no where this place got really busy. But it's definitely worth the wait, the pizza and wings here are incredible!! They also have the best ranch I've ever tasted.

Finally came back to eat here after a few years to get Bogo Free pizza Tuesdays and the Quality has REALLY gone down. The pizza was extra cheese and only half of it had the Extra on it. The pizza dough was crispy/hard on the bottom and tasted bland. I Gave the 2nd Pizza (Free) away to the homeless people across the street, which are probably the only people who will actually Enjoy it. Sadly will not be coming back here for pizza ever again.

Ordered a pizza July 17. Cancelled it due to an hour wait right away. Still haven't received my refund and everytime I call they tell me the manager will call me. I also, called their payment processor to request my refund. They said the manager said I came and got the pizza. Still till this day haven't heard from the "manager" or got a refund. I use to eat here all the time. Because of this situation I will never eat here again.

Meh. Went in looking for a slice, but they don't serve slices. So I got a cheesesteak hero. It was greasy and tasty, but nothing over the top. The service is slow and the place is filthy. Definitely get take out.

This is for delivery and pizza only. One of my coworkers decided to treat the department and asked me to help him order some pizza. We placed the order online yesterday, super easy to use! (We tried calling and nobody answered so I think on line is the way to order) We requested delivery of 8 pizzas at 11:30 and I'd say they arrived by 11:35 maybe. Perfect timing. I grabbed a piece of pizza and I have to say it was delicious! Super happy with the decision to order from Boston Pizza!

I saw two ratings for this place. Yelp has it at about a 3 and Google has it above 4. I'm going to agree with Yelp on this one... it was like biting into a big ball of grease.... I gave it 2 stars because Tuesday is BOGO. Like college cafeteria pizza.

Usually very good and great deal on the pizza but the chicken wings are usually way over cooked so there's barely any meat because it's so crispy. Service is good no issues.

I was craving pizza and chose to stop here because it was a recommendation from a family member who adores this place. Because of the recommendation, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, this restaurant wasn't all that great. We ordered jalapeño poppers, a half bucket of wings (both hot and lemon pepper), and a medium pepperoni pizza with onions and green bell peppers. Our total came out to around $55.00 with tip. The jalapeño poppers had an interesting taste. The cream cheese had a very strong mayo taste, and was not at all spicy. The pizza was nothing special and could have used a bit more marinara. Their hot buffalo wings were actually pretty good! However, my partner was not a big fan of their lemon pepper. I'm happy got to experience this place, but I do not believe I will be back.

Hello, I live in Las Vegas, NV Today I order a pizza, I ordered a pizza from Boston pizza because today is a Tuesday special, when I picked up the pizza and got home pizza was paper thin it was terrible, I spoke to the manager her name was Suzie she said on Tuesday there is a special going on and they make the pizza in bad quality because it's Very busy. 9-19-2023 I will no longer get pizza from there I work hard to spend my money on it. Boston Pizza is going down the drain people.

Pizza isn't fully cooked. Orders keep getting sent back. Cheap. Fries are soft. Gave me the wrong order then asked me to prove it.

It has been a tradition of my family to indulge in chicken wings whenever we go to Vegas. It's been quite awhile due to the pandemic but it is so disappointing. The service was horrible. We remember the previous employees were good, but those ladies manning the joint were horrible. As simple as asking for plastic forks and extra plates and cups were abysmal. We were a BIG group of 11 people and so we have to arrange the open tables to sit ourselves together. And this is what we got in a nasty condescending tone: "You better make sure you clean up and put the tables back to how they were". This is unfortunate for a Las Vegas institution. I finally gave this lady a piece of my mind after they served our food. In the end there was a slight change in attitude.

The Philly cheesesteak was delicious. We waited around an hour and a half for the pizzas, which, when they arrived, were warm but not hot. Overall, the rest of the food was reasonably priced.

Pizza is a kool 8 out of 10. It's not the best but it is good. Not dry and not too greasy as well. The wait time was a bit high for me being the only one in there. Maybe the oven was running slow today ‍

This place is great for their pizza and wings. Calzones are pretty good too. Service is the same as everywhere else, but they are friendly and take time to make sure the food is perfect. Very chill vibes on the inside.

I would not recommend spending your hard earned money on this place. The service is awful and they don't seem to care. I mentioned it on the Facebook page and they just blocked me. The pizza is soggy and gross. Chicken fingers are overcooked and rubbery. To top it off the service is terrible. The ladies in there are just miserable people. Do not eat here

I placed a pick up order at 9:38 pm. I was told 20 minutes. I intentionally gave them 10 extra min and got there at 10:08 pm. They were not busy so I thought my food would be ready but it wasn't so I waited after 15 min I asked them where my food was. The cashier went to the kitchen and rolled his eyes and said their still cooking it! Here I sit at am still sitting here at 11:18 pm The service sucked and the place was dirty ! they deserve a negative 5 stars

If you don't mind waiting this is the best spot for late night eats. The wings, fingers and salads are . If they could shorten their wait time, they would be 5 stars all the way.

