BOSTON RD PIZZA

So i just tried them last night and i only got a grinder but it was amazing they're wicked nice people and definitely gonna order from them again and try other stuff💚💚

I am completely appalled by the cold food I was delivered. Then as I was attempting to rectify the situation the person over the phone began to argue with me about the food being hot. The picture speaks volumes. If this was hot as I ordered the cheese would be melted. I understand mistakes, but the unprofessionalism I received was beyond disgusting.

Ordered delivery and got my order within 35 minutes of ordering. Pizza was nice and hot, looked great and tasted good. Price was good, too. Overall, great pizza place, definitely will order more often.

I place an order on GrubHub for a work lunch at my job. Early in the day so I knew it would be in and everything set for a timely delivery. 2 party pizzas wings salad. My card was charged like all places do when you order online. Then an hour before I expected delivery I get an email an text saying the store canceled my order!!! I called GrubHub an they said the merchant charged my card at the store not by GrubHub so the charge is just an authorization and will fall off my account in 3 to 5 days . meanwhile I have no other funds to reorder so I have no lunch for all the people I told I was buying lunch for!! I called the restaurant specifically thinking if we change the KIND of pizza maybe that will help. a guy picked up. He said it wasn't them the order was placed with and asked if it was Boston road net or something. I'm like there's two pizza places with the same name on Boston road? I misspoke an said I ordered thru doordash to him not GrubHub but still you'd think he'd remember a $166 order he just canceled. He offered to take my order if I wanted to charge another card. I'm like I can't the other place charged my card an it doesn't automatically refund i'm not rich like that. He hung up on me . Rude! then I see on GrubHub it now says they are closed mondays! If they were closed today I'd never have been able to place the order online so it had to have been changed after this debacle. so humiliating and rude. And to offer to charge me AGAIN ! Total jerk!! Will never order here ever!! An neither will my coworkers or anyone I can think to tell! Such BS

ZERO STARS!! CALLED IN A QUESADILLA AROUND 1130. THE GENTLEMAN STRUGGLED TO PUT IN THE SYSTEM ( VERY POLITE). TOLD ME 45 MINS. WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF . STILL DIDNT RECEIVE. SO I CALLED AT 1. THE WOMAN TOLD ME THAT NOBODY COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT IT IN SO IT NEVER WAS MADE. My Thought ( why not call the customer and let them know there was an issue and why tell the customer a time frame when there really is no frame to go off. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Ordered a el Paso grinder with no bbq sauce and lettuce and tomato and mayo. Delivered me a grinder with just meat and cheese when I called about it they say it dont come with it even though I asked for it to be added. On top of that they would not come pick up this dry grinder and give me my money back. Poor customer service should have told me on the phone we can't add lettuce tomatoes and mayo to it.

To be fair I'm gonna do a new review on there pizza . It is always good when i ask for it thin and cooked medium well to well. The new workers refuse to take card over the phone sometimes and literally wouldn’t let me order . They should ask manager rather than not let u order at all. I owned my own business before. I would be upset if any employees turned away long term regulars over a rule. I feel they have the best pizza around though tried everywhere around here lives here 44 years and used to be a chef for 15 years. They’re ruben was really light on corned beef for $10-12 sandwich though they need to work on that. They always have good service besides that though.

Moved to the area recently and I’ve had all great experiences with pick up and fast delivery! Their pizza is so yummy. 😊

There pizzas are great alway fresh and the staff are very helpful/great! They are my Friday dinner pickup spot. The restaurant is alway clean.

Food was done on time, good service. However, girl's on the phone were totally clueless on the phone and kept getting our order confused. While it was annoying, it wasn't too bad since they got our order right. When we get inside to pick up I noticed NOBODY WAS WEARING MASKS! The counter girls to the kitchen staff making the food, no masks whatso ever. We were completely worried about our food and how it was prepared and how can they work in that environment. Overall, the food was good as usual but no one wearing masks to protect themselves or customer's food doesn't sit well with me.

Met the owner and it was outside of his business. He's extremely funny but extremely gross as he was picking his nose. You gotta think to yourself really you're gonna pick your nose after you being an owner of a pizzeria and you expect me to order pizza from you? Harley turned off. Just not what you look forward to when you meet an owner of a facility that serves food that they're picking their nose with their fingers and then wiping it on their jeans.

This is the second time I've ordered pizza from this place and I absolutely love it! Not only is the pizza excellent the staff is always friendly when you call them when you arrive and when you leave they seem to actually enjoy working there and you can tell that their care and friendliness goes into the food that they make! I don't buy pizza often for myself but when I do I definitely call this place

We tried this place for their pizza and apps. Of all the pizza places in our area this is by far the best. The flavor is amazing and tastes so fresh. Don't listen to other reviews about this great place. Their food is great and the people are incredibly friendly. It's about 4 miles from our house and we drove by the other 5 pizza places to go here because of how good it is. Give this place a try....you won't regret it. I will be returning again and again.