It took way too long to get my pizza. The place wasn't even that busy and then on top of it I had to pay $1.50 for a little tiny thing of ranch you know what you lost me on that there's no reason that should be I'm not sure.

It smells like urine inside. Not sure if the smell is coming from the restroom or group of transients congregating outside. The cashier is mumbled numbers for orders and gets attitude easily. needed to throw a pizza party at work last minute and just googled "pizza delivery near me", took a chance ordered delivery from Boston Pizza for my staff last week - no complaints! prompt delivery, great value and good taste. the large pizza and wings combo (i think it was about $50ish) came with so many more wings than expected, it was definitely a pleasant surprise. i would definitely order from these guys again! thank you

I won't even lie to u, I love the wings and fries here! the service is never truly outstanding but I don't expect that from the workers, food service is hard. HOWEVER, they did recently change the fries and wings they use.... They are so itty bitty now they are the size of my pet mouse. I added a photo against an Arizona can for reference. I am a small person, so it was perfect for me BUT if you're an eater, it might not fill you up on the wings alone. The fries also used to be thick and soft but now they look like regular Mcdonald's fries ... kinda upsetting ngl. The fries were my fav.... I didn't even eat them this time. Nothing wrong with them, just taste like nothing special. I STILL FUCKED UP THE PLATE PLEASE DONT THINK IM HATING FULLY CAUSE I CLEARLY AM NOT

This place has to be the worst place I've ever been too. The pizza sucks ass the garlic bread is shit and the BLT was awful. The worst part of this I have these pricks a 10.00 tip and when I asked for a 2 liter of Pepsi he said that's for delivery only. The hell with this place save your money and go to 7/11 and get your pizza from there because this place absolutely sucks

So i had been ordering lemon pepper/cajun/hot wings weekly for 3 weeks . Uselessly i get my food delivered to me about 45 minutes as I'm only 11 minutes from the restaurant . Well last Friday i Ordered my usual but this time it came 2 and a half hours later. It was cold and the put some sliced cheese on my fries .. i was mad I drove to the restaurant and told the my situation the offered to remake but not refund me my delivery fee or offer me anything for the inconvenience of waiting almost 3 hours then having to drive there to get my food done right .. so then they remake my wing toss the wings in the hot sauce then put cajun snd lemon pepper on it wall it was wet so the wing got all the lemon pepper on it stuck from the sauce and was way to salty i mean violently salty I only tried one then tossed it in the trash.. i would recommend @Trap_wingzz on instagram

Best Calzone In town ! No lie, it was really delicious! The cooks were super cool and nice! I was the last person to place an Order at 3:28 am, 2 Min Before Closing, made it just in time lol surprisingly they took my order Considering how late it was. I was Super appreciative! *Ham Calzone was good. I originally came in for pizza but the cook suggested the calzone and it really took the cake. It was big enough for 2 ppl. The dough was super fresh and fluffy, the Mozzarella cheese melted perfectly. Ham with Peppers and onions were delicious! Every bite it got better and better. *Parmesan Wings were really good ! Wish it was more sauce on them, but other then that, it was worth ordering. If I'm ever on this part of the strip and need a bite to eat, I won't hesitate to order from Boston Pizza again.

I've been traveling to Vegas for the past two weekends and while visiting I ate here. The food was good the 1st weekend I ordered 1peperrony n pineapple pizza 1/2 bucket Buffalo wings mild and a grilled chicken salad .I was greeted by a older black gentleman the service was Good I paid $54 i Shared it. Noone got sick I was returning the following weekend for my gbaby 2nd bday party and I had a taste for Boston Pizza Again. my daughter went ordered me Supreme pizza ,1/2 bucket of mild chicken and 1 grilled chicken salad and 1 crispy chicken salad We ate the food and my hubby ate his crispy chicken salad and was later having diarrhea we didn't know where or how but I treated him He didn't eat any pizza later rhat mite when we finished the pizza and chicken and both woke up. Haveing diarrhea and I was vomiting my stomach aches and fatigue. constantly on the toilet hubby as well but I had it worse them him my daugter ate my hubby left over salad and she began having diarrhea ive been sick for the past two days throwing up and having diarrhea sick to my stomach. Ive never had this experience ever and to think you would sale me spoiled food or contimated food or poorly hygiene I spent $71 with your place i tossed out my salad I never touched it ..I asked my daughter when she placed the order who was their she responded their was new faces idk but I'm reporting you guys to the department of health .and im.requesting my $71 to be refunded .also .making rhis review because you made and my family sick from your food and tou should know and take care of.rhe situation but know this also .I promise no ody else will get sick.from eatting here

I recently ordered food here and my total was $29.99 and left $2 tip. Then few days later... the total got updated in my bank that the restaurant charged and added $4 tip for my order. THIS IS A SCAM RESTAURANT. I was so shocked how they scammed me with adding more tip.