Chicken Alfredo pizza is hands down the best. Always the same every time we order. We honestly haven't ordered anything else because we can't help but get it. Quick delivery and always amazing!!

Terrible service and food !! Delivery took 2 hours and my food was left outside in the rain for 35 minutes cause no one ever knocked on my door to let me know it was there . The food was placed in the dark in front of my door so when I opened it my pizza and grinders were knocked down my front stairs . The food was cold and wet . I called the manager and he refused a refund on the order !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!!

This is the best place to stop by and get something to eat, their Gyros are unbeatable. The people there are always very hospitable and kind. Each time I go there I always come out more than satisfied!

This was the first time that I tried a pizza from Boston Road Pizza and it was very good. The dough was very fresh and their three cheese blend was delicious.

We ordered take out for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I both got grinders. DELICIOUS!! We will be ordering from here again! Our delivery guy even advised us about the coupons we can use for our next order!

Boston Rd Pizza has new owners and it shows. This is hands down my new favorite grinder and wing spot. The wings are actually a good size and delicious. The subs are so fresh. Cheeseburger sub is unreal!!! A must try spot and you won't regret it.

Food here is average. Delivery is quick but they always forget something one time my soda next time it was the chips. Greek salad was good. Bread tastes homemade.

This place was my go to place. Recently had an altercation on my weekly order they just now started charging 4% to use your card. To me that is ironic to make your customers pay your card fees. By far one of the only pizza places I've gone to that does that not to mention I went there personally to speak to the owner because we've pretty much become acquainted throughout my many Weekly orders I ordered from them religiously so it upsetting me the fact that they were charging to use a card. The woman that was speaking to me on the phone was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude it's no wonder they go through counter people like water. The owner then told me it's because he pays over 2500 a month to use the card machine. Why the hell would you charge your customers that fee then it makes no sense.It's a shame too because the food is actually good but due to the pettiness of them charging for uusing a card and the amount of attitude I received from simple counter person; I no longer will order from them ever again I went right down the street to Best Pizza where they don't charge a fee to use your card and the food is actually much better not to mention the people that are working the front actually have customer service skills.

Do not order a grinder from here. I had a ham and cheese. Very little ham, bread was stale. I could not even finish it. When I went to pick it up they were not busy at all so it's not like they were in a hurry. Not sure how the rest of there food is but I would stay away from their grinders.

If you have a Groupon do not tell them until it's time to pay. We made the mistake of telling them ahead of time and got a pizza with only one slice of pepperoni on each slice and the pizza was short on cheese and sauce. Also, the chicken wings were very small. Will not go back.

This place is gross!! Do not order grinders here unless you like old vegetables and hardly any meat!

This place is excellent for grinders. I work a short ways up the road and a couple of my coworkers would always go here for lunch. I gave the place a shot today and the chicken cutlet grinder is one of the best from any pizza place around. The chicken tastes fresh and you can tell they're hand battered and not frozen chicken tenders. The prices are also a strong point. $6 for an 8" grinder is very fair. I haven't tried their pizza or anything else but I can say the grinders are great.

Yesterday I ordered out from Boston Road Pizza for the first time. Our meals were delivered on time and were very good. It was a fair price and was very flavorful. This restaurant used to be in Ludlow for awhile until they relocated to Springfield, we used to order from them at their previous location but this was the first time from the new spot. My family really loves the pitas from here though I love the pizza. I cannot comment on grinders or wings as my family has never tried them from this establishment.

The pizza was good not the best but it was good.the person taking my order was polite. The bad the place needs a good cleaning there's a fish tank in the corner that needs to go. But besides all in all it's OK place you should visit them and review the place yourself

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Person forgot my order multiple times after repeating my order back to me correctly. Never gave me receipt then told me I didn't pay for the items. Last two orders took an hour and fifteen minutes to be delivered when told 45 min. Orders are consistently wrong even though orders are read back correctly.

I very much enjoyed this pizza several times, but I had never answered the door when the delivery guy came. Finally, I saw different delivery drivers over the next few times that I ordered and was wondering if I should go down to the VA and get shots! The vehicles and the delivery persons were absolutely disgusting.

i am SO PISSED at boston road pizza ive been here alot pizza is almost always good today i orderd a party size pizza quarter combo rest pepperoni and who ever put that burnt pizza in that box should be FIRED as soon as i opened the box i knew it would be bad the cheese was black burnt with alot of air pockets that were also black how can anyone put that in a box i will not go here again i will order at sianos for my pizza
